I visited there with my family for the dinner. We had a unpleasant experience there. The service was very slow while there was just very few number of guests. And the food was somewhat okay. We ordered two dishes while the one dish was not even cooked properly. Staff was good but very slow food preparation make our mind to not eat anymore.

We visited its restaurant at ground floor for a dinner with friends. My wife has allergy for spices and the chef was personally informed about the situation but to no avail. She finally enjoyed a serving of Salad which would have been same anywhere in the world 😉. The food was ok but the service was not what we expected from such a renowned chain.

This is not specifically related to my stay but I am writing this review as I used the party hall for a family function.Ambience and cleaners: 1/5 as there is no cleanliness and AC is not working at( remind you all that I have done function during summers), upon complaining for the same so many times nobody is there to resolve this issue.Food and service :3/5Food quality is good service need some improvement.Staff behaviour : 3/5Average but cooperative.

Horrible hospitality, especially ms Swati from their team has the most downgraded way to talking to guests and their visitors.. never stay at this property. Plus the rooms are very dirty. DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS HOTEL. Staff named, Swati doesn’t know her job and is extremely ridiculous at hospitality. Negative rating for them.

Patheticity has no bounds for this hotel.The hotel has a policy of only placing the food on the table but not serving it as mentioned by the restaurant manager.You wont have moving space in the rooms after placing an extra bed.Service provided is a nightmare for sure. Only good thing about the hotel is excellent housekeeping staff.

So we went to Santé ( quite a unique name) its located on the roof top of regenta ( 5th florr specifically). You will get valet parking here. Talking about the place....Ambience is really nice...kinda refreshing... however the food is average... Service is average too. Also this is a night place with drinks & music...so if like alcohol then you are gonna love it. Also dont order mexican pizza rather go for farmers choice.

Overall good but lift was not working proper

It’s a new and beautiful 4star property of the Ananta Group, with the excellent service and warmth.Rooms are tastefully decorated, with all 4star amenities.Special mention for The Grill House Restaurant - the North Indian restaurant. It’s ambient lighting, a hint of a live kitchen, and finally the live singing by singer Nadeem made the ambience extraordinary. The place is located at a good location.Staff is friendly and supportive.There is only 1 lift for guest so you might have to wait for a longer time than expected.Reception is way too small it will get congested if there is any big celebration.Celebration happens only in basement which has a good space. Things can be arranged very nicely.But you might feel suffocated if there is large number of people.Rooms are pretty beautiful and comfortable.Beds and quilt are of good quality, if you are tired of attending event come to your room and have a sleep.I wish you a good stay here !

The rooms were of average size but they can be a little bit bigger, to fit a table and chairs. But the interior was really good.The location was also great. We were on a bike trip from delhi and after entering jaipur it was just around 4 kms.Staff was really nice, we didnt face any problems during check-in and check-out.I would definetely recommend this hotel.

Good experience

Decent small hotel with small rooms. The room in which we were staying was very congested. The bathroom doors were not having locks. Bed was pretty ok. In a way this hotel is good if ur were to attend wedding nearby places. Thats what most of the people occupy this hotel. Another issue in our room was there was a leakage from bathroom and the water would flown down below our bed. Few rooms AC wasnt working as well. Another cheap factor I noticed is they charge for petty things like dental kit shaving kit, etc etc

This is review for G T ROAD restaurant...Like every new place when opens....Give brilliant and wonderful service and quality ...But as soon as customer again visit the place ....Scenario is changed...With a very high price for per person they should maintain the quality and service. Despite the previous bookings they kept customers waiting ..Not only us but others also.... And no regrets for this behaviour... Food quality is ok ok now ...

The G.T road is a buffet restaurant with both veg and nonveg options and liquor availability . I had my veg options. And ohh it was good. Their quality quantity variety everything is superb.A must must visit. Their prices during lunch are pretty good a deal. So I was super excited.

Nice small well decorated place for small function for up to 200 pax. Good, tasty and healthy food and variety. Fine budget rooms. Parking available inside few and outside ample in night time. You are free from mobile disturbance in basement banquet as signal out of range of most providers.

Worst hotel, worst staff, pathatic customer handling,inspite of booking double room we have been allocated room with two single bed. Which is having more than three inch Gap in-between. We suffered badly with kid. Mgt was ñot ready to change or upgrade room. Goibibo was also not listening inspite of giving images. Room were too much small. Clothes holders were above toilet sheet. Dont go by Goibibo Rating

Nice hotel and cooperative staff. The glass rooftop at 5th floor is the highlight but there are restrictions of timing and food access on the rooftop. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The swimming pool was near bar and restaurant. The hotel have there own parking and barbeque on 1st floor

This is the worst place anyone can stay. I put review on 14th October regarding room 405 and the management was least bothered. 1.They had something like Camera hole in bathroom.Just be sure you either dont book or cancel your booking.2. Glass top table next to bed is dangerous for life. One bang in deep sleep can be life threatening.3. Broken glass of bathroom door is threat to all specifically to children and elders.4. AC was not working through out the night, was rectified at 5:30 AM, we lost sleep due to this.5. Milk ordered for kids, Tea & Coffee for my wife and self did not turn up even after 30 minutes.6. This hotel is not the one run by the group that runs Mango Jodhpur. Please be cautious as service, room, food is too superior there.Ive got all photos that I can share of complaints Ive raised.

Food was very nice and the rooms were amazing with great ambience created by good moon lighting. Must recommended if you are visiting Jaipur for having a great experience there. And they do have a nice swimming pool and bar at top to enjoy.

OMG.....i love this place.....Roof top section is awesome.....you wud love to come again and again to enjoy roof top bar,music,transparent glass roof is also there. You can go there to see the view of front road...Mango hotel is the place to recommend. Food quality, service,cleanliness are satisfactory.

The rooms were clean, modern and well built. The bathroom is neat and as youd expect at a 4-star hotel. The entire hotel including the rooms, lobby and banquet does seem cramped and not rich in terms of real estate but I was okay with that. It is located in the middle of Raja Park and accessible from prime locations in the city. I had one issue though that the rooftop bar doesnt allow you if youre wearing shorts or not wearing shoes (for a guy) which was a bit odd.

Nyc service

I stayed in the hotel 4 days, Hotel room and other amenities were decent, but service was not good. On 2 occasions my room was not cleaned till 4:30 pm and 10:30 pm. On 1 occasion even bed sheets were not replaced. Have to remind them again n again. Pls dont opt for buffet breakfast here... It was really disappointing. Electric kettle was provided placing 7 reminders, and even then they forgot to deliver coffee mugs, Which were provided after placing another 4 reminders. Overall experience is ok types of you are booking the same at around 2000-2500. Original rack rate was Rs 4000 and I booked it at Rs 2500 at Paytm

Mango hotel is situated at Govind Marg, Raja Park. The rooms are comparatively small sized but are well maintained. The hotel is situated on the main road and is easily visible through distance also. Overall a good property for solo travellers or for short stays. I would not recommend this hotel for family or for long stays.

Hotel has luxury rooms, suites deluxe rooms. Located near raja park. Accessible from both sides. Parking is underground. Maybe around 10 cars can park comfortably. The hotel has a swimming pool. I couldnt ise it because it was pretty unclean. So dont go if you want to enjoy pool. The restaurant is at 5th floor. BAR attached. Rates are normal. Service is good. Music ambience is cool. Plays English pop. They plays hindi retro on demand. Now the access. The lift is the only way to reach rooms. There is a service lift and service stairs but none uses it. There is a hall underground. Toilets are there. Just behind reception there is parking. AC works good in rooms. Bathrooms are comparatively small. Altogether a good hotel.

Hotel is good location wise. But, it has few problems 1. T.V is not showing all the channels even the free one also.2. Geysey is not available in bathroomRest everything is good.

Bad services , if you want to destoy your day then come and visit this place , the staff was not so good.They will play with your money and if you are high you wont check it.We have made an issue over there , but they told us will mail your bill. At present , we can not give the proper billBad music. Worst service ,your money will surely waste.Bad vibes . Kindly check their bill before making the payment .

We checked in at 6 in the morning and the person at the reception was not at all in a welcoming mood and didnt even send a staff member to lead us to the room and behaved quite rude. Other staff members are nice and the person in charge of the food was awesome. The two mattresses on the bed had a huge gap in between them as if they have decided to make a couple sleep apart from each other thank God I was alone.

Rooms are beautiful and ambiance is nice but staff wasnt courteous. Poor service. I guess they have 2 boys only for all the work like housekeeping, laundry, bellboy, etc. They dont pick up your call at reception at midnight.

The restaurant GT Road has a concept similar to BBQ Nation but better in terms of hospitality and food.we paid 700 for a Non Veg buffet incl. taxes. If you have a huge appetite and want to eat different varieties of food, then you should definitely visit.

Extremely disappointing with the service provided. The hotel doesnt accept the option for settling tea and in room dinning bills at checkout. You are forced to pay them at the time of order. There is no laundry facility. The banquet facility is pathetic. God can only save you if have booked. The food finishes in few mins and your guests have to wait for 20-30mins for any items missing like rice or bread. Staff is in experienced and many of them illiterate or trainees. You have to call several times to manager before getting response.
