Dont waste your time by visiting this place that has empty shelves and containers. They have nothing and you will not find what you are looking for.

As in my previous reviews too, had explained about this shopping experience as this Easy Day outlet doesnt have the complete set of inventory even the day today items. Majority of time they even dont keep the stock of small items like butter at store. Havent ever seen this sort of mismanagement by any outlet. Now, after acquisition Reliance is trying to dump its inventory but not fully as I believe theyre waiting for the judgement for case to be announced.

I personally not like this outlet very much. They have no management, no offers going, no latest updates on confectionery or groceries. The management is poor.But still people go and collect the items they need. Because they have no other option i think so. Not everyone has Best Price Membership Card neither everyone want to go out for 2-3 kms for their daily use products, i think thats why people nearby stick to this option.But i really want Reliance to upgrade their outlet and focus more on their management and customer service.

Store with zero inventory.They trick you into buying membership cards for 1000bucks and assure you that their store would be soon full Of stock but its all empty always.

Very unprofessional staff they usually misguide the customers.one incident happened today there was one biscuit which is one plus one free but the lady on counter didn’t inform the customer.A young boy standing at gate and checking the items and bill informed the lady that this is one plus one free there was some arguments happen and then the customer went out as she was getting late after that the lady on counter bashed on that young boy why you informed the customer that the item is one on one free poor guy got demotivated and didn’t say anything.I suggest don’t buy anything from easy day (Roop Nagar)they even charge you 20 rs for carry bag which is not worth.will definitely complain at consumer court against them.

Staff is just focusing on making membership card. Stocks are always empty. They cant even find their rightful owners and it doesnt support upi payment.

Yes easy day malls is doing public service and doing job well. But the work and product in the inception of the Easy day malls was some better one and better qualities. I experienced qualities of materials not to that standard in some cases; which I am sure you will agree . Rest; sales persons working satisfactorily and efficiently.

Its good place to shop. They do follow basic process in day to day operations. Only issue is with billing. Two people always should be at the billing counter. But I have many times seen just one person at the billing counter which makes it difficult as the billing line is quite long. Since its a small store so you dont expect such a long wait time for billing.

It is very gud place for house hold shopping there are two types of persons one with membership and other without membership tl.The person with membership get more benefits then the person without membership bt it is good for all you can buy anything and if u didnt get what you want you can come from there without any charges of visiting easy day..There are many branches and it is always clean..Staff member weather blue uniform..!!

This place is easily approachable by road. It is near amphala bantalab road. There is J&K bank and a park near it.

It is nearby Greenland palce , lower roop nagar. One place to meet your daily needs. Margin on the items are not upto mark until we create card of it with 1000 rupees. Staff is always pinch to have card for shopping purpose which is annoying sometimes. Other than this store is not so spacious.
