Looking gud. staff behavior is gud. Food is so tasty and nice according to price. Chapatis are nice than local restaurants. All other stuffs are great.Must visit this restaurant.

It was a good restaurent when they opened it ,but as the owner changes the quality of food become worst & the prices also raised ........... Interior is good , in comparision to other restaurents in jhotwara .

Great experience if you will dine here. No problem with parking. Great interiors. Food is just awesome. Staff is also well behaved. Ideal place for family dining. Try chinese and basic indian food. Avoid south indian and Chole bhatura.

Great ambiance and atmosphere. There are limited places in jhotwara for family dining.But Oliver cafe gives us nice quality of food and service.Good place for dining with friends and family..

Nice place for refreshing yourself

Hell all ,I have visited this restaurant two time both I have faced services problem it was so much pathik n third class even yesterday I have reserved my sheets n give him food plan but when I take my chair then nobuddy ask us about a water after 10 minutes I call reception person then he told sir he is doing arrangements shortly will do but I regret to say that after 25 minutes no one ask us for anything after that we move from there and took food from other restaurant so this is my personal suggestions that please dont go Oliver restaurant ( DEV HOTEL ) .Regards,Deependra Singh

One after another the owners and the staffs are regularly changing and results in the mismanagement in every section.....not recommended.
