I went to shop seeing good ratings but they seem fake.Posting a detailed review based on personal experience1. Product quality very low. Can break in your hand2. Customer support - very bad . They will make you pay if low quality products break in your hand.3. Behaviour of staff- Not cooperative4. Cost of items- Very expensive . You may easily get such things at 30 to 40 % less at other places.Overall would suggest to choose other place if you want to buy something good for someone you care.

Extremely rude shop owners, high costs.Sometimes when Im in a hurry to buy a gift,I do not mind spending much. Since this shop was in the way to my friends birthday party, i decided to stop and buy something.Showed me a keychain for rs. 250. Overpriced, but it was funny and I knew my friend would like it so decided to go for it. While showing me the item, they broke the outer packaging that it came in. I asked them to replace it with a new one since didnt want to give my friend a torn package. First of all, they refused to give me a new plastic bag for the high price keychain Im buying.So I just asked them to give me another piece, which they did after some resistance. Then on my way, I suddenly notice that one part in the keychain was missing (the original was a Thor keychain with a hammer, the hammer was missing in the new piece they gave me). So I drove all the way back, irritated, while getting late for the party. Told them about the missing hammer. The most interesting part - they tell me that it wasnt them. They blamed me - that I lost/stole the hammer!I lost it then - I said if you want to blame me for stealing it, driving all the way back and wasting my time just to get a new plastic piece from you - just keep it. Return it and give me my money back, which they again refused.Hats off to thinking about the customer guys!
