The whole project is 22 kms away from jaipur centre and does not have Bisalpur water supply. As such, around 18 borewells are dug into the project upto a depth of 600 feet, and even though the rain water is harvested, resources are fast drying up. Moreover, the surrounding farming population are sucking up the groundwater very fast, which the yearly rains are not capable for replenishment.Moreover, the dispute with GVK toll expressway is not possibly going to be resolved in the next 9-10 years, and resultingly, the approach road to the project is narrow and jam packed....Lack of overall security at all phases (phase 2 especially) means the high maintenance charge is a dampener for economical living.

I think this is the only township in Jaipur in this size segment, which has such a sound infrastructure in place. Almost all the parks are well developed and maintained, roads are good in quality, road side plantation is remarkable, all the electricity wires are underground, sewerage facility is developed.In totality its really a standard lifestyle here.
