Pathetic Service. First you have wait a lot and the representatives are super slow, store working at half its capacity.Miss.Sneha, had a very bad attitude. She was busy talking on phone while I was waiting for in front for her for her response. Already, I had to wait in a queue and then these people take up their personal calls in between.She was asking for two ID proof, whereas the company website just mentions one ID proof is enough. But she was not ready to process my application without giving another ID card, on arguing with her, she rudely replied your application will be rejected but still I will process it. And after few hours, my sim got activated. I didnt my application being rejected.The worst attitude of people working there. They should value their customers more. VI is worst and Miss Sneha from Kuber Complex VI Store, has the worst attitude. I really wish I could give this feedback to someone from company(let me know if there is any way of doing it).

Youve to wait outside with token due to corona protocol. It is better to do port service at other mobile shops rather than Store.

Worst experience at VI Store Jamnagar.They Misguide the customer and think customer is fool.Mr.ANAND here thinks he is very Educated without undergoing the guidelines of TRAI and VI CONSUMER GUIDLINES.This person Disrespect customers and he wasted my time.I visited number of times VI Store for converting POSTPAID TO PREPAID and remember there is no time limit of either 90 of 120 days for its conversion.Even this person Misguided regarding first PREPAID RECHARGE which he told me of Rs.550 for 28 days🙄🙄Contact Customer CARE before Visiting here.
