I just want to say that this place is amazing!I went there back in June 2020 for the first time and it did not disappoint!Nita took care of me so well and I managed to get three of my wedding outfits from Bibi, two of which were bespoke!I put my full trust into Nita and the team and they definitely delivered the most amazing outfits!The whole process was seamless, from deciding what I liked to choosing colours etc for bespoke outfits and I was never rushed to make a decision or pressured to purchase.I first bought my civil and indian wedding outfit in August 2020 for my May 2021 wedding and they arrived in the UK in March, with good time for alterations. Then, due to covid, we made a change to our wedding date to bring it forward to April on our civil date, and so I was urgently looking for an outfit for my Mendhi. I messaged Nita and she gave me some designers to look at and which ones could be made in time. We picked the outfit and colours etc all via whatsapp and lets just say that the outfit came out absolutely perfect!I will definitely be coming back to buy more outfits, its the only place in the UK where the customer service and outfits are faultless!THANK YOU Nita, Marni and the team

I ordered my wedding lengha during lockdown and was extremely worried about turnaround times considering the multiple lockdowns and restrictions abroad. Despite all of this, Marni kept me up to speed with updates on my outfit throughout the months, plus my outfit arrived on time and fitted me perfectly! No alterations needed. I ordered my wedding outfit from BIBI London during lockdown. I had never been to the store before. Marni helped me and provided a seamless service. She was friendly and professional and gave me confidence in my order. My outfit arrived when expected, and Marni provided security that I would be able to alter my outfit again closer to the wedding date, so it will have the best fit. Took my mother here to buy a saree for a family wedding and told her these guys would take good care of her. She spent a good deal of money with them on a couple of outfits - unfortunately they didnt have the top to go with the saree and promised her they would post it to her.Weeks later when I followed up with Marni, she told me she had sent it and it had been delivered - it definitely hadnt, she had sent to the wrong address and then just washed her hands of the situation. Refusing to make any attempt to get it back or offering to resend or offer any refund for failing to provide the full outfit.To this day, it still makes me angry to see my mum in the saree (which she loves) with a makeshift top underneath.She was so upset when it happened and I felt even worse as I was the one that had taken her there!

Lovely place to shop for Indian wedding attires. It has a huge collection of lehengas ,which you can try. They have dresses suitable for bith the bride and groom.

I brought my wedding outfit from BIBI for my 2018 wedding which didnt happen as my mother passed away 5 weeks before our wedding date. But I cannot recommend BIBI enough, they are so professional and the whole team is the sweetest and offer the best service. they are not pushy which i really appreciated. Mani is so passionate and energetic and really knows her stuff. I trusted her instinct and ended up with the most beautiful bespoke Anushree Reddy lengha and Sabyasaachi outfits.Teenim was my main person and she was amazing, shes so talented and kind and really knew what would flatter my body. Note that they only carry minimal sizes so if you are bigger than a size 8 you may have trouble trying outfits on, but they are more than willing to have anything you want in any size you want. In comparison to other luxury asian couture stores in London BIBI has the biggest collection/options.I brought my bridal lengha with only 3 months to go to the date and they were amazing, i was worried I wouldnt have enough time for my lengha but i neednt have worried. Mani and Teenim made sure my lengha was ready and fitted perfectly 6 weeks before our wedding date, and kept me updated to the progress of my outfit throughout the whole process. i cannot recommend them enough. They are professional, knowledgeable and just the nicest team ever. BIBI is now my go to for all events!

I cannot stress how difficult it has been organising a wedding during lockdown, let alone doing shopping for it. I had stress from work and a sudden close family bereavement recently but Bibi London really exceeded my expectations and made the virtual process smooth for me. Nita went above and beyond in helping me find exactly what I was looking for and even found something similar and asked it that caught my eye. I cannot stress this enough but the service was not just with the purpose of a sale in mind, I was really and truly well looked after and my needs were more than catered for. I bought all my wedding outfits from Bibi - I have to say the service was fantastic and selection of clothes brilliant. Alterations were done quickly and with ease. I really felt looked after and they accommodated any changes I asked for. Teenam was wonderful constantly in contact about the orders and changes I wanted and Marni was always so helpful and attentive on my visits- I had a fantastic experience and my whole family found exquisite pieces to wear throughout the wedding week. I’m getting married and I couldn’t have asked for more kind, caring and loving people to help me create my temple and reception outfits. The service from the first day I walked in to the day I collected my outfits to take home was amazing and really fun. They took away all my stress and worries. Avoid! Avoid Avoid !Main person is a lady called Marni she’s rude and shouts at you when she speaks. Zero manners, all was well until I went to pay there after she had zero time for me didnt help me with my fitting and ignored me. We brought outfits from her before and all she wants is CASH no point having three card machines she doesn’t want to use them.When It came to try on the outfit for the first time, she ordered what she thought was nice not what I asked for. My alterations were endless.Do not pay for a price she plucks out the air. Go somewhere else where they will respect you.I would never go here again ever. Outfits are nice but overpriced and service is nonsense all from Marni even though she owns the business. All the other staff are amazing, the all need pay rises for dealing with her.

I would not go there again, staff not helpful and while it is meant to be a one to one service the lady looking after us was to busy on call and speaking to our clients. I was asked if we would like a drink, which never turned up...

Marni and her team are fantastic. We used them for my sisters wedding as well as mine. We spent at least 5 hours in the shop trying out outfit after outfit and being served countless amounts of teas and snacks without even noticing a slight flinch or look of exasperation from the team- they were helpful and truly cared about making sure we got something that we would be excited about. They are also a necessary middle man when coordinating alterations with designers - they KNOW and are experts in their trade and I would rather have them on board in any situation!

BIBI is where Delhi fashion hits London. I have only shopped in Delhi,as I found most places in London not upto date with current trends. However, I was shocked after my first visit to BIBI. Amazing designer fashion, knowledgeable staff that help tweak your outfit to your taste and realistic time frames. I bought 2 outfits for my sons 1st birthday and they did a fantastic job. They fit like a glove, even though I travelled only once from Scotland to view outfit and get measured. The manager, Marni, was very attentive and made great additions to my outfit to make it classy, yet comfortable for the event. My sons outfit was absolutely perfect.I cant recommend this place enough.Walking into BIBI is like walking into the top boutiques in Delhi, minus the cost and snobbery.Stay humble and keep up the good work.

I had less than 3 weeks to get an outfit for my brothers wedding. I called BIBI London to get a very last minute appointment and the girls managed to squeeze me in on the day despite being fully booked. When I arrived at the store I was really impressed with all the high end designer collections, there was definitely lots to choose from. Marni and the girls were lovely and very helpful, it was a very relaxed atmosphere and not what I expected from such a high end boutique. I was able to freely browse through all the collections and try on as many pieces as I like- a very comfortable and homely vibe which is the opposite to what I experienced in other stores in London. Anyway, I showed Marni the dress I was after and she managed to get in touch with the designer and got it made to measure and posted out directly to me (in manchester) in less than two weeks!!!I received my dress 1 week prior to the wedding and it fit perfectly , I was beyond amazed at how quick easy and reliable the whole experience was and will defo be going to BIBI London for future purchases.

As an individual who very rarely wears Asian clothes, I knew my search for a wedding dress wasnt going to be an easy one. Every dress I tried on was beautiful and the most difficult decision was choosing which one Id like to wear on the big day!Marni and Teenm are both fantastically talented and listened so attentively to exactly what I wanted in my dress! Once I had placed my order I knew I definitely had one less thing to worry about. When the dress arrived it was even more stunning than I had imagined and I was so excited to wear it, Marni and Teenm had gone above and beyond!Any small alterations that needed to be made due to weight loss were done by their very own amazing tailor and on the day my dress fit like a glove!The only thing I regret is all the time wasted in other stores I visited before finding Bibi! I wouldnt go anywhere else! Whether Im prepping months in advance or looking for a last minute outfit Bibi really is the place to go for me. It is very rare to find service such as that which Marni and her team provide- Interation with her customers is such that you cannot differentiate whether they are indeed customers or her long time friends, and thats what is so fun its like shopping with a bunch of your closest girl friends. Indian suit shopping for me has always equated to hustle and bustle, however, this is the one place I know I will be given one-to-one service, with cups of tea on hand for my mother, we dont go anywhere else. Plus theres the small fact that the collection in-store is always mind blowing, and the creative insight the team bring, means my outfits are always standing out from the crowd! A must visit!

I have been to Bibi London from it’s humble beginnings, and it’s wonderful to see them come so far along with their hard work and excellent service. This little gem of a place is hidden on a country road - it’s an absolute treat to go there! Plenty of parking space and a lovely and large studio filled with designer treats. As soon as you walk in you see a plethora of lehngas, sarees, dresses! Trust me, I shop - A LOT, and Bibi’s collection is probably the largest in London! I feel like a child in a sweet shop!!Shopping at Bibi is an absolute treat because of Marni - she is exceptionally wonderful and one can see the passion, dedication and pride, in what she does. I always love seeing her, because she understands what I like and advises me accordingly. Even if I try on 20 dresses - she will never say no. “Bibi London rocks!Every girls dream is to find the perfect bridal lengha. I travelled to INDIA earlier this year and shopped until I dropped but I couldn’t find what I was looking for. It was only until I went to Sabyasachi store In Delhi and fell in love with everything. The only disadvantage was they don’t deliver International and expect you to come back for your fitting and collection, which was impossible due to work.I remember contacting my favourite person “Marni” from INDIA and having a heart to heart, explaining how disappointed I was with the shops apart from Sabyasachi ..She was amazing and told me not to worry and come back to England to see her so we can order my Sabyasachi lengha :)I felt I was in safe hands and nothing to worry about as I knew she would deliver to me on time.What I love about Marni is she has this personality where she will tell you upfront what looks good on you or not. She has the power to deliver and its not easy to work in this industry especially because its demanding.I wasn’t easy to work with either as I was confusing my self and others but she made me feel at ease. I booked my first appointment at Bibi London in early April 2018 and met with Nadia, Shivani and Teenm. My wedding was in August 2018 in South Africa, so I had 4 months to find a dress. All 3 women were very professional and advised me on what suited me and what didn’t. Giving their honest opinions on some of the pieces that I myself was not comfortable in reassured me that they were not just trying to make a sales pitch but actually cared about providing a valuable customer experience.After trying on a few dresses at Bibi London, my heart was really set out on a Pawan and Pranav design. As I was flying out to South Africa the next day, I still half-heartedly searched for outfits of similar design and quality in South Africa to that of Bibi London. I knew that I wouldn’t find the same quality in South Africa, so I called Teenm whilst I was there to confirm that I wanted the dress I had seen.The service I had from then on was really personal and Teenm worked with me to ensure that the colour of the dress that I had seen in the store was the exact match to what was being produced by the designer. Teenm also redesigned the blouse for me and advised me on using the right materials for a more conservative look and for my body type.When my dress arrived mid-July, there were barely any alterations needed. Teenm ensured that my skirt was taken in and at my second fitting, my dress fitted like a glove.The only downside I found was that we had to travel quite far out of London to Brentwood (1.5hrs away) to try on dresses…. wished the store was more central. Other than that, I would still make the effort to go out to Bibi London and buy a wedding dress.Thank you Nadia, Shivani and especially Teenm!

From the minute I got engaged, I knew I wanted to be a Bibi London bride, and they did not disappoint!My main interactions were with Teenm, who is extremely helpful, patient and attentive. With her help, I was able to custom design a Shyamal & Bhumika outfit to match my vision. She kept in contact with me via WhatsApp and phone calls, ensuring to push the designers along to meet my short timelines.When the outfit arrived, I required some alterations and Marni guaranteed their in-house tailor, Rani, would be able to turn these changes around ASAP.My wedding outfit turned out to be my dream come true and I can’t thank Teenm and Marni enough!I would recommend Bibi London to any bride to be!

I have been shopping through Bibi London for the past 4 years. Always loved her hospitality and understanding client needs. I have bought few ethnic wears from her varying from party wear to all the way attire for my sisters wedding - saree for halud, reception. My sister also got her wedding reception saree from here which Marni custom made it based on her need / desire. I live far away from London and most of my shopping experience is via virtual or WhatsApp. Marni and Nayla has always made an effort to take pic and model the clothing. They will also go out of the way to get me pieces of designer wear that they don’t even stock. Can’t rate them enough. I go to place for Ethnic Designer wear. Xx

Heritage Jewels (5*) - I visited Bibi London after seeing a wedding lengha I liked on their site although the lengha wasn’t as I hoped in real life (no fault of theirs) I saw a few jewellery sets I really liked. A couple of months later the set wasn’t available on their website and the link that the lady who served me gave me was for a different set so I text them to ask if they could send me the link but it turned out they only had it in store. However, they went out of their way (especially Nita) to make sure I could place the order and they delivered it so it turned up two days after. The set OMG is the most beautiful thing you have ever seen and the box was just as beautiful as the set. I have bought jewellery sets from other places which were even more expensive and just came in clear plastic boxes. I would definitely recommend their jewellery and their service.Bibi London (3*) - In terms of clothing I found it was difficult to see designs which would suit my figure as I’m a size 10 in the UK and all their tops were crop tops and were smaller in size so when I tried lenghe on the top had to be either clipped at the back or to the front to get an idea, the lady who served me was nice she gave me a nude vest to put underneath the lengha top as I wasn’t comfortable going out with my stomach on show. Although the bottom of the lenghe fit, I felt like a whale - I know great confidence boost. It wasn’t great especially considering it was my first time wedding lengha shopping and I drove 2.5hrs to get there but if you are of a smaller size or are shopping for party wear etc they do have a wide variety and range of clothing and where they are based is beautiful. Thanks to them I also know what colour I want my lengha to be and the lady (Teena) who served me was an absolute gem she tried her best to accommodate me and to prepare me for what is involved when buying your wedding outfit ☺️
