All time i face some issues with this brand. They have lots of good products in display but they dont have stocks. No proper staff communication.

May be it was covid effect but I didnt find good services at the center. Goods and services both were very low quality. I saw mobiles, earphones and some other electronics items of same category. Material with good ratings were not available on the store and whatever were available was with very bad ratings on amazon and flipkart. I wanted to talk to their representative, but there were no one who was able to give services. After a lot of time they responded that employees are not available due to Covid.

Nice store, must visit. But donot trust them when they tell you that you will receive your bill within 5days, 7 days or whatever. Even if they tell you that they will give you a call back within 10 minutes, dont trust them.I personally suggest to get your bill just after the payment and if they say that they cannot provide it, buy from somewhere else.Do chat with the manager for best discounts.

Very unprofessional and unskilled staff. They really dont have any knowledge about the products they are selling.

Worst experience ever. Please visit the store only if you want yourself to be robbed.The customer service at any and all levels is at the lowest level.The staff is rude and unpleasant. You wont feel welcome there.We went to purchase a hard disk for corporate purposes. We stated this clearly.However, the behaviour of staff was rude. While making payment, they forced us to make payments through Paytm wallet only. They told us that any other payment method is not working and very rudely told us to pay through wallet only.The payment was success from our end, however, the customer attendent -Sh. Bharat Arya, told that the payment has not been credited to the account of Reliance. He shouted on us and told very rudely that there nothing that he can do and money is not credited to the account of Reliance.We decided to lodge this complaint in the complaint register. To our surprise, the complaint register itself was not maintained - the pages were not numbered and the complaints itself were not numbered.Hopeless experience.Never visit.No wonder it remains empty.

As soon as you enters you see that guest are less and staff standing are More there. I asked for a tablet ten inch .just pointed to a platform not interested to sell or describe the specifications to Guest. They are not bothered for sale as they are on salary. Weither guests purchase or not that makes no difference to them. I feel Petty for the owner. All were busy in their own work even though there was no Customer apart from me . I came back silently with a upset mind. Need to improve Services asap.

The best store for buying electronic accessories at one point. But the only and most important point is that they dont provide you any discount on the products and sell you at MRP. But if you prefer buying offline, this is the best place.

They have various brands..but the staff manipulate and also lies just to sell the product. I recently buy Samsung phone and the features I was told is different from the reality. They make fool of the customers just to sell.

Very poor service. I had purchased a ac of worth 45000 rs . One month ago . In one month gas leaking issue is there and the relaince service team is so unprofessional and very lazy in work . All the persons not taking seriously custmer issue. Very bad and poor service dont buy any product from relaince .
