One of the wonderful property to visit in nearby location of Jaipur. Hotel is surrounded by Aravali. You can have the view of the hills from room. The hotel restaurant serves great food with nice lighting and ambience. Rooms are comfortable and washrooms are neat and clean. Makes for a good stay!And last we wish to say a big thanks to Mr. Anil Puri for providing wonderful service at hotel.

Property is very good, but not managed well. Their manager Mr Bharat was not professional. He cared least for us. Other staff was good but I guess they were led by inappropriate manager. It was our second visit and not the good one compared to last time.

Tl;dr : Recommended for a weekend getaway with friends and family. A bit pricier, overall. Adventure and gaming zone closed till October.Went there just to have lunch (a-la-carte), while on a weekend getaway with family. The property itself seems amazing, surrounded in a lush green natural serenity. Great pool, although almost fully occupied on weekend. Adventure area and game zone were out of bounds, and will remain so till October - as informed by management.Coming to food, the a-la-carte menu was holastic with items on a bit less budget side. However, the portion and amount of food was good. Ordered items were freshly made and over-all tasty. Didnt try the buffet option, so wont be commenting on it, however the menu items in buffet menu were tempting.Overall, nice place to spend a weekend getaway with family and friends. Recommended.

This place is located in outskirts of jaipur, one can say, it is located amidst our mother nature.Has a very close to nature yet elegant in its own way vibes to it.One can surely visit this place for day-outing like I did with my friends, also you can book this place for wedding arrangement as well.Since its a resort, it has swimming pool necessarily.

Far from city.. Ghat ki guni road is better one to come this place than Jaisinghpura Khor Road.. Nice atmosphere all around. Rooms are luxurious. Bed is enough for 02 person. Rooms are neat and clean. Balcony view is awesome. Nice staff. Good behaviour. Enjoyed my 02 days stay there..

It’s a worst Resort I have ever visit in my life.1) You cant’t order the food what you want to eat you have to eat what they cook for you.2) They always tell that they have game zone but when I came they just tell sorry it’s in under construction then why they charge for them.3) The AC was not working The TV was not working in my room, Phone was not working in my room.They told that we have a cafe and all but when I came I found nothing here.Sorry friends whoever planing to going in this resort please don’t go that’s my personal experience.

Place is really nice if you want to spend some private time. Located outside from the city hustle. It has indoor and outdoor activities, swimming pool, dining etc.But please travel with your own vehicle, because it is little far away from the city and booking a cab or ride might be difficult in some cases.Overall a nice property and good behavior staff.

First of all no one was there to welcome us in the hotel, No welcome drinks were offered at the first and even they made us sit near the unattended dirty glasses. Then only one room was allotted to us after a huge argument. the next room was given after 20 to 30 min. and even the room the not cleaned properly and unattended empty beer & wine bottles were kept in the balcony area , when we informed the front office guy to have them cleaned he told us that we drank those bottles and kept in the balcony area to frame the incident, the guy made us look in front of the whole lobby and insulted us. We also asked the General Manager to meet us as soon as he get time but the never came or may be no one informed him.Really Really Really disappointed with the experience at Heiwa Heaven Resort.also, I am writing this review so late because I called the GM and informed him about the same and never got any reply back.Poor at the max.

Really loved the place. It was a really awesome experience, I had a great time.The food was class apart, we were sitting in open and away from kitchen in full winter but the food they served was still hot and man it was really tasty. It was like we 7 couples and we ordered around evry vegetarian snack available in the menu and man the taste was literally awesome.

Best get away from Delhi. They offer almost all the facilities, you get all sorts of indoor games, lawns, go carting, zip lining, cycling, camel riding and with good food. Good for family stay. I strongly recommend. 😊

I visited this resort with the my friends and I really enjoyed alot specially loved the food.and property ambience was so nice whenever I would plan again to visit jaipur I would stay in the same resort and will recommend to all.

Beautiful resort, nice food, enjoyed alot. only one issue, they do not have any control on guest, people were making huge noise in night till 12.15am outside room, could not sleep due to that, called multiple time in service but they were helpless. Rest everything was fine, you should go there once with family.

I went to heiwa heaven resort for day outing with my family we also booked a room there , On arrival they served welcome drinks and we were attended by Chef Natwar Singh near poolside area where mouth watering starters was waiting for us. View and location of resort is awesome they have lush green gardens and cottages in a separate portion of resort. After having high tea, lunch was served inside Nirvana Restaurant. Fixed menu of lunch was served and mark my words lunch was really delicious in fact better than so many restaurants of pinkcity. During my whole visit i got company of Chef Natwar and it was really amazing, they are good at hospitality must visit place who are in search of peace and want to spend some quality time with friends and family. I would definitely recommend this place with this amazing rating.

There was nothing to do..We paid 3k for a day stay..but we had to left after a couple of hours..but when we reached,there was nothing to do..situated at outskirts of jaipur and no cab facility..even Ola and Uber doesnt provide service over here..If you are going with your family and owe your own vehicle..than it can be a average choice.

Excellent service and cooperation from the admin team. We had stayed here for 2 days and had booked the entire place for my brothers wedding. It is the perfect place for destination wedding in Jaipur. The complete resort is neat and clean and the staff was willing to help you with every task. Hats off to Mahender ji and his team for such smooth operations and warm services to our guests. We got a superb feedback from our guests and would definately come and stay here again as the resort has so much to offer. Highly recommended!

We booked it for pre-wedding functions & wedding. One of the best thing of resort is the location it’s very quite and beautiful. We did all the functions in different locations within the resort premises. All our guests are satisfied with the facilities and staff behaviour. The GM of resort Mr. Mahendra is very helpful and quite flexible which we like the most. Morning breakfast was good with different cuisine.It’s a good location for weekend holiday & wedding.

Pool was not up to the expectations and also there was not much equipments to play.

Tables in the garden was not clean and high tea was also not upto the mark. Poor hospitality was found.

Planned a trip with my mates to this resort and it was one of the best trip I ever enjoyed. The resort provides amazing hospitality along with good food and adventure activities. Its second time I have visited this place with my family.This place is close to my heart as it is outside the city, close to the nature and in middle of the valley.With all the adventure activities I drove a quad-bike for the first time.and I enjoyed it.The pool is pretty big.and on top of everything food is mind-blowing.Mr. Natwar singh (Head chef) is so humble and sporty with his innovative techniques.He served us pure traditional food and some fusion dishes which were equally delicious.All-together the property is worth a visit for peace lovers.9/10Still there is a room for betterment if we talk about the rooms.(minus 1 on that)P.S. My daughter loved the play zone as it has most of the gaming facilities

This resort has accurate google map location. This is important for navigation as this resort is located in outskirts of Jaipur. This resort is covering a very large area. It has lot of big gardens, walking trails with good view of mountain range in the backdrop. The rooms made available to us were large, clean and tidy. The food in buffet menus was good with adequate number of options. Staff of the resort was well behaved. This resort has a gaming zone as well equipped with table tennis, X Box, air hockey, chess, carrom, billiards, etc. For out door sports one can rent cricket, foot ball and badminton equipments. There was a pool as well. Overall it is a must visit place to spend time at your leisure with family and friends.

Worst experience dont visit this place

This is a great choice to spend your weekend. Lovely place with some adventure games like mud bike and zip line. They in fact have an indoor gaming zone which is super cool. Food was delicious , more than I expected it to be. The rooms are very spacious , staff is well trained and professional.

We organized my Friend wedding there. All guests were very happy. Good ambience, great location, excellent accommodation, polite staff. A special mention for the Resort Lobby ManagerMs.zeba. He is super helpful, super polite and gets everything very well .

It was my best experience at the resort and thankfull to Mr. Ankur Mehta Sir , I felt like a private beach, very clean and clear water, a very good place to relax and chill. The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. The view of the sunset from that point was mesmerizing. I wish to come again as soon..😊😊
