This store promises great customer service but actually frauds you into delivering a laptop with a counterfeit windows office. During my purchase with them, I was promised a geniune office and a promise of repair. However, when issues in my laptop arose, they failed to repair the same. After 3-4 months of my purchase, my microsoft word started displaying the existence of a fake office software and when I got in touch with them regarding this they said everyone installs fake. I bought the laptop within the given, expensive rate because I was told they would install geniune office. Later they also gave an excuse that they have no idea about what their salesman said to us. I am a lawyer, yet not suing them for their misrepresentation but I will make sure that I spread awareness so that nobody else gets defrauded like this.

Gamers , i beg you to not buy anything from this place . As soon as they get your money , you are no use to them. They sold me an i3 in a 55k pc build and are not evena ccepting its their fault . i even told them to replace this i3 for another processor for extra charges and they arent even doing that depite me being able to pay extra money

This place is the worse place to buy computers just never buy anything from this place they built me a gaming PC with 2060 super and i3 10100f i told them to give me a i3 10300 and they even forced me to buy a CPU which would bottleneck my gpu they installed a counterfeit version of Windows on my PC filled with malware,mining softwares and disabled windows updates on my newly built PC. they dont even take money from credit or debit card straight up forcing us to pay by cash as you can clearly tell they want the money in cash so that they keep it cash without paying tax.They just straight up say all parts have 3 year warranties but its not written on the bill they gave me.Its straight up taking your money and no customer support.

Very good place for buying gaming pc and laptops. I just bought asus laptop from this shop with moderate price means neither expensive nor cheap. All types of hardware is available for gaming pc. This shop is better than big malls in matter of price. There is always 2000 to 3000rs drop in price for most products as compared to big malls like croma etc.

May be the only shop after plenty of available at luv kush chowk where you can find variety of laptop and desktop accessories. In terms of price they can be tricky. Can’t believe them.
