Please ask for all the rules and regulations in writing before hand. I had done so still i faced many problems. First they provided me with a CNG vehicle when i was told in mail that the vehicle would be Petrol one. Driver insisted on waiting in a 2 hour waiting line for cng when we were already getting late. Then the driver gave us the new surprise that he will only drive from 9 am to 6 pm and since we asked him to start early he called us village people. The driver kept sullen face for the whole 8 days trip. He refused to help with local places knowledge saying, he didnt know much after he had already claimed he was driving tourists around for 18 years. The whole trip driver kept picking up calls while driving and talking on phone. At few places driver simply chose not to answer when asked anything.There was very little space for luggage too since CNG tank was occupying most of the space.. Then a carrier had to be installed which took extra 2-3 hours.I had a terrible time with this cab service even after i had asked point blank to mention all the things before hand and not give any surprises during the trip.
