The hotel is located on the main road and very easy to find. There is sufficient parking in front of the hotel. The room was clean and well maintained. Basic amenities were stocked. Only thing lacking was there were no bathroom slippers available in the room. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay.

It was a comfortable stay during my 3 days stay. Food was excellent and room service was also fine. Ambience of the hotel was fabulous and behaviour of staff is very professional.

Old place with not so great interiors nor the room was well kempt

Overall good hotel, very conveniently located. food is good, staff very humble and prompt for service. But it needs some changes like carpet mats, internal controller for room temperature and definitely blacked out curtains.

Old infrastructure.. bad washrooms and Worst behaved staff.No covid safety measures followed by staff .. none of staff wears masks ..whether its security guard .. room service.. house-keeping or receptionist..Also receptionist is very rude .. dont know whether he considers himself owner of place or what..Moreover on name of covid rules they collect food bill payment everytime you order anything in room which is actually very risky if people enter room without masks for bill collection. We had to escalate the issue to management to stop this nonsense. You can clear bills during check-out.Guests are allowed to order food from Zomato but they dont allow Zomato delivery guys to deliver food at reception.. instead guests need to go to main gate to collect food.. even if guests is an elderly lady they wont allow delivery guy in outside reception.

Quarantine in Jammu. I landed in Jammu at 1400. In the airport first you have to do a corona test. Till the test results are not out, you have to stay in paid or free quarantine. Hotel Asia is paid Quarantine. They charge 4200/day for double occupancy. Usually the test results come in 24 hrs via message, but it can take long also. I received my message in 40 hrs. There are 3 meals provided in the room and you are not allowed to go out of the room till you are negative in the results. Hotel transfer is done by the government from the airport. Overall the hotel was good. The food was good. I will be posting some pictures of the food if anyone is interested.

It is present opposite to the Police Line Gandhi Nagar Jammu.Inner Infrastructure is also very appealing.They have one swimming pool inside the Hotel. They also arrange functions inside the Hotel. No doubt this is a wonderful hotel to stay in. The staff are welcoming, polite and very helpful. In terms of location as well, the hotel is quite centrally located from most known places in the city. Food and room service is good. Only thing that perhaps the management can work on is maintainance of the rooms. Its an old hotel so understandably the structure is old too. The rooms need just that extra bit of upkeep and this will easily become the best hotel in town.

Rooms are well maintained with amenities like mini-bar, locker, shoe-shine, hot water, shaving mirror, hair-dryer, 24-hr room service available. I was pleasantly surprised to see and feel the warm hospitality for less than .. rupees booked via Goibibo.Prompt room service, good mattress and linens, hot water shower and a good view of the highway in the front.

Parking space & management of traffic was atrocious, very very poor 😑 needs to be improved & supervision is required at the officers level.

A good place to stay in Satwari, Jammu. The rooms are nice, food is quite good and ambience is peaceful and calm. Staff is friendly and approachable with helpful attitude.

Its a great property, and its hardly 2 km away from railway station . Clean and equipped with modern facilities.However, I had faced issues with allocated room. The AC wasnt working, and had to give 5 reminders, and finally I was assigned a suite in place of Club room which I had booked.I will count that as one of instances, and would recommend it

I visited cygnet pavilion, all day dine in restaurant. They have buffet available in all meals. The price charged for the number of items was bit high as compared to others in same city. Quality of food was average, service staff was good. Ambience of the place is good and different, you have live music on Saturday nights which is a good thing for a fine dine place. In total it was average in terms of food quality.

Without doubt one of the favorite hotels I stayed during my time in Jammu! The staff was extremely friendly, the restaurant very flexible (appreciate this!) and the restaurant supervisor deserves a special thanks. Note, this is not a 5 star hotel, but the atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to me. All respect for the staff, a true sample of excellent hospitality!

My special thanks to Mr. Amit Sood-GM & front office desk to allocating me room in spite of my very early arrival at 6.30 am with no extra room tariff. The staff is very courteous and helpful.. The room hygiene and facilities are excellent.. I have been staying in this hotel for last 15 years and the required renovations is always done.. Great spread of breakfast buffet.. Very peaceful and self sufficient hotel with adequate parking facilities.. Great Job.. Would love to visit again and again.. God bless.

This hotel has really upgraded its restaurant to a very graceful level. The cuisine served here are really enjoyable to taste buds and it has one of the best textures along with graceful presentation available. In terms of ambience I would suggest little something more can be done in terms of more cleanliness and more hygiene to the ambience but on the other hand food is really hygienic, fresh and taste tingling.
