I have rented a flat from Home traders before three years. This is to advise that I am very pleased with Ashs work, he always assisted me and my flatmate, he is very professional and answering all our questions. He is a capable and diligent, we never had any problems with him, and when we have moved out our deposit was returned right away!I do highly recommend Home traders, but always ask for Ash.

Horrible experience, especially people from other countries who are returning back to their home land should be very careful as your deposit amount will still be with them. No matter how many times you call or mail them they will not respond. At the same time they have also gone to the extent of saying that the damages made to the property is more than the Deposit amount. It is not a joke. I have a audio proof for this as well.Finally I got my full deposit amount after file case with home deposit agency. This took close to three months in addition to 3 months of my relentless effort to reach them. In case any of you come across similar situation can reach out to home deposit agency which will support you free of cost in these matters. Make sure to have all the documents handy including monthly rental pay, utility bill payments,photo proof etc.Thanks a lot for the UK home deposit agency who fought for my case n gave tremendous support throughout.Finally I would like to say be very very careful especially when you are dealing with home Traders.

Cant trust this company.They tried to call me selling me their product but my interlocutor was incomprensible.She finally told me I was a lyer because she understood in the first time I use not to trade, but I do. Yeah, when you dont understand people, you definitely can missunderstand. This type of sales say a LOT to their product management. I advize Etoro if you want to begin with transparency (not working at etoro at all)

Used to have an office in hackney. all dodgy people there, poor service, never pay any money before you sign the contract otherwise you will see how dodgy their service.

A horrible experience!!! They lie me several times, after one month to sign the contract they send me an email that I have to leave the house without any reason! I paid a lot of fees! they did the contract for 6 months and they said it was for one year! finally they didnt come back the deposit andand they didnt give me any paper to do check in, totally illegal!Dont contact with this agency, you can stay 2 weeks without shower if it is broken or months with a leak... They speak with you as you are silly.
