Loved the Villas with Private Pool. The place is amazing and the villa and the views from it are breathtaking. Cleanliness is top notch. Room service is quick and responsive. A bit on the expensive side, but if you want a staycation, it is worth it. Spend atleast 2 nights for a great experience. The food is yummy and they have all the cuisines including Chinese, Italian, Mexican, American.The only downer - the villas are situated at a 500-800m walk from the reception. Getting a cart/transport takes time. Had to follow up a few times to get the cart to and from the villa.

The palace was quite spic n span. The staff was very helpful and understanding every room was equipped with a refrigerator, iron, hairdryer .beds were quite comfortable certain rooms also had a balcony with outside sitting space overall had a regal experience

I book Indana Place for my son wedding for date 14-15/12/19 and paid advance 840000/- .In unavoidable reasons, cancel the program after 15 days and the before approx one month prior intimate the hotel.my advance not paid by hotel management till date no reply and no mail. The stay was just okay. I have been there twice, the first time it was much better. The TV and hair dryer wasnt working in the junior suite room. Despite availability of rooms in the hotel, there was absolutely nothing complimentary. Will not visit again.

Booked Indana Palace for a night after going through reviews of lots of other hotels in this area. This place easily surpassed my expectations in all possible way. Very lavishly decorated to give you a royal welcome. Common area, restaurants and rooms all are superb and nicely done. Food is also pretty good. Breakfast also had lots of options. One limitation that I felt is that the swimming pool and fitness area is quite far from the hotel. Other than this everything was perfect. Highly recommend to all.

Stayed at Indana for one night and had a pleasant experience. This property is right on Amer Jaipur Road and 5 kms from Amer fort. The main hotel building looks palatial from outside but from the inside it looks more of a modern 4 star hotel with lavish decorations. Common Area is all well decorated and equipped. I reached hotel early at 11:30 AM which is way before check in time but staff at reception happily accommodated us. Bed, linen and other furniture in the room is all of good taste. Bathroom has all amenities. Couldnt use the swimming pool as water was very cold. Didnt use the spa so cant comment on that. Restaurants are pretty good. Had a delicious breakfast at Angithi. Good variety of North Indian, South Indian and continental dishes. Staff is very courteous. Highly recommend.

The service at this place is terrible. The rooms are okay. Housekeeping left a used robe in the washroom. Over the weekends there is rush but they dont know how to deal with it, so there were no plates for breakfast, no cups for tea and there were people all over. We ordered vegetarian food and reaceived chicken in place. I changed my room to get king size bed and was told it has good view...and what I see is cars parked- two shops and pigeon net right outside the balcony. Pls note the balconies are closed so cannot use them

I stayed here for a friends wedding. The rooms are pretty comfortable. Will give you a royal vibe. No complaints about housekeeping. They were pretty good. The have a different section for villas which is nice if you choose to stay there. The location could be a hinge as this place is located on the outskirts of Jaipur.

I have been here with my family on Christmas eve. The palace is located just at the right distance from Jaipur City. It takes about 20 minutes to get to the city or amer fort. The room facilities, well maintained Temperature and the view from balcony was perfect. Food was great with multiple varieties. In room dining was fantastic as well. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Its a nice place to stay if you are planning to visit Jaipur.

Had reached early and though the check in time was much later still they spoke so courteously and told me to wait for just 20 minutes and I was allotted a room.Had gone for a wedding. The staff is super efficient and friendly and always smiling. The service is super prompt.The ambience is really very beautiful and has a royal touch to it.The lawns are well maintained and great place for various functions.The Royal villas are just too too awesome and u will surely want to stay there which boasts of private pools and Jacuzzis.Only one complaint I had was that the awesome balconies in all of the rooms were inaccessible because of the bird poop which was not cleaned.Overall a beautiful and comfortable stay. 👍

Beautiful place! This a five star hotel built to give a taste of the life of the royalty of Rajasthan. Service is friendly, efficient and prompt. We checked in very late (around 10:45 pm). Since we mentioned we didnt have dinner, the manager on duty made a request to the chef to make some food for us. It arrived without much delay and was awesome! Will come back here whenever I get a chance

Stay feels like you are living in a palace. very well decorated and exceptionally clean. best for destination wedding. dining is too costly here approx @1200 per person. bar on happy hours but you can not find happy hour drinks. They have everything good but Towels will feel you a 2* category. Breakfast is superb and they serve on demand things too. Although they have very bad coffee and tea in buffet but you can order for separate one by asking staff. Staff is very polite and helpful. Room service is very poor. Your order may deliver or may not be until reminder. 5* ambiance with 4* staff and 2* amenities and 2* service.

We stayed in room no. 307. which had a balcony with a view to the front side of the resort. the view is simply awesome with the highway ahead and hills beyond that. the room was well attended to, clean with all essentials. the entire resort has the appeal of palace interiors with a grand lobby and beautiful restaurants Saffron & Angithi. The breakfast buffet is vast and includes something catering to all tastes. overall the food is really good but a little bit overly priced. the resort has conference rooms, auditoriums, and a lovely open lawn for hosting functions. the swimming pool is v nice and kid friendly though we couldnt use it due to the cold weather. there is a recreation room as well where we played board games like ludo carroms etc. we stayed for two days and my family was so happy that we wished we could extend but weekends are always fully booked. i would really like to visit again and strongly recommend others as well. thanks Indana for a warm welcome.

Indana Palace Jaipur is an excellent heritage property. We came to celebrate our sons 6th birthday. The entire team from front office till chef of kitchen gave a surprise birthday cake and celebrated his birthday with fulfilling all tantrams of birthday boy. They even gave us the best view and upgraded rooms of Palace. The food was very awesome according to our taste. Thanks to chef of restaurants. I am very pleased to all staff and special thanks to Pooja, Vishnu and Satya. I will come again very soon and recommend this property to my friends and relatives. The worst hotel , please donot book this hotel bcz what they promise or write in goibibo or their website and even on their hotel , they donot keep their promise. Basically its staff is like an below non star rated staff . Ist issue with king bed i booked but they give twin bed and after argue they change ok. Next we go to 24 hrs restaurant but they said they donot serve food here u plz go to other restaurant ok no issue we go there the server took our order and after 20 min he refused to serve us bcz kitchen closed as told by him , its ridiculous the way they behave even when we want to complaint it to their GM they said we dnt have GM we have only banquet manager ok at last they serve but very bad overall experience. Rooms also not good as sound of neighbour rooms comes clearly in your jr suite room. So , never book this 3rd class hotel which claim it was 5 star

I had no other choice on highway we were taking place in indana and there was a severe shortage of rooms.My first experience was bad.we have already infromed that we are coming early and night shift confirmed the same. Again we are were called in the morning that we were reach there @10:00hrs they said we are sold out in yesterday night so check in would not be available.the they said OK will try if any room check out early we can keep your room ready. Again we are call for the confirmation.my wife was sick.that why we are made that reservation on emergency basis on highway. We were check in around 10:00am (check-in time - 2 PM),as the receptionist informed that the room was not ready. This was quite acceptable as I had arrived earlier than the check in time. But the way he put this was far from acceptable. His voice and the way of saying this had an air of nonchalance and rudeness. There was 3 check out going on that time.as we made booking for premier room. But we ask for any kind of any if any room ready that would be great for us we have some emergency. They lady at the reception she keeps continue changing her statement .( Some time she said room not ready some time yes check out Ho rhe h maam but large room available nhi hain. twin room ready ho rhe hain.)Then we ask for the twin bad then she sad no maam twin bad is also not ready. Yes room is ready but I can give you after 12:30. It seems untrained staff and lack of knowledge.one more things which we noticed I have already told about my b/f that we cant take Tommrow b/f so we can have today she said OK. Specially, the Rajasthani Cuisine is here is amazing, I loved Dal Baat, Laal Maas & Veg Pulao.I tried their breakfast spread at Angithi & it was a delicious spread.They normally serve a buffet every morning from Indian to European cuisine, you can also order some fresh cheese Omelette from their open kitchen.Indana Palace is a perfect getaway for a weekend.

This is a 5 star property with a reasonable price range, the rooms are surely a delight with luxury furniture,wall paintings and clean washroom. The reception area is very beautiful and staff is very helpful too. From check in to check out,I had an amazing experience. The reception,the lobby and room all of it will give you a feeling of grandeur. The food was nice too but can be better. Overall I had an amazing experience and it is certainly a good experience for your buck.

Great Ambience , amenities & location.Front office and Bar staff is very professional and cooperative.Restaurant called angithi service is super slow even need to remind that we have order something, very poor co-ordination of f&b staff with kitchen. Average food.Housekeeping have there own rules on the check-in day water bottle is complementary and on checkout day no water bottle in room. Even after order paid water bottle same reply from staff (only simple RO water is allowed sir). ???Pool side need some more attention. No life gaurd on pool side. No tubes for kids. On asking about plastic tube for baby amazing reply by staff (sir we use to have tubes but guest have take them with them). If there is not a single eye or no life gaurd, such type of things will happen.

Totally a place worthy of visit. I visited the place for a friends wedding so they had booked the whole thing to themselves so cannot comment if its available all year around for normal stay, you can always call them and confirm. But it was a great experience, something I will always remember.

I stayed in your hotels Indana Palace Jaipur- on the night of 11th June 2019 and was treated dirty with me. If you were asked for anything from the people, then half an hour has not come before, and worse, your staff was there. The room was not clean and mosquitoes were also. Nobody came even after call. I am sharing every experience with you on my social media. I have 50 thousand followers on all my social media networks. I will give my message to at least 50 thousand peoples. So that you can not cheat with other people’s. I request you Please refund my money.

So after coming from a party, I called reception and housekeeping asking for a couple of mineral water bottles.You won’t believe what the so called great 4/5 Star hotel did.They provided us with a 1Litre “Cello” fridge bottle!OMG! How cheap are they? Cannot imagine of a worse service from these range of hotels.
