Worst experience one can have in a showroom. Would not recommend this showroom to anyone

The shoes and all are there. But unfortunately crocs has not integrated its offline and online channels. So you cant try and order online or go for a replacement. They flat out said no to me for trying for replacing a pair. A little rude, but understandable as crocs has not done their part.
