Good hotel with clean and hygienic room and near to railway station and bus stand bt only problem I face is just in early check-in.

Made it lot difficult to use and the bath size was too small, i was not able to extend even arms.

Amazing place to stay here as it is near railway station and opposite of popular Rawat Restaurant. We stayed here for four days and it was worth staying here. Rate varies from room to rooms and deluxe to super deluxe. The room service was top notch and staff were very polite and quick. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean. There is bar located at ground floor. You can also order varieties of food and drinks available in menu. The decorative things and plants at opening were very attracting and pleasing to eye. You wont be disappoint staying at this place.

Everything is nice, clean and good. Hotel neatness is good and tidy. Rooms are very neat, well maintained, House keeping and room service staff is prompt. Located closeby to visiting places and accessible everywhere. Restaurant food is good and delicious. Especially breakfast is very nice. Good Hospitality. Hotel staff are co-operative and friendly.Only con is ventilation. If possible ask the concerned person for a good ventilated and spacious room incase if stay is for 2 or more days. Do not get into a closed/packed room. Rest everything else is pleasant and cool.

Lack of cleanliness

Very nice place to stay at jaipur. Good ambience, spacious and well maintained suits. Food is fantastic and service very superb. Staff is courteous and welcoming. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Another added bonus is that the hotel is located in the heart of city at the walking distance from main bus terminal and railway station.

Overall stay was excellent at room no 205 from 19 April to 20 April 2019.Nice property. Good food. Healthy behavior.However I would like to mention one fact. I paid RS 250 at the reception at around 0700 hrs for one extra break fast but I was not issued with a bill. I was told that he will inform at the restaurant. I wonder how does the accounting goes then??

Hotel was good but service wise we were disappointed as there was drainage issue and nobody seemed to care. I had to call 3-4 times to get it fixed. had this issue was not there then I would have liked my stay more. breakfast was average one day, options were quite limited and next day it was good. I also had dinner in the restaurant and quality was really good.

Excellent, tastefully developed property by phulwani brothers at main, hot location of Jaipur, Sindhi camp. Rooms are having all aminities as of a 4* hotel, staff is cooperative and food is very tasty. They are located just opposite to famous Rawat kachori bhandar, one of the famous landmark of Jaipur. Just a very nice place

One of the best hotel in Jaipur. The room was well equipped and clean and had nearly all the amenities. Hotel staff was also nice and helpful. We had breakfast at the hotels restaurant and it was nice, their menu was wide enough that you will definitely find something of your taste. Great hotel at such price.

What could have been so much better turned out to be dampener. The facility is nice but the people running it have a complete disregard of the tourists. We had to literally stand at the reception area for 10 mins after calling twice, just to get towels. One wouldnt want cobwebs in rooms or shaved hair on faucets to greet you. A lot of work is needed here.

Pathetic is the word which may perfectly describe the hotels cleanlines.┬а after this experience, will never go with a 3 star hotel. This hotel may definitely had a great past but at present the situation is quite worse, smelly rooms , dirty curtains, stinky toilets., rats running in rooms, could even gat rats picture clicked, uploaded pics as well. I booked 2 rooms from 2nd Oct-6 Oct, & almost every day asked to change our rooms but as per hotel staff, all the rooms are full so they could not get us accommodated in other rooms, however only one positive note, the staff behaviour which I felt in this hotel

Guaranteed WiFi didnt work as hotel manager kept giving me same incorrect password five times despite my advising him that it shows incorrect password. Then I gave up.Bath towels were dirty and stained. The hotel replaced them with other stained bath towels. It was worst experience in Jaipur, first day i was change 3 rooms because of very dirty and bad smelling then in he provide another room but there is big Rat issue and then they provide me another room in mid night, there is basin leakage, and mejor issue is not hot water in this cliamate in every room, they provide hot water in Bucket, not Attaintding complaint by supervisor, in future i will stay like this hotel. Manager was good but they are helpless....

Room was okay.There was no soap in the bathroom, had to ask for towels and after that only one towel was provided for two people, citing too many bookings.Complimentary breakfast option isnt good as you can have only two dishes (paratha and sandwich). Its better to use ala-carte or eat outside.
