I love big bazar as it has all the things from daily needs to clothing. They have started home delivery also which is very convenient for eveyone in this pandemic situation and the plus point is they deliver in 24 hours which is great.

As usual everything is customer oriented although covid has forced many unpleasant changes. Yet the place is trying its best to make shopping easier for their customers.

This time i have seen some old stuff there too ,but still good in quality.

It nice place to shop, nice n clean and well sanitized, modern guidelines are adhered, well categorised sections. The parking space is also good. Nearby place are fine to have a meal. And Ii you are lucky enough you may get a discount!

Poor service at exchange or offer corner....Staff dont care for time of customer... rather they are more busy in gossiping with staff

This best thing you can find in this store are briefcases and luggages at a very reasonable price. Utility items are also good there. The only thing they need to improve is clothing items. Footwear and Clothing items are of cheap quality. Rest is ok. Sharing my personal experience.

Good place for casual shopping. Nice , economic and value for money clothes ; all types of food items, vegetables & fruits are available here.

If you need any food items then it is good but the quality of other items such as clothes, crockery is not up to the mark

Shelves where stocked, only issue was most of billing counters were defunct. So, it becomes hassle for customers who have just couple of items to get checked out.

I want gv zero stars but unfortunately there is no such facilities provided, they are making a Huge money out of their business but when it comes to providing facilities to their customers they becomes really careless. I happened to go there to buy some clothes but it was really a shocker for me that all the trial rooms in men section were lacking basic facilities, non of them were properly get closed or opening up as their knobs are loosen and becoming non-functional moreover the floor manager really shown careless attitude towards customers concern!!

This visit we have a better experience than previous ones.Store was neat and we got almost most of the items we required.

Better to buy online, go vishal mega mart, or by from local vendor.

Comparing the price with vishal mart big bazar is hike in that, what ever it is after the purchase of different items including grocery it costed around 12k, and paid everything and after that asked them to provide two boxes or sack for packing, bitter side they dont have sack, later provided me with an open box for packing asked for packing tape so that I can fix the box properly for filling the stuff, they guys in help desk(28/06/2021)told me that theyre not there to provide that. Then after a shouting at thethem and asked to take stuff back and credit the amount back then,the manager came and told the same story, then after 20 min he brought a tape for packing, simple never expect a customer help / customer friendly relationship with the guys there, really a -ve side on them.

All good but lack of customer handling. Helpers dint know where the things are placed.

1 star for baggage counter as there is no provision for helmet storage . One has to move with two helmet s within the store. Very irritating.

I would have given 0 star but 1 is minimum. Big bazaar has 2 options: in store pick up and home delivery during this corona restrictions. Yesterday I had ordered certain groceries item with home delivery. The app is showing delivery time to be 11 am. Now it is evening 5 pm, still no delivery. I contacted the store 5 times, they told me my item will be delivered in 15 mins each time. Markets are already closed as timing here in jammu is 6am - 10am(Corona restrictions). I relied on home delivery from Big Bazaar which is a mistake.

Good place for shopping located 500 metre from centre point of Jammu. Opens at 10:00 am and closes at 10:00pm , cards for transaction accepted here. Each and every item one will get regarding household, clothing, grocery item , food items,vegetables,fruits.open 7 days.

I didnt recieve my order..... Even after payment.. And their customer service are not responding.... They are cheaters...... Not even worth single star..

I dont like this place because of the unclenainess by them & the services given by their workers. Their employees cant show you the products you want properly & ask you to prefer another for the trail. Their was no one who cares about the surrounding environment of their mall.

A well known place in the market . It has got nice grocery store, diverse variety of apparels , cosmetic section is good and much more. But you cant find restuarant el except for a small outlet where you get burgers, halaal chicken , pizzas shakes and ice creams. There is no place for kids to roam around, better be inside the premises shop and leave.Prices are ok nothing special about that, items too are quite normal . If you are looking for nice brands then this is not the right place.Rest come and visit at least once.

The acquisition deal by Reliance has just created havoc for big bazaar. Staff has been trimmed. Most of the items that were available on racks have exhausted and not replaced. It was a very bad experience. Unless the Reliance will come clear on its policy about Future Retail, it is better to avoid going there. Really disappointed as of now! It seems that they are trying to sell off the available stock to wind up the business operations !

Very good place for shopping... Four stars because they dont have pleated trousers, all the trousers are pleatless and close fitting which i dont like.

My two recent visits to Big Bazaar werebig disappointment- minimum inventory on display(most of the shelves were empty) indifferent staff & most astonishingly very frequent power breakdowns with no? ppwer backup (shoppers left in total darkness inside the premises).

No updation in the stocks. Bekar hai.
