I have Lenovo K8 note. Turbo power charge is not working in this phone. I called and they asked to visit the store. When I visited the store there was a guy who provided a token. When it was my turn, I was asked to tell the issue. I explained the issue. This guy went an engineer whose name was Satish. I know he is on fix salary so he doesnt bother if my phone gets repaired or not. He tried all possible ways to put me off. First, you should have used local charger, I denied. Even he did not touch the phone and provided all such solutions that I come back any how. I was seeing his expression, he was not willing even to touch the phone. He told sub board needs to be changed that is not available. Fisrt, they need to order sub-board that will be delivered after 15 days. I asked please open the phone and at least what is the issue, but no, he was fully unwilling. I would request to Lenovo that there should be some internal check on such people. Second, there should not be fix salary, it should be based on item repaired. Lenovo will loose the market value due to such disgusting people.

The staff were very helpful, courteous and competent. Corona protocol was followed.

Before going to tech solutions, I called them over the phone to enquire about battery for my Lenovo tab. They gave standard reply that ai will have to visit their center to know price details and charges.When I visited the center, they told me that you help bdo not have the battery and that the model has been discontinued.They could have givenn me this information over the phone.They did not have the decency to apologize instead kept defending their action.

I Indefinitely recommend this service center over other moto service centers. I had some charging issue with my Moto G4 plus and when i visited the gopalpura service center , firstly they asked for 250 rs. For inspection of phone and without inspection they said change your phone because its mother board need to be changed and on asking about estimated cost ,they said around 11000.Then i visited sodala service center and they checked my phone for free and told me the actual charging socket replacement unit cost around 1800. Plus they also provided software update assistance and front camera dust removal with that. So i definitely pleased and satisfied with their assistance and functioning.

They refused to give me warranty on my lenovo 3.0 charger because I purchased it online.this service center isnt there to help the customer but to loot from them.They said I have to buy the new cable at 569rs +tax .One person I think he was the boss to other representative that they have to practice otherwise customer tum par havi ho jayega. Dont think they are there to help customer.

I got my mobile repaired at this centre and here is my experience:1. They told the mobile will get repaired in 2-3 hours. The didnt bother to call even after 3 days.2. When I reached there to get the mobile, they said they were just testing it. I am not sure what they were doing for the last 3 days.3. I wanted to get the mobile repaired for sound issue. There is no appreciable change in the sound quality, even after getting it repaired and getting new parts.4. The worst thing: within 2 days of getting the mobile, the display is gone.5. The service centre people charged me 2600 rs and mentioned in the bill (hand written bill) that the parts were replaced. However, I have visited 4 times to the service center asking them to return back the parts that they claim to have replaced but I havent got the parts back.6. I asked them about the details of the parts that they have replaced.They refused to share the details of the parts replaced. After I escalated the complaint they called me to visit the centre again. I waited there for 1.5 hours before they mentioned the part number on the bill.The bottom line is that if your mobile is within the warranty period get it repaired at the service center. Otherwise it is better to get it replaced at some local mobile repairing shop.

My experience is pathetic......i submit my motorola phone to repair because it have some charging issue but when they returned the phone, complete display of this is gone. My mind was blown out still these people are ridiculous. They are so stubborn didnt give any reason how it happen. Not recommended to anyone.

No need to go there , if anything is wrong , the only solution they have is completely change all the parts and this they recommend without checking anything , just by looking at the phone diagnosis is done .

Third class service,, they just try to enhance money anyhow from your pocket even if your phone is within warranty period. My phone just need to be open and a light service was required to be done and its in warranty period,, but there was a scratch on the body usually people have this scratch in 4 months very light scratch it was but they are asking to first change the case for 4000₹ then they will open its back cover and do service. Outside it can be done in 400₹ but they are asking for 4000₹ and then they will open it and service my speaker under warranty.. rubbish management people there, the service boy there was moron poor legging general knowledge just demanding for money as if they are planted on tree,, it doesnt mean whether its in warranty or not

Its service center is authorized service center but services are not good. Engineer not work properly. Only CRS is Good but not give u right knowledge about your phones etc.

So I was worried before giving my phone to them because of their rating & reviews but since I had no other option I thought of giving it a try. I gave my Moto G4 Plus for fingerprint sensor replacement on Saturday and on Tuesday morning they called me and said it was ready. They repaired it in just one day (excluding Sunday and I gave phone on Saturday evening). The sensor was replaced for sure as the old one had a mark on it. Though my screen guard had a crack on it after I received it but thats not that much an issue. Overall experience was good.

Worst support centre to support in any way .the front desk staff is very unprofessional , uneducated and dumb and just keep on speaking same thing , Software update software update.. without listening to your issues and giving you any reasons for issues.Managers and senior staff are unavailable , think customers dont know anything .The staff under training is all dolled up but doesnt even know name or who the person is.neither she knows the customer care number of lenovo.Then the customer care number doesnt connect even in 20 times.The engineers cannot track the problem of your phone, no say about hardware or software .

My data cable/charger cable was defective. This was checked by the Staff /Engineer and was processed for replacement. The bill from Amazon (from where I had purchased my mobile, Moto C) was submitted but I was asked to submit the bill which showed the IMEI Number of the Mobile. I did not have this at that time and also it was not available on the Amazon Website. I intimated that I would try to obtain it and come back. Suddenly, after all the checking and verification had been done, I was informed that the cable was not the one which had come with my mobile. I do not know why such a response was given to me. I will approach the center on Monday and see what new allegation will be made.

Received my phone after 7 days WITHOUT ISSUE FIX, they told me that THEY COULDNT FIX PROBLEM, and they didnt inform me in these 7 days,when I checked my phone then I found that FRONT CAMERA WAS MISSING and PHONE VIBRATION WAS NOT WORKING, but problem was only that phone was not charging.PLEASE NEVER TRUST THEM AND NEVER NEVER LEAVE YOUR PHONE HERE

Its a service center for both Motorola and Lenovo. As their are totally 5 counters for providing service assistance to the customers but majorly 2-3 counters are in operation. If you are visiting their then must take some time extra from your planned time. Their is usually wait here. And sometimes even they disappoint as bcoz they charge good amount for doing repairing.

They charge 4 time more than actual price on non warranty phones dont plz dont repair any mobile wich is out of warranty.

Avoid this place if you can! Staff is very unprofessional and impolite. They are just looking to make some good money off your misfortune and faulty device! Always ask for a good reason and explanation of the work they do and of billing charges and the guarantee. If they say they replaced something, ask for the replaced parts! Know your rights and be careful!

Worst service centre.. my lenovo mobile is there from last 1 month 6 days..not received till now..Customer care staff never give you a particular date to collect the set and most of the time they put the call on hold then it will cut automatically without any revert.

They do not have any satisfactory answer about your problems and if you asked them any specific problem or questions. Parking is the main problem here because they do not have parking facility. Waiting time is bit longer here.

Staff is unprofessional, They will give you a token and you will wait for hours and if the shift is about to over, they will ask you to come next day, without even giving you token for next day. So youll again have to wait for hours when coming next day.There is no automatic token machine.Staff members who handle this token and all the stuff are arrogant and rude. Well I have never seen so fast service..there was some issues with the earphone jack in my Moto g5 s plus..took my phone to this service center..met bhagyashree there..and she resolved the issue in less then 3mins..More than satisfied.

It feels helpless when your Smartphone is dead, and the more hamstrung when you are in some other city which is new to you. But if there is service like Lenovo. You feel tension free. 2 days back my two month old Lenovo K8Note was not booting. I was helpless, I went up to the nearest service center and for the support, and was amazed with the service, and assistance on real time by the support staff komal Sharma. If there is technology there will be glitch. But it all depends how fast they provide the service and assistance.
