This review is based on the purchase of washing machine LG company. Weight 6.5 kg along with exchange of old product. No complaint with LG , problem is with Coronation.some of the charges are kept hidden by you and not at all discussed.this is not our misunderstanding these are those hidden charges that you ask from customer. this is totally wrong.in fact you can be open to the chargers. You took out as our fault that we didnt ask you. and never have I saw the amount of transportation charges you asked from us. that too with an exchange product. get your facts straight first. if that auto person just came to deliver our machine then the charges are still justified bit he came along with 6 different products. Stop cheating get real.

I would have given less than 1star for their service. We bought washing machine (LG 6.5Kg), negotiated with them for price as price compared to onliine was higher at the store. As they wanted to sell their product they made additional discounts and sold us the product but at the end they started adding additional charges such as transportation charge, processing charge and much more, which ultimately added 1000 more to the cost. In short they are cheaters dont go and buy from here instead I request you to buy online. Atleast where exchange of product is there delivery charges are free, which they denied. Dont shop from here.

Extremely poor customer care! I had booked one refrigerator in the month of June by giving advance payment . After waiting for aprox. 3 months I was told price is increased 15200 than the amount at the time of booking which was not acceptable & ultimately I had to take advance amount back after 4 months! I am highly unsatisfied!
