Arrogant staff. The storekeeper should bear in mind that you cant assess the monetary status of the customers by looking their apparel or their skin color. Being humble to their customers is the keystone to any retailers success. May be you need HR programmes for educating your staff Lacoste.

Very Pathetic and Uncourteous Staff. They mislead customers by telling them on telephone, that they have stock of items when asked specifically about the fit, color and size. However their Manager tries to cover up the staffs mistake by telling them they were just sold out. When asked about the invoice of recently sold item, they are clueless about what to say. PATHETIC SERIVCE, PATHETIC STAFF AND BETTER OFF BUYING ONLINE.
