Only good thing about this super market is discounts on MRP.Not a clean place. Always sticky floors with lots of mudAlways lot of un organized items everywhere you cannot walk. 70% of strollers are with broken or miss aligned wheels you can never move any of them with ease. Also 40% of strollers are in use by staff with items yet to be put in racks. Observed this behaviour since several months.Majority of the time you need to enter through basement, no entries in front door that is very inconvenient.Parking is another challenge here, can never reach basement for parking as route to basement is so crowded with either randomly parked vehicles or cowsNo express counters for items less than 5. You always have to tackle the queues same way whether you buy 1 item or 50 items.Staff never bothers about customer convienience, they are always busy with either unloading new items or gossiping with each other.Some items like baygon spray for cockroach are lying down since 2-3 years with product expiry date passed. They never clean up old stock.

Ordered grocery items worth 1200rs through Jiomart. Waited for 2days for the delivery. Once the delivery guy came with product asked for the otp which never came to my mobile even after waiting for 1hr. He then took the products and told to cancel the order. Pathetic service.

I ordered groceries from Reliance jio app and i received 2 expired product i followed with customer care for more than week but no response yet. Be aware before buying groceries from Reliance mart.Ghee is already expired and Tea going to expire in 1 month.Very unfortunate that D Mart is not providing services in JAMNAGAR.

Very bad experience. Staff was sitting without mask. When complained to manager he behaved as if he hasn’t listen. They are selling cleaning agents but not ready to sell cleaning brush. In corona crisis if cleaning itself is not done than how can we fight the disease. Cash counter wasn’t having sensitizer bottle. When asked manager told that there is common one kept at another counter and if staff wishes they can come out and use. This is not as per reliance standards and brand name

Easily accessible super market with maximum goods available.Near to many places and convenient for shopping goods for monthly stock or daily necessity.Via jio mart they started delivering ordered items to your doorsteps and it reaches you within 3-4 working days.So if you dont want to go out for shopping in pandemic or feeling lazy to go out order it from its website or its official app and you will get your order to your doorstep.Staff is cooperative, to avoid rush you may go in the afternoon time or early morning.Otherwise you may face a huge waiting time in the billing counter.

Little more space needs to be kept in between rows so that elderly people can move smoothly with their trolly. This is my personal suggestion. Very cordial n helpful staffs.

Highly disappointed place. Staff was busy in gossiping. Not a single product was arrenged properly. No tag was there. Really management should check what their staff is doing. Moreover They charged 14 rs for a small carry bag, the manufacturing cost must be hardly 0.25 rs. Literally cheating the customer.

This is a store I visited three times already this month. It has almost everything you would need to sustain your household. From groceries to the fresh fruits and vegetables to kitchen utensils. All under one, but very crowded and busy, roof. A downside to this busyness is the long wait at the checkout queues. Recommended.

This place is good for shopping, almost all the groceries items and other house hold items we can get it here easily. Cleanliness and hygiene is also there. Only the problems is there billing computers are bit slow. Even the store workers tries to do it fast bit due to the slow working of computers sometimes customers needs to wait more time in queues. Overall my experience at this store was good and I hope all others will also enjoy doing shopping here.

I had bought rice for storing yearly,bt dey had given old rice saying its new,now even after applying preservatives it had warms in it.Also we bought one item which shows another name while scanning,den also dey had billed it.After day during exit ,security person stops us for the same and it took long time to solve the issue.It had wasted our time.Staff too always busy in talking with colleagues, not paying attention to customers.
