Its such a relaxing as well as refreshing experience that I cant describe in words that I feel each and every time I visit it. Its undoubtedly the best place to shop for everyday things in C-Scheme, Jaipur. Be it the welcoming staff, ample free parking, everything nicely placed in shelves, attitude, gentry, etc. You gotta witness it yourself to live the moment.

This is such a fraud place, doesnt give the offers as they show. I have visited this place many times and my last visit on 21.07.2021 was the worst and it was really my last visit at this place now. No such great offers, no updated products, no maintenance of items properly, staff is such bad they dont know anything about any product especially the cash counter they cheat the most, bluffing customers the most at the time of check out. Either rates are not updated, or bar codes are not scanning, price is not fixed, system is not working, how can a customer believe on what is being purchased from here as they only fool and give more nothing now.

Reliance Smart is a perfect place to buy groceries and household goods such as plastic goods, goods for bathrooms, and many more. You can buy snacks, fruits, vegetables, chocolates, pulses, and a lot more at affordable prices. A well-organized store with a friendly team of staff to assist you wherever required. It was also completely hygienic and the best part is that you will also find the goods that are hard to find in various shops.One thing that needs concern is that there is only one option to go to the first floor from the ground floor; stairs. It means your trolleys and wheelchairs are not accessible on the first floor. You have to shop from the first floor and have to carry all the goods to the ground floor because there is no ramp and lift.

Place is good and spacious but Rates are higher as compare to D mart and..... there should be more cash counter.

Its name smart but everything is available here except the smart things like electronics items.

Reliance store at C scheme is very big. Here You can buy almost everything of your daily needs at reasonable prices. Fruits,vegetables,groceries,stationary,Chocolates, dairy products, kitchenwares,some electric items like fans,bulbs,iron,etc.blankets, towels, glasswares,suitcases etc.Parking is available. Transportation. is easy.Washroom facility not available for visitors.Staff is not so cooperative.store is clean.

Pathetic behaviour of staff member..Over charged from the display offer price..Staff says that they have only 70% staffing so the are unable to manage the offers...!!!

Youll find almost everything you would need. I have deducted one star because they dont have a lift or ramp for the first floor so you cannot take a cart there instead you have to go up first get a bucket there and carry it down the stairs.

Over all good experience but no so good.

Shoddy place. Melted ice creams, spoilt Dairy Milk Silk chocolates with powder coming off and fungus growth. Surprised and Shocked at such products on the shelf.

Parking is limited being on main road and due to ongoing contruction of bridge.Visitors may find extra free parking space at back of the area via adjacent slip Lane (chittora path) or tilak marg.Vegetables and fruits are perishable items and all shopping malls have same issue, but still they offer fresh vegetables in morning.Best for month-end bulk shopping.

I ordered good quality Apples. But I received worst quality rotten Apples. It shows utter mismanagent, worst quality control and anti customer mindset of the employees.

Parking only for few cars, my car picked up by traffic police had to pay fine.

Has good variety of groceries , in fact for this part I should give 4 stars. But very few variety of shampoo and body wash( almost no body wash). I couldn’t find anything I was looking for!!

Best reliance store in the town

All kind of essential items are available here which are used for daily usage. During lockdown it was functioning non stop daily to serve ka people needs amid this pandemic.

I had a bad experience in reliance smart and not upto the mark as compare to Dmart, I guess Dmart is having more professional behaviour towards customer and reliance smart lack on the same.

It has been a horrible experience at C-scheme, Jaipur Reliance mart. Guard was so rude with my mother and harassed her so badly that when she arrived home in tears and surprisingly no one was there to listen to us when we went to speak to the Manager.Now we stopped completely to go there.

A large variety of Groceries and household products available here at the heart of the city. Also available fresh vegetables and fruits.

Although this place sells good stuff at discounted rates yet the behaviour of the staff is a big turndown for the place. They are very reluctant to offer assistance even if requested for. They keep referring you to different people but no one bothers to get your issue resolved. The same scenario occurs at billing counters also. This impression is not the outcome of one visit but several visits on different occasions but the behaviour of the staff is constant. Have stopped going to this place now.

Well stocked, maintain social distancing.

The Manager/ authority handling the contact has no respect to speak with the customer.On a possible enquiry he insisted me to cut the call as he was driving.What was more shocking is that he conveniently told me to seek some help once I reach the closest landmark.. Well, I must appreciate the managers skill to handle customers. Way to go champ!

Some time parking problem

Good option for groceries and daliy usage items. Very less option in kitchen utensils and utilities. You will find discounts as we as. Ill recommend compare Prices before picking up between brands and sizes.

It is a convenient place for buying groceries, fruits, vegetables and other small items for home use. Location is fairly central but parking is limited and a bit inconvenient too especially due to the ongoing construction of the elevated road. If we visit twice a week we dont really need to do any other shopping for routine stuff.
