We used their services while staying at the marriott in Jaipur. They provided an excellent, prompt, punctual, and very reasonably priced service. He also picked up and delivered the laundry exactly as promised. There was some understandable difficulty with communication. But I spoke Hindi and had a local phone so I was able to overcome them relatively easily. We did all transactions by phone.

Fantastic service. I am in Jaipur for 6 weeks and have used their service three times and my clothes always come back neatly folded. A few things to note.I only speak English and the person who picked my phone the first time didnt understand my order. They have me a whats app number. That really the best way using their whats app to place your order to avoid misunderstanding.Also let them know exactly when you need your laundry back.Their prices are fair as they collect the laundry. I am staying at a guesthouse and its been good. I cant hand wash stuff as I have my 10 year old who makes his clothes really dirty. And I have my nails done too so I am not going to ruin my nails hand-washing in a bowl. 😂

Quick and great service at a very reasonable price. The clothes were returned to us in a pristine condition and they included pick and drop at the hotel. Ajay is very helpful and responsive. We would use them again when visiting Jaipur.

Unfortunately unreliable.Tried to book via email but the email bounced back.Then called but their English was not good enough to understand our address.So I sent a request via their online form which they asked me to do. They did not come to pick the laundry up at 6pm as promised. So I called and they told they would come in the morning one day later. Again they did not show up between 8-9 am as arranged and called they would come at 10 am. So we cancelled the order.Text messages were quite impolite too.Not recommended.

Great service, nice staff. They were helpful and responsive on pickup details. We got our clothes back clean and folded. I recommend this business to anyone needing clean clothes.

Ajay was able to clean the laundry and have it completed by the promised time. I went here twice during my stay in Jaipur. They are responsive using WhatsApp. The clothes were clean and smelled good.

This review has been edited based on my second experience, which went a little less smoothly.Unfortunately, there is not much about online solutions that is online for foreigners. The email addresses and phone numbers are not responsive, and there are no payment options that are online. Those things needed to be solved.Ultimately, the only way I got my laundry done was to bring it in person, an pay in cash. One time it was delivered successfully. The second time, I had to pick it up in person, and despite specific instructions about date and delivery, barely got it back by picking up in person and finding an employee opening the shop less than an hour before I needed to go to the airport.That said, even with Uber to and from the laundry, my complete load was probably 1/10 what the hotel would have charged.******* EditHardworking and quality work, delivered as promised and a much better bargain than hotel services. They like paytm, which isnt an option for international customers.International customers should use whats app so that they can text and call Indian numbers at no cost to locals.This review will be 5 stars once they have Google wallet and solve their communication problems.

Clothes r easily picked up if you live in visinity but wash is average and there is a constant delay in delivery of clothes.

Very Poor service from the owners side and the owner didnot revieve the phone and when recieved says will call u back. But no response again. I again called to the number and than i got a response that he forgot to call. Seriously such poor service. I prefer to choose some other than this.

You cannot expect them to pick up or deliver the laundry on time as they suppose to or promise too...I opted for wash and fold for some clothes, dry cleaning for a saree and a shoe...They came 3 hrs late for pick up and they wehere supposed to deliver a day after but I received all my Wash and fold laundry after 3 days where as my dry cleaned items came after 4 days... That too few of my white clothes had patches of color...There thought behind starting a online laundry service is really appreciable but they have to work a little bit more to improve the quality of there services...

Very poor service. They did not come the day that they agreed. They also agreed to one-day service. Then the following day, they said it was not possible, then they said it was possible to drop back at 5pm. Then I had to come back home at 5pm, then they do not come till 8pm. Then they overcharged us.

They have no sense of responsibility towards their customer. I made three consecutive pickup orders and they have postponed it every single time and finally had to cancel it and use other service providers. Their staff is rude as well unreliable also they justify their disability to provide service by giving irrelevant excuses. Pathetic first experience.
