Great pg for girls and boys lovely mam and perfect location for living in Jamnagar 24 hours water electricity and food and also great facilities for everyone and homely feeling and wonderful place i have great experience and i refer too all girls who come Jamnagar and find place to live so must come here.

This place is very good for students. Peaceful atmosphere for study. Whenever my exam come I choose only Sonal auntys PG hostel. She is very kind and cares like mother.Water 24 hoursFor eating out you have to walk only few meters to reach there. There are many food plazas so you have many choices for eating.

Once I given the payment after 1 week the owner charged more than decided. guys keep voucher signed by the owner or you will face trouble later on. Its a trap. no ammenties, no hot water in winter, cleaning water available only few hours, no drinking water facility, no ventilation in rooms it get as hot as ell in summer. Owner will charge you extra electrify bill 500 every month without transparent copy of light bill. Worst experience.

Not at all safe for females and students. Other drunkarad boys coming late and disturbing with loud music at day time. no water, electricity power cutt very frequently, noise pollution, aunty took 1000/- extra electricity bill apart from 3000/- rent . Poor ventilation, no drinking water, no hot water no aminiti s provided. when asked about refunding the deposit she refused for the same. think thousand times before joining. Regretting now. ..

Enquire to nearby locations before paying rent here. Exactly at evening 5-8 bhajan and kirtan are going on whole year near haveli temple which is very disturbing while studying. Even alcoholoc tenants are coming late night with nuisances. Not good for job worker or students. never join here rent services is running totally illegal without transparent electricity bills and deals in cash only without any receipt or voucher. No water no electricity, zero amenities, zero furnished. no drinking water provided. No laundries. I wasted 6000/- regretting and non refundable .

I would have given minus rating for this lady, extremely rude and abusing with tenants, unfair means of looting in name of electricity bill which charged me 700/- per month extra, when asked the bill receipt not given. Totally unfair and locks the main door at 9pm. Not suitable for late night comers. smokers and drunkard tenants.

Pathetic facilities and worst behaviour by land lord, no drinking water facility, no furniture, after half day running water stops, suffocating room without any ventilation. stinking washrooms, owner deals rent in cash once given facilities will be zero. Think thousand times before renting here...never join here.

Neat and Clean surroundings, 24 hours water facility, sweeper, laundry,facility tiffin service available. In posh area near to railway station and Reliance - Essar bus stop. Many good restaurants near by.

Located in lavished area of jamnagar,fast food zone at walking distance.Last but not least you wont face any kind of problem related to water supply n electricity.

Worst place to live.No proper Facilities being provided.Infact aunty will even charge extra from u to provide hot water in this winter season once u had made payment of rent she is rude as hell so guys think before u go.
