Stayed here for 2 nights. The staff is polite and trained well. Food was amazing and room was huge. There are a lot of spots in the hotel to take nice pictures. You can also ask the staff to show you their best rooms.

Amazingly placed palace turned into a hotel, beautiful rooms, spacious venue and a lot of eye catching antique stuff around.In the middle of the old city, close enough to jaipur delhi highway, amer fort and hustle bustle of the city.

Property is great undoubtedly but your sales manager Miss Ankur was very rude with Event Planner. She didnt share quotation because she assumed by herself that she already have query of our client. Will never deal with Miss Ankur again.

Awesome place and Food.

A spacious oasis filled with fascinating art and design features from its grand history as a historical palace. We had a five night relaxing stay here as we explored the Pink City and beyond. The staff are welcoming, warm and helpful and the breakfasts are plentiful. Tea in the grounds listening to the marionette performance and watching paper kites flown from beyond the hotel walls was magical.

It s more beautiful than some of the tourist attractions. The place was a palace so all the rooms were adjusted from the old palace rooms. Some is better, bigger, all are locate diff and design differently. Some room adjusted not so great by today standard. better maintenance is indeed needed. It didnt feel 100% clean. Some rooms you can feel spooky as there are doors n corners or fixtures that are supposed not to be there. It s a five stars anyway. It s expensive. But the service is five stars.

Its a beautiful hotel.. Near the airport.. Has a very good ambience.. Staff is very courteous and helpful.. Pool side and spa n sauna n gym are amazing.. Rooms are nothing less then luxury.. The food is mind blowing in the buffet with some Cuisines and desserts its a treat..

I want to share a few things about this hotel and before that I just want to say that I had a nice experience but, some things we cannot ignore1) I know it is a luxury hotel and it is common in such hotels to have only shower and bathtub in the washroom but, when I booked a room I saw that their shower was leaking and this led to lot of water wastage. We live in a country where we cannot afford to waste water like this.2) Second thing that I did not like about the room is that they have big mirror just in front of bed which is a horrible thing according to vastu.3) Third and last is that they have placed photos of jaipur kings and their family in front of toilet seat, which is a very very weird thing. Everytime you go washroom you feel like they are watching you.

We stayed 3 nights here and what a fantastic hotel !!! The rooms were warm, felt like a maharaja and their warm hospitality is out of the world. The food is the best, one could ask for and the ambience is pure luxury. If you have come to India and not stayed in Raj Palace at Jaipur, then youve missed out on a great place !!!

This is the anytime go to relaxation place... Close proximity to Amer fort,Jal Mahal and other tourist places and seven the markets are close by.The serenity of the place allowed you to do things at your own pace or do nothing at all 😄.... Just chill and rejuvenate!!!

Definitely a must try experience!Pictures and comments inspired me to book the Raj Palace for my trip in Jaipur, but I couldn’t expect all this beauty and service.Rooms are extremely clean, comfortable and beautiful. The palace is stunning and there is love for details. History pieces of art are everywhere and you can feel India.No hotel in the world (and I travel a lot) is so careful to guests, every member of the staff is always smiling and you always feel more than welcome, literally loved. Cleanings in the room are made twice a day, blankets and towel are better than in my house and in the evening you find a bottle of water close to the bed and a carpet for your feet.Breakfast is excellent, lot of food, even bacon and eggs made express for you by a Chef.Lunch and dinner too are very tasty.I love Indian food, my husband prefers continental food, and in Raj Palace were great both.Cocktails and wine menus are so inviting that we’ve always had our meals here.I am Italian and espresso too was great.Looking forward to come back soon!

Best hotel for amazing royal stay in Jaipur city itself.Hotel is very old and royal, the structure is old and designed like a royal Mahal which gives you feeling of staying is Mahal like a king and queens. Hotel is located in the main market of Jaipur city so you are very close to all the places in Jaipur city and all the forts in jaipur. Hotel has all the luxury like Royal rooms, royal banquets, lawns, swimming pool, spa so you get both royal and modern services here. Staff is very helpful and welcoming and service is very good, Food is amazing.Enjoyed staying here and sure recommend this hotel 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Please be careful while booking this hotel. I made a reservation and all the payment was done in advance. while check in, they asked for my credit card for additional expenses, like every other hotel does. I gave them the card and stayed there for 2 days. On check out, they asked me for additional amount for the food that I had and I made the payment. Later I saw that they have charged the 49,000 INR on my card and when I inquired they said sorry it was by mistake. How can they do a mistake like this. Now when i am calling them to refund, they are like Abhi to time lagega . Now My credit card statement has generated and I have to pay that amount from my pocket. How can they do this.?But the stay on the other side has been amazing.

It was excellent...no words to praise the hotel staff, they were so generous...never received such a royal hospitality....premium interiors....felt like a queen....One hotel staff named JATIN was so caring and cooperative that I felt like second home...the hotel is a heavenly abode with royal interiors, dazzling swimming pool, beautiful rooms...I loved the way room was decorated with antique art... excellent collection indeed...lush green garden...really loved it... special seating arrangement for infants in the restaurant...exotic fragrance of fresh roses... would like to come again...

A very strange place from its start to finish. Place had seen better days in terms of upkeep and maintenance as well as the rooms product. Avoid room 224 which has some sort of generator on its roof which give the room and the entire hallway a constant humming and buzzing sound. We asked for a different room after a sleepless night and got upgraded to some grand suite.Breakfast and lunch options were nice so was the service. Internet was mediocre at best.

The place has positive wives. I felt very special when I entered the entrance. The welcome was done in a Royal way. The Mandir area is full of positive wives......My experience was OSM

We had a lovely stay, the hotel is very authentic and beautiful. Exploring the palace is a whole experience by itself, there are musicians playing the flute in different corners of the hotel. The service is outstanding and staff are very friendly. The reception was amazing, they greeted us with flowers and live music when we arrived. Great hotel located very well. The staff is decent and the room as well maintained. I have docked one star because they have absolutely no facilities for guests drivers... Not a place to sit or even drinking water to offer. I felt that was beyond elitist

I stayed at this hotel with a big group and we all had a good experience. The rooms were clean, the service and the food was good. The rooms varied in configuration. After all, they retrofitted the hotel into an old palace like building.The hotel is in the outskirts of the city.

An old palace turned into hotel....it does a nice job at showcasing the rich heritage of Rajasthan and Jaipur. It is well maintained....the taste of Rajasthani cuisines on its menu is slightly tweaked to suit the tastebuds of non rajasthanis too (less spicy n with less ghee)....silver cutlery provides the regal touch....rajasthani folk music adds to the magic....overall a good place to host or attend an event.

Beautiful heritage place with great hospitality

The Raj Palace exceeded our expectations with its understated elegance and old world charm. Our hotel is perfectly placed for a visit to the hectic Johari Bazaar where we stock up on everything from shoes to quilts and shawls. Their chauffeurs made us feel very comfortable in crazy street traffic which was comforting.

I had one of the worst service experience. Staff & Management has no interest in providing services. They dont resolve your complains properly.I had left hotel only after single day & moved into another hotel.Most of the services described in hotel brochure,website are not available at hotel. When i tried to book the presidential suite. I came to know that it doesnt exist. They have used it for fake publicity.Not Recommended for anyone.Very Poor service & false commitments only.

There is no more decadent place to stay in India than the Raj Mahal Palace. Staff very very attentive and catered for you and all workers we so polite. Service was excellentwe were treated like royalty. Its a bit expensive but will enhance any experience and from what we saw the best hotel in Jaipur.

We went for a wedding and it was awesome. Most of the staff is polite and attentive. The breakfast was very nice. The breakfast spread was ample but could add more variety to suit guest preferences. Chicken in a peanut sauce salad with a unique dressing and peanut salad were all very good.

The World best Heritage. Built during the period of Prithviraj Singh Kachwaha, ruler of Jaipur. It is built in 1727 AD and renovated in 1995. The royal interior and inside garden are very beautiful.

I havent stayed at the hotel, but my husband and I had lunch here in a small private room as part of an organised tour. Great location for Amber Palace and Jaigur fort. The staff at the reception is highly courteous with a pleasant smile always. Rajput service awesome.

Classy is the perfect word for describing The Raj Palace rooms. Beautiful lush green garden for events. And amazing courtyard for small get-together.

The hotel is situated just outside the city walls so is within easy reach of all the sights. Its like an oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the city outside the front door. The staff were attentive, friendly and enormously helpful. Suite was free upgrade from hotel.

The Raj Palace is the most wonderful place we have ever stayed and the best holiday week we have ever enjoyed. The QE Suite is an exemplar of what absolute luxury is about. Tall ceilings, wonderfully decorated and comfortable. The staff made us feel as though were enjoying a wedding in our own Palace.

Not a credible place to plan a wedding. The are very unprofessional. I got my wedding done here on 21st February 2018 . They shocked us many times as they dont have any professionalism. We were confirmed with full palace booking of 50 rooms and we gave advance in December. They told us in Jan end that they have more booking that they took by mistake. Then they confirmed they will remove those bookings. Rather they fooled us by splitting groom room into 3 rooms. They didnt do any extra decor and posed very high prices just to put flowers. They dont even appoint extra staff for wedding day. They are really low occupancy hotel and mostly are vacant. So they tried to save all costs in the wedding.I as a Groom dont recommend any one to book this place for wedding.

The staff were good enough to serve breakfast on the pavillion each morning. The service here is so courteous and friendly in an ambiance of class and regal serenity. Presidential suite was indeed a luxury. There will be some frustration here and there but thats what makes your travel fun and memorable.

Luckily for me they provided presidential suite as free upgrade. The staff from the general ***ager to the wait staff took the time to chat with us and the rooms were SO opulent. We enjoyed every minute we were at the hotel and hope we can go back some time.
