I stayed 3 days and 2 nights in this hotel.On our arrival, everybody was helpful.They do their best to make us confortable.Of course one tchai for welcome 😉My parents and me assist on a cooking class... And practice.A delicious dish,Mutton masala.For cook lover go there!For all, you will appreciate the rooftop restaurant with the best view in citadel, especially on sunrise and night time.The hotel is on quiet place well situated. Between train station and the citadel.In 10min by walk you are in citadel.About the room, clean, tidy, nice decoration.You have towels, beds sheets... Everything!Enjoy your stay....

Well located. Just a walking distance from Gadisar Lake, Jaisalmer fort and other sight seeing places.Room was clean and tidy, comfortable bed.Staff very friendly so was the owner of the hotel.Roof top restaurant with amazing view of the Jaisalmer fort. Excellent food. You should try Ice cold coffee with the ice-cream!

It was dirty. The first day I stayed on the first floor where you could literally not get into the room from the smell. It smelled like something was dead in there even after I left the windows open for half a day. The check out is waaaay too early and I overpaid for laundry service and 4 hours extra stay as I didnt want to leave at 9:30.TV didnt work, ac in first room didnt work.Last but not least, you can only take a shower from 8 am till 11 am. GIVE ME A BREAK!!! There was no hot water pretty much the whole day.The 2 stars are just for the rooftop restaurant with nice view of the fort. That was pretty much all there is...Just dont

Location of this property is very good & its very conveniently located its located of the main road itself & even market area is nearby to it as well. The hotels property is very good & their rooms are very spacious & comfortable. The only drawback was their services as it was very slow otherwise their staffs behavior was very good too. We had tremendous time staying here.

This was the second time I have stayed here, unfortunately we happened to be there during a really cold spell.A warm welcome from the staff some of whom remembered me from my first visit.Prem the chef catered for our every need and by far was some of the best food wed eaten in India.I became quite sick before getting to Jaisalmer, which I could not get rid of and Prem arranged to get me to a hospital and came with me, getting me through all the bureaucracy in no time. We visited his family for tea at his home.The only reasons I havent given it 5 stars are it was really quite expensive and for the money I would have expected immediate hot water 24 hours a day. The hot water takes ages to come through and at only certain times of the day. The rooms are beautifully decorated and we were very comfortable. Great view of the fort from the rooftop

Staff behavior, amenities and services were good. Location was good, it was near to tourist places . There was dining facility, but it was rooftop dining facility. No complimentary services were provided.

Guys!!! please this is not at alla good for the family to stay .. bad food, bad service.. bad area around though it has only the good view of living ford; everything else is really mess in this hotel. Please go for some other hotels/ motels.

One of the best choice for people from the world near the fort restaurant with fort view hot water always available helpful owner and their staff. Specially Mr jaitha is very kind and helpful person.

Overall a budget hotel

Very good hotel to stay. Foods are simply awesome, can view nearby from roof top restrorent of the hotel specially in night. Nice feel and ambiance. My recommendation is to go with this hotel while going Jaisalmer. My only one night stay made me feel very happy.

Its bad and not all value for money. The pictures on website are deceptive. The surroundings are too bad, all over car repair workshops. Rooms not clean and hardly any ventilation.Furniture is with dust, bathroom not clean, towels not acceptable.The entire staff is a bunch of cheats.They switch off AC as and when they like. Within 16 hours of my stay, I had to report several times on the problems. They tell lies all the time. Sometimes the receptionist will say that power failed, another time he will say inverter is working or not working g.Yester, to have warm water for bath I had to wait for 40 minutes.

Stayed at this place for two days. It’s nothing as it looks like in the pictures. My initial thoughts was okay about this place but during my stay i got to know it’s a bad place to stay. When you come to a hotel you expect good service, but actually there is no service here, had to wait for hours to get the room ready, extra bed is another headache for which you have to remind 10 times to the receptionist. No parking space. Located in bad locality. Bad service. Overall i had a bad experience at this place.

Stayed one night last week of November 2018.Worst Hotel. Situated in the middle of slum filled with car garages. No Live kitchen for lunch and dinner. For dinner we had to go by walk to the fort area that’s nearby but you have to walk through the slum.. Hotel is completely deserted since we were the only ones staying. Uncomfortable Mattresses, Smelling Bathrooms, No Breakfast buffet but they will give 2 paratha’s ..That’s it…Don’t go by the deceptive pictures and reviews and Avoid if you want to be happy.

Very poor presentation .They can only talk big .The ambience is normal .The activities assured by them are normal as compared to the big promises made .The tourism department of Jaisalmer should take strict action against such cheaters .Sights like trip advisers should not be trusted as people fall into a trap because of them .Its a waste of both time and money .One cnt expect to take happy memories from here .The snacks ,dinner and breakfast was too normal .Rather they served daal makhni which is not a Rajasthani dish ! Quantity was too little .No bins in the safaari area .They are helping to make the beautiful Thar a dirty dumping ground .Empty Liquor and water bottles were strewn all around .Wrappers could also be seen .As promised no dancers to entertain guests were available .We were expecting ghoomar but dancer could not even stand for more than 5 mins !I request authorities to take away their licence immediately.

It is a very good hotel. The matter of not washing blankets, etc. is completely untrue, the hotel staff is very accommodating. So definitely come to the hotel.

Nicely located and easy to reach. Rooms were quite good, neat and tidy. The staff were quite courteous and were ready for any assistance. Good value for money.

Nice view from the roof restaurant. But many little things, that didnt work or didnt receive even though I was told to. Fan in the bath didnt work, TV didnt work, WiFi didnt work in the room. Room was more or less clean. No cold water from the shower.

Friendly staff, the hotel is decent and the breakfast was good as well. They even let us keep our luggage next day as well as allowing us to use a room to fresh up. Also they prepared food for our train next day.

Good hotel with nice room, but the room wasnt cleaned properly. The blankets seemed used before and the trashcan wasnt emptied. However the management took care of it and it looked like an honest mistake.There was a western toilet in the bathroom with toilet paper.

Worst hotel ever. Dont go if you want to save your weekend. Its nothing like photos as shown. I went last time in January 2017 so earlier it might be good but not it lost it shine.

I have traveled almost whole India bu this hotel was the worst experience for me. to start with i booked a super deluxe room and payed for that but after reaching hotel they gave me a deluxe room saying that it was because of tourist season. if it was so then this should have been reflected while online booking only but nothing like this appeared . to move on, i had breakfast in this hotel, there was no buffet system, we had to individually ask them that we need food , and then they made us wait for an hour because they gave priority to the foreigner guests, even the foreigners who came much after us got their food before us, i agree that we have atithi devo bhav policy but that that doesnt mean u treat you own citizens badly. i was highly disappointed with this hotel and i suggest everyone never do an online booking for this hotel.

Awesome worth the money you pa.y .its an oasis in thar. Khuri is the destination and mamas should be in the destiny .must visit and stay there.by the way amazing food .

Friendly staff and excellent rooftop cafe. Sound insulation in rooms could be better but overall a good stay.

If possible I would rate this negative stars.To start, WiFi does not work, no hot water, air conditioning did not work, rooms are filthy and illicit activities happens on the premises. The TV was most likely the first TV that was created. Staff is very obnoxious. Food is BLAND. Would not recommend.

The manager outrightly denied us the two well in advance prebooked n prepaid rooms and made us run around in cold n chilled midnight for alternative arrangements and finally we had to stay in a dirty room with very poor facilities... The worst experience... And jumbled the desert tent arrangements too... On the whole very horrible experience...

Dont just go by front view. From inside its a sub standard hotel. Small rooms , no lift , kitchen on 3rd floor, untrained staff including persons on front desk and restaurant. Only advantage is that its cheap. Any how jaisalmer is a small town and u can walk to fort from here.

This was the worst hotel ever. The room is so small and they use bathing towels as blankets. There is at least 15 mosquitoes in every room and there is no AC. No AC in the middle of the desert! Not to mention it has no toilet in the bathroom and theyre illicit activities in the premises .
