I was out of station and once i reach my vehicle was not working i just made a call. Service team get my vehicle repair at home within an hour. I was amazed. Kudos to service team of diamond honda.

I have activa 5g .whenever I go I feel staff like friends. Supportive people. Lounge is awesome. Overall good experience. I am waiting for new CBR to buy.

I got my Activa 125 serviced on 21st May, and what they did can be seen in photos, the tail light wiring was left loose and was in contact with exhaust, the wiring cover was melted by heat of exhaust , and if I had not seen the hanging wires, all wires would have melted and blown up and had put my life on risk by catching fire may be, my vehicle could have stopped working and the service station guys would have just charged a hefty amount for new wiring and procedure. Due to limited staff they are not washing the vehicle, but that is still fine. But this type of ignorance can put a persons life in danger. I wonder for such things they make a customer wait for 4 hours. Then I registered complaint and recieved a call on the next working day regarding issue and I again went to service station and the staff was very cooperative and Service Manager Mr. Sambyal was extremely nice BUT just TAPED the melted wire cover and DIDNT CHANGE it.

Best Honda Service Centre I have seen so Far.

The more excited I was for my scooty’s delivery, the more worst experience I had on the day of delivery.Scooty was coated in dust. I was a feeling as if I gave my scooty to a service station and they simply washed it and gave it to me without any polish and all.

I never do service of my bike outside of showroom though my free service has been expired.this is the first time I have done service in jammu.first of all during the service I complaint about start up issue of bike.as a mechanic they didnt have idea how much clause is to be kept , after riding I told them how much to do.after the service I did not notice of oil leakage.as I use this bike only for official purpose,I dont have time to look.yesterday I saw that the while pouring enginee oil they have broken the part.before my servicing that was okay.I got it repaired outside as service centre has no parts of it.my qsn is why to pay extra rupees in service centre and also to pay extra amount outside to get it correct.my suggestion to this service centre to atleast have basic idea of bike and learn how to open any part without breaking.really wasted my day and money for worthless reason.

Seriously there is no one to receive and talk with the customers. I went twice there and both the times no-one visited us or enquired about what we want. We themselves have to go to the sales guy and request him to let us give the details of the vehicle. And what?, I didn’t bought the vehicle from them🤣🤣. I can’t buy vehicle from the people who are not giving importance to you, this also before sale, so what do we expect about after sale from them😂

Dimond honda just want to push whatever stock they have , not caring about what product customer want. .... May be due to this showroom Honda is not able to sell bikes in Jammu despite having good sales in other states...

Honda showroom with no staff and no sanitation. Visited this place on 21st of August 2020 to purchase a bike and a scooter but no one from the showroom even talked with us or described about the available products.Worst serviceSuch a service will surely degrade the high valued name of HONDA.WORST EXPERIENCE

Honda showroom at Gangyal road... Bike and scooter service and repair also available.. I suggest to to either do an advance booking or visit the showroom at around 9 for service or repair otherwise you will have to wait for an entire day to get the job done...
