This is one of the most useless branches, that I have ever come across, so a friend of mine went down to BoI to get a savings bank account opened for her grandmother, but the initial question that the customer service manager threw at her was that, why doesnt she have a bank account till now? I was like, tujhe kya? Nevertheless, ignoring this, when she asked her if they could open the account, the response was that we dont open a savings account, please visit the nearest DC point.Like in a bank, you dont open a savings bank account 😶 what do you do then??? Anyway, the sad part was that, even though he gave the directions for the same, the so called DC point was not at that place, and nobody even responds to the calls in this branch.

Place with huge rush of customers during morning. Staffs are well behaved and polite.

This branch lives in ancient era.. no one can connect without visiting branch... no working contact no.
