Dairy products are of good quality and variety is available.Counter facilities are helpful and working processes are fast.

The store is on Ajmer road in Elements mall... Spacious and sorted.. The essentials are well stocked, however the staff seem to be a little lost.. Ask a question from one , get diverted to another.Rest is smooth, parking fee discount at billing counter if you show the parking slip..

Great deals, availability of a lot of brands. Parking is a big time issue and most of the billing counters are closed so takes long to get things billed and no covid protocols as such

Best for your all grocery needs. Wide variety of products and managed quite well. The staff is also very helpful. The only weak point is that the veggies they keep are not fresh enough.

Everything you need is in the store. There are plenty of womens kurtis to look through ... priced between $5 and $20 and afterwards I found all the groceries I needed. The cashier weighed all of my vegetables and tagged the prices because I was unfamiliar with how to do this. Fun experience.

Time opening of Reliance Smart located at Elements Mall, GF, Ajmer Road, Jaipur is 7 AM. But when we were reaching there at 7:05 on 22nd April 2021, it was still closed. At 7:20 AM, it was opened. There were about 10 customers waiting.

One of the great place where you get good offers on groceries and daily needs. You get good discounts and almost all the brands goods at one place. Just one tip- when you see a great discount on any product, double check the exp date of the product. Stores offer good discounts on products which are going to expire soon.

Good to see that all the commodities and daily needs items can be found under one roof. They offer variety as well. The only thing that I found awkward is that few items related to skin had expiry date in coming 10 days. When I asked same to the sales girl, she told me that you can get them in discount. I think food items are ok but other items related to skin, especially face should be discarded.

Really a big store to shop all your daily needs items, better to come on odd times to avoid rush and ensure your safely, they are not doing any temperature scans for the customer.

Overall its a good supermarket but i found one thing very odd. The security at this place checks every item of your bill before you can even put it in your carry bag and this takes unnecessary time and increases risk of exposure as it creates a choke point near the exit also this kind of exercise shows that the store doesnt trust their customers and hence the need to check each and every item of their bill. They should have better anti theft measures than this really crude one.

Offers are on.. did a lot of shopping.. they are checking temperature.. and asking you to sanitize your hands.. thats it.. rest all is on you cz there is no social distancing

Staff says that they have only 70% staffing so the are unable to manage the offers...!!!Visited Reliance Retail at Elements Mall, Near DCM, Ajmer Road, Jaipur,Did the shopping of Rs. 4190 via Bill no. 103 pos id R117 dtd  03/03/2021Cashier Id: 60174719In this bill I have been over charged on the item : Good Life refined soya oil 15 L Tin, where the display price was Rs. 1829 and the billed price was 1899.also they have the sugar available which is at MRP 9 rs, when we did the shipping of rs 1499, but same was denied to me and forced to sell the savlon hw moisture shield 175 ml PCH, which I was not willing to buy.I have been asked at CHD counter to call the manager {Mr. Vikram}, but he was not willing to meet me at the same time.. he was available at store but the person on counter said he is on off..Pathetic behaviour of staff member..

Billing counter are way slower than you can think of . It takes minimum of 10min to stay in queue and sometimes people take their card to make payment and then your additional 5 min gone. Its not like there are too much people but the efficiency of staff is very low ( i think reliance should learn from D-mart). When there is any festival or offer then you can expect 20-30 min wait. There are more billing counter but less staff to operate on counter. Dont waste your time here if you are in hurry.

Mine visiting experience to reliance smart was very bad. During lockdown, they dont follow the rules of social distancing. They have only two counters open during lockdown. Due to which customer has to stay in long line without social distance. They only give us fixed amount of goods. Their staff are very manner less. They dont have talking manner. While someone go to their they ask for that they are shopkeeper. They dont let many of the customer buy things. They many times calculate the amount of bill extra. Personally I faced it many times. They should give attention to it. Reply me as soon as possible.

Good inventory and well stuffed floor. The only problem was the payment til which many were non functional.

Its really a big supermarket where get all grocery, household prodcuts under the one roof.But, things which hit me the most while shopping there ;As there is not attendee to help you out , who have to do all things of your own.No centralized cooling syystem works over there so there is high amount of humidity.On billing desk there is no personal available, which makes billing a cumbersome process as it creates a large crownd at 2 desk only .

It used to be a very good place for shopping but with addition of clothes section in their store in same limited space the store feels too much conjugated and also reduced the variety of other items we used to get there. Overall earlier it was a peaceful and hassle-free experience which is now hectic and somewhat unpeaceful.
