They are one of the oldest dealerships in town and over the years their services have gone through lot of ups and downs. Not only they, but almost all the dealers here have huge head room for improvements. So if your are out there shopping for computers or any part you can try this place and workout the best deal with them. staff might not be of any help, but owner would surly be of a great help. Its small town with only handful of computers retailers and limited options so do checkout with some before making final decision to get good value for your money.

I asked a staff member to showcase a Logitech Mouse within range of ₹500 which I needed for working purpose only, but firstly, they were not aware where they kept their stock of mouses, secondly, they straightforwardly said exaggerated price of ₹700, thirdly, the staff seemed quite rude. Now, the same particular mouse cost ₹300 through ecommerce market with 1 year warranty/guarantee.Keeping everything aside, learn to communicate with customers in professional manner.

Most worst shop. Keep the staff aside, Even the store head does not rely on its words. I will recommend to go for some other stores there are lot more stores in jalandhar.

But webcam stop working after only few days. After the lock down I get back to the shop with webcam but at that time same salesman told that this webcam has no warranty. Dont trust thenI bought dell laptop they told me Intel i3 6th gen but when checked it at hime it was 5th gen they exchanged it.Secondly they told me dedicated graphic memory is 2gb but its just 128mb they didnt exchange itIt cost me approx 35000But Flipkart or Amazon giving better deals In this price range.They did worst with my cousin.So buy from internet or trusted dealer but dont any thing from DIGITAL WORLD.

Firstly 3 stars because of their third class (worst) service I am their customer since 7-8 years my review was based on while purchasing laptopand we also had buyed computer from there but at that time I dont know much about computers and how to buy a computer we buyed acer aspire e15 573 gt from there and they said we will give yo accessories like online sales dont and they but the accessories are too bad china made companies which work 1-2 mnths and I said give me original windows they are giving me only activation key and we will install the window means original windows rate pirated windows BEWARE CUSTOMER CHECK COA LABEL AND VERIFY IT WITH MICROSOFT SUPPORT BEFORE BUYING.
