The food was good. The food of the Gujarati thali was very good and the food was also good and the hotel room was good clean and the survey was also good.

Worst management. The reception was empty when I arrived, and the people that were supposed to be at the reception were all in a room behind the reception, laughing around in their own world.When I stayed, the hotel had renovation/construction going on in it, and the welcome was made with a loud sound of drills and air of dust.They stop serving lunch around 4, which I found weird. Something as simple as Aloo Sabji, dal, rice and roti could be served no matter the time. You dont need a highly specialised chef for making it. That is what I tried to order, but they denied and said we can only serve snacks like noodles, sandwich etc.The rooms are decent. But these problems spoiled the experience for me.

I stayed here on 17th to, 18th aug for an official visit. In fact Im writting this as I am still checked in only and will vacate today, because I am literally furious at this hotel and its attitude towards guests. I wish I could give them negative ratings, I have following issues:-1. A.C takes a lot of time to work and smells of cigg smoke, as if someone is smoking sitting next to me.2. They served pizza to my wife telling I have ordered, as I was gone for office work. They took sign of my wife. When I came back, my wife told pizza was not good but as we were hungry we still ate it, I was surprised and in the same moment the hotel staff calls and says sir that pizza was accidentally delivered but since you have signed you will have to pay... I mean this is force selling and cheating... I denied not to pay because of the attitude and the way I was spoken to on phone, of I would have been requested still would consider...Anyways, two three calls to their front desk and finally the restraunt manager apologised and I wasnt charged... Still very pathetic of them, one they do mistake and then they ask me to pay for it, my wife told me that delivery boy took my name and delivered it.3. The dinner was very limited, they took 800 rs from us to make our plan include one major meal for me and wife, but it was not at all enough and value for money, I would highly not recommend paying them for meal plan.4.0 The breakfast, the only thing complimentary in this hotel, was the biggest disaster for us. There was a insect carcass of the size of big spider in the coleslaw sandwhich, the chef denied saying it is sprout... The sprout will not be black, have multiple legs , a single sprout has a single stem coming out... What a shame they did not even apologize, we ordered masala dosa, they served masala omellete, that too when we were told its a vegetarian restaurant, the served egg omellete..., they serve tea which keeps boiling in a pot, kept there sin el start of breakfast... Pathetic tea, taste awfully salty... Most likely made of powder milk... Cheap cost cuttings adopted by hotel...5. When we requested fresh cup of tea they said it will take ten minutes, but even after waiting that long, it was the same tasting tea... Salty types milk powder thing.Overall nothing in this hotel is worth putting your money on the table... If you are mistaken by the ratings on websites, its all bought I guess.Few more people were not satisfied with their food as we overheard frustrated murmurs on next table as well.

Internet is not working already from 3 days.all mentioned menu carf item is not avialable. Desert memtiined 6 items but available only 2.

My travel was during the ongoing Covid19 Pandemic so I was a bit sceptic of which hotel to pick so that it can be safe. I chose Anaya Beacon as it was recommended by Goibibo as they are following the protocol as per Covid19 guIdelines. And I was very happy and pleased when I really visited the property as it was 100% following all the necessity protocol as expected during this current situation. The rooms were clean and most importantly disinfectant was also used to clean the common area of the hotel and also the rooms..

Anaya beacon is a three star property located in the centre of Jamnagar hardly ten minutes drive from the airport. Its a recently started hotel, and they provide free airport pick up and drop which wont be mentioned in the booking voucher. So call the reception and confirm it before you reach Jamnagar. Hotel is well maintained, a wonderful reception with lively staff who always have a smile in their face. Check in process was quick and smooth. Pallavi the front office staff deserve special mention with her problem solving capabilities and smile she have at every query we raise.Rooms are all well maintained, neat, good quality linen, air-conditioned and awesome sleep quality it provide. WiFi is also complimentary.Complimentary breakfast was so nice, eggetarian. Room service was also good except the fact that its a eggetarian based one.The most important factor with this property is the good manners all of the staff exhibit, be it from the room boy, cleaning staff to the receptionist. Everyone will welcome you, greet you and are ready to help you whatever time it is.This hotel is economical esp through goibibo.hotel is situated close to the attractions in Jamnagar and can take auto to reach there which is the most economical means of transport.Heard this hotel is moving on to their first year and hope they maintain the same standards here after too.Highly recommended.good hotel, well maintained, helpful staff, good food, centre of the city.

Its a very good hotel, so happy to stay in it. Its my first visit for this hotel so happy no regrets.

I personally feel travellers who request for early check-ins are given less attention. Requested a early check-in, property was sold out. Waited for almost two hours - 6 am to 8 am. Bulk Check-outs started at 7.45 am. And I was the only person for Early check-in then to the front office guy didnt manage to get one room ready. I felt shortage of Housekeeping staff as all were busy in shifting luggages. Anyways I had to sensitise the front office guy and then he gave me a room. I know service is important till a customer leaves the property. But at the same time 360° bird eye on all other customers must be there. If the hotel is doing good, coordination and communication between departments must be at a lightening speed.Thank you Damodar (Housekeeping) for making my room fast.Best wishes.
