This was earlier well behaved and well managed,but not anymore.They have become rude and swollen headed.I purchased kitchenware for Rs 7759 today. The boy incharge of packing was unprofessional and hurrying. Although I reminded him to recheck,he merely shrugged off my suggestion.On reaching home I found One billed item missing and called on landline given on bill. They admitted that the item was there. Instead of offering to deliver it to me,the person was rude and did not even regret their unprofessionalism.They will have new customers,of course But I shall also henceforth look for better professional stores. This proved just another baniya shop.

On 14-07-2020, i visited to the Alpha shop Janipur for purchasing some items. There in the shop i saw that employees of that shop are without mask and many peoples without maintaining social distance were purchasing their items. when i brought this thing in the notice of the owner of this shop who was sitting on the counter that why you are allowing so many customers at the same time to enter in your shop. Why not you allow one by one.He told me that this is none of your business. I told him i will complain to D.C Jammu . He told me not even DC you should complain before Governor office. But there is nobody who could take action against me.
