Worst experience ever, first of all they are charging much higher than the hp online store. I bought one which was priced 43k on hp website and they asked 48k for the same. Lastly after bargaining they agreed on 45k without any accessories accept for the lapy and charger.They did not even tell me about the process the EMI will be charged and today I am left with -34k in my bank account. And they will not even help after calling them and claim they told us everything but they didnot.Now, I donot have the money to run the whole month. It was a most pathetic and worst experience. Never buy from them.

Do not buy any laptop from this shop they sold me old laptop which warranty was started in january and i buyed this laptop in june now my warranty has been expired and the M.S office in this laptop was not activated i asked to the seller he try to activate but it was not activated and he install some cracker in my laptop to crack office. my question is - why he cracked my office if i buyed new laptop . He also says to give me extended warranty but he did not do that also, my laptop processor was ryzen 3 2200u and on the box ryzen 3 3200u was mentioned he sold me old proceesor laptop . in high price i asked the same laptop with ryzen 3 3200u in reliance digital they gave me in lesser price then digital dreams . i came to this shop after reading the reviews but i disappointed i cant come to this shop for solving the issues regularly because my home was too far then this shop. If someone seeing this from shop please solve my warranty issue

I called HP retail store - Digital DreamsShop No 2, 1st Floor, Gaurav Tower, D BlockMalviya NagarJaipur - 302017 , and some guy named Sumer singh answered my call and instead of helping me to enquire about new OMEN 15 he talked to me very rudely and harshly .i just asked him that can he give me an idea when a system with my config will be available ,to he replied very rudely that 2020 मैं कौन मारेगा ये नहीं पता तो मैं आपको लैपटॉप के बारे मैं क्या बताऊँ..=I do not know who will die in 2020, so what can I tell you about the laptop. Is this the type of customer representative you people hire to talk to a customer who is buying a notebook worth 3 lakhs?and when asked him his name he disconnected the call, now he is not picking up my calls.if this the type of service you are giving before selling a notebook i know what type of after sales service ill be getting.
