The worst place to stay - Both the receptionists are frauds and they dont know how to talk to their clients, very pathetic behavior and unprofessional way of talking. After observing their behavior we decided not to stay at Hotel Ruby and ask them to return our money, but they did not return the money instead they started arguing and fighting with us.Highly not recommended to stay until they change their pathetic and rude receptionist uncles.

Hotel owner dont know how to talk outsider. Misbehaved with me and my friend. Never ever visit . I will not suggest any one to go there. They make tourist fool .once you check in than manager and hotel owner behave like we are stay here for free. It was really nice place but the thing i didnt like was the smell in rooms. Probably due to closed condition. But hotel was good and the service was also great. Hot water during winters. Its near railway station. Easy peasy. Over all a great stay

Good to stay but bad for food

Very nice designer outside look and the reception is also similarly beautiful. Interior is neat and clean and well maintained. Varieties size of rooms are available. Ground floor rooms are slightly short, wash rooms are standard. Staffs are cooperative  and all time lift facility available. Dining is on ground floor.

The co-owner was very rude and disgusting. Some of their staffs were good but the one who was there in the reception (morning shift) was worst in behaviour. He was very rude and annoying. Doesnt know how to behave with outsiders. Very bad and horrible experience. Do not visit Hotel Ruby.

It was nice experience with Hotel Ruby. Clean and well decorated rooms with handy toiletries. Staffs are well groomed and well behaved. The only backdraw I experienced is that availability of hot water during morning. Though it is available but the frequency is not good. Overall a nice stay with Hotel Ruby.

Hotel Ruby has got 49 delux rooms with all modern amenities. This hotel is replica of small palace which gives the look and feel of traditional Rajwada style. It is centrally located and has got a large space for parking vehicles. Most of the main markets, sight seeing places, govt offices, railway station and city bus stand are within the close proximity from hotel. This hotel serve hygienic vegetarian food and also has24 hr front office support for any need of guests in the hotel. There is also Wi-Fi and room service staff is very humble and supportive. The rooms are spacious and clean. However, there is a scope of the amendment as in some rooms there is no ventilation in rooms as well as washrooms. In fact, there is no exhaust system in washrooms. This makes it very difficult to use. We have been a regular visitor to Jaipur for Govind Dev Ji Mandir and amazing food, shopping. We would always prefer this hotel for our stay in Jaipur, its always a pleasure to be at this place. However, if hotel management would make a small amendment as pointed it would be awesome experience going further.

Best hotel in jaipur

We stayed at this hotel in Jaipur during our college tour. The manager while allotting the rooms gave all the rooms on the ground floor to the girls. All the girls 1st 2nd and 3rd years UG courses were given rooms on the ground floor. The boys were given the first floor, We didnt notice this surprisingly, until the crime happened. So, we checked into this hell in the morning, late at night.The crime happened exactly 24 hrs later, The first incident, a girl noticed something moving outside the window.The windows were black from the inside. Which is always and should be from the outside, so you can see things from inside to the outside. But not the other way around, here it was the opposite. So they had this duct like thing, which they maintained was inaccessible. But it was very accessible. So they would go there, and watch the girls inside, changing and stuff as the girls thought theyre safe and inside four walls. That was the first, after she noticed it we started investigating the entire hotel. Found most of the rooms on the ground floor had this, and many of the bathrooms were next to the corridors and anyone can easily slide their phone inside and record everything.The entire ground floor had fraud Architecture, many inaccessible spaces from the outside, but there shouldve been something as there were rooms above it.We filed an FIR the same day.

I stayed there for 2 days,Good hotel for family as well as for individuals.Rooms are quite big enough , 3 people can easily accomodate in one room.Easily accessible to all the tourist destinations.Auto are availble right outside the hotel.Main bustand and railway station is nearby.Thali house hotel for lunch and dinner is nearby around 700m.Atm are availble.

Had stayed in this place for 3 days. This is located in Prateek college road. The place is located within a narrow street. Its a decent place if you just want to refresh. The rooms are lit in a bright sandle light. The part, which I DIDNT LIKE at all was.. THE ROOMS DO NOT HAVE A SINGLE WINDOW! Plus, the food is very very mediocre. Service is average.

I stayed two days here. I will tell you the whole history. Auto drivers alwys try to disturb you during journey from airport/station to hotel. But dont listen to them. When you dropped at hotel,, tell the manager clearly that you come to the Hotel on your own choice and there is no idea of other person unless they will charge you extra.Hotel rooms are good,, clean and all good for a medium class person. try to book rooms online and choose the same room you selected. Pics on hotel site are all same you cannot decide. Food is almost good and you liked it mostly if you are indian. Prices are also good not too. Much high and you can have dinner 350-450 easily for two persons.. Staff is of good quality.no extra charges.only the i bills you have to pay area is the best to search the local markets and destinations. Almost centre of the city and not far from jaipur metro. Purchase every thing from the local markets and dont go to the maharni bazaar and rani baazar like this. You can opt for johri bazaar nehru bazaar and bapu baazar are best options. Dont buy the tickets of hawamahal. There is nothing inside just walls to watch. Have pics from. Main road of hawa mahal. Rest you can ask. Thank you.

Budget hotel. Some rooms are big and good. But some rooms are very small. Facilities are average. Hot water is available only in the morning. Best part of this hotel is that the persons of reception have no idea how to behave with the guests.

Dont spend more than 1000 for the room. Apart from the amenities are good. And the owner is polite but the staff are little rough to handle. So you should also be bold before them. Food is okay. Cant expect better in North India. Dont order lassi if you visit. It taste awful

Hotel ruby is very nice hotel in jaipur. Rooms are very good. They have all facilities in the room. They also have facility of hot water in bathroom. They offers you very tasty food. Room service is very nice. This hotel looks very beatiful from outside also. Nearby this hotel you can easily access to many famous places of jaipur like Hawamahal, Nahargarh fort etc. You can also go to famous markets of jaipur to get souvenirs.

It was the worst way to talk on reception. when I reached out at hotel Mr (Charan) asked me my Id card which I was forget to carry but I had soft copy but may be he doesnt know the meaning of that even in my phone I was showing him but he said he want Id proof what a device never ever had bad experience on reception he was even giving a tone about paid amount which was very low but I have paid as per website shown to me so they should not talk like their such pathetic service on reception by Mr. Charan I didnt asked to let me check in without Id he blamed me even as well as get much argumentive havent way to talk with guest.....

Never ever choose this hotel for stay, its better to stay on road instead of staying in this ruby.. manager and owner dont know how to behave with people... 💩🤬
