A great place to stay at in Jammu. The property is well situated near the police memorial. A wonderful staff, the best food and very comfortable rooms. The food is too good and worth mentioning again in my review. The portion sizes are also good. Had a pleasant stay and enjoyed it a lot. Staff was very good and helpful. Thanks Lemon Tree and the staff for making it a treat for us!A point worth mentioning that during Covid they had took all the precautions and safety measures to keep the guests feel comfortable and safe.

Warmly welcome by reception staff. Easy check in. Room was best and clean. Food was great . I enjoyed my stay at Lemon tree Jammu. Only drawback very limited parking area is available.

Hotel is good . Rooms are clean and it is located just in front of Jammu Railway station just walking distance. Food is very expensive . 3 rotis for 200 Rs . You can imagine the cost for 1 day. Otherwise lemon tree is good chain of hotels you will not feel uncomfortable.

Hi, Im staying here since last one month, so its my pleasure to describe this hotel in words..Hotel and room are so neat clean. Staff imposes good covid19 protocol for the guests. I really appreciate to all house keeping staff who are doing so needful.Rooms are spacious, All rooms have beautiful views outside windows.Breakfast is delicious. You can find your own taste in Lunch and Dinner.. Quite Lovely everything is.. All the staff of Restaurants is kind and humble.. Mr. RAKESH is one of them.Parking service is also good, lot of parking is spacious and free.In front office all the staff is very genuine and kind.You can spend your lovely time here..👍

This lemon tree is situated near the railway station and is centrally located. The regular room size is good and suite are large and quite spacious. The food menu is regular however the taste is homely and you can relate to your home made food. The staff and officials are courteous and respectful. The price is moderate and affordable. Recommended for those looking for a pit stop at an affordable price.

One of the best property in Jammu. Room was excellent, neat and well maintained .Kept all essential items in room.had been living here for a month but never felt that we were out of our home.Excellent services by Abhishek, nishant kumar, arush, diksha, rishab, ankit, kuldeep sir and pradeep sir. The staff was courteous and friendly, especially the restaurant head Rakesh sir. you will be delighted with great services by team.U get everything u want. Dedicated staff well groomed and take good care of their guests.The food was good, the portion sizes are also good. Had a wonderful stay.At last the hotel manager Mr. Naveen who helped us every single moment. Thankyou for everything. He is so dynamic and always positive in nature.Im very much happy with the behaviour and services.Thank you so much for taking care of us.

Overall cleanliness and hygiene, including those areas associated with fooding and lounging;2. Connectivity (Wifi).This hotel aces in both categories. The worst experience i ever had in any five star hotel , i order food from the in room dining and the food was totally uncooked and when we complaint about it in ird section there was one person abhishek he said we only serve this kind of food if u have any problem u can write our complaint online. The person was so rude and this is my first time experience in any 4 star property, that staff members are so rude.Would not recommended .

Worst customer dealing. Reservations team is not interested in taking the bookings. Tried contacting three times but person talking was not interested in booking the room and disconnected the call in between. no courtesy towards the guest will never recommend this property to anyone.

Lemon tree is one of the best hotels, persons they never disappointed me yet on their services and hospitality! I mostly stay in lemon tree chain of hotels and personally I love it, and the one in Jammu was no different we reached bit late from delhi, upon arrival we saw some sort of ceremony was going on the only drawback was the loud music being playin the premises, was not a good idea, if u r traveling to kasmir ot or to leh via Jammu this place wo t disappoint you, the food was over priced and the taste was pathetic.

Its on of the nicest properties located just outside of jammu tawi railway station. Location is good and can be easily seen from the moving trafic also. Rooms are neat, clean and hygenic. It was a pleasant visit to the hotel. I have always enjoyed food at Citrus Cafe and Jammu hotel was equally good as other states. The hotel is brand new and looks pretty good. We ordered lunch, chicken dish, biryani and Nans which was very good. We loved every dish. Place is good for family outings, staff is very helpful and took good care of us. They serve buffet on weeknights and its a must to have. Will definitely visit again.

One of the best hotel in Jammu. Located at the most convinenent place(on the main road),hardly 200 mtrs from busstand, half a km from railway station, half a km from the common stuff shopping place(not branded) . The hotel is well maintained by the hotel staff with all the modern amenities. However, only service they dont offer is swimming pool, which is not relevant for most of the traveller taking tansit.
