Trying to contact your service personnel, but he does not give any response. I bought a new washing machine and your installation engineer sold me a bottom trolley, but the machine was not stable on that. Then engineer said he will take the trolley back. Its been 2 months and he does not responds and the machine vibrates so violently that it hits the wall sometimes. Please solve my issue and save yourself and myself from the consumer forum.Note added after response. The link provide by you gives error on submitting the form.
