I booked 2 night stay here for business trip. They are charging 60 to 75 rupees for 1 mineral water bottle and there is options for RO water but the quality of the glass bottles and there caps are pathetic for drinking (see image) so indirectly they are forcing us to purchase the mineral water. Electric kettle for making tea/coffee rusted inside (see image). No complimentary comb, moisturizer, saving kit, tooth brush, slippers provided. Even I used 1 soap for 2 days in this pandemic, when I asked for another soap then only they provided. No HD channels available in DTH. Card swiping machines are not working. Cost of Radisson blue or the Royal orchid are almost same as this hotel but they will facilitate you more than this hotel. Cost of foods are at the higher side. Only the good point is the Behaviour and the hospitality of all staffs, neat and clean rooms. Overall it was not a good experience.

I had booked this hotel for our 1 St anniversary, trip to Jaipur. It had been a pleasure staying here, location is nice just 2km approx from main hustle bustle of the city area, courteous staff, awesome ambience and mouthwatering grubs. I want to mention Miss Meena from reception who was very helpful and was prompt to her service. Thank you all the team of Zone, Jaipur for this lovely experience. Will surely recommend to my friends and family.

If you are looking for a luxurious stay in Jaipur zone by the park is a good option its advisable to book pre-book your rooms they have all the amenities with them in in room fridge they have they have centrally air conditioner the food they offer is very good like I like the taste of the food and they have the deals with breakfast and dinner rooms. The ambiance entrance and amenities are good.

I was here to attend a wedding ceremony, so this review would cover a lot of aspects concerning this place.If you are reading this review in terms of booking this hotel for a social event or something, then its a green light from me. It is an ideal place for small gatherings, which could be a great option in such (covid) times.The banquet hall is at the basement of the hotel, which could sustain 100-150 persons (I would not recommend you this place if you have more guests). Rooms were clean and comfortable, dishes were delicious with decent presentation. Front desk staff was efficient, pleasant and helpful. This was my first stay in the hotel post lockdown. Hotel is located at a very calm & quiet location so sleep quality is nice. . Few concerns about the stay are as detailed further. Parking space is very less and if the occupancy is high, you may need to park the car outside or handover the key to staff at the gate. Rooms are small but well appointed. No packaged drinking water is provided in the room and RO water is given in glass bottles. Housekeeping or room-service is very very slow. Towels are at the last stage of wear & tear. Washrooms are clean but needs attention towards maintenance. Despite of being a Business/Corporate hotel, basic amenities like dental kit or shaving kit are chargeable and no bill is provided for the same. Breakfast buffet is absolutely simple and with not so great taste. So overall a mix of good & not so bad things and that makes the stay quiet simple and not enthusiastic. If looking for a budget hotel with clean rooms, ZONE By The Park is the option once can consider.

Not recommended, if you need to drop off early morning. The hotel does not have any kind of facilities at night. No one to pick you call at the reception, no availability of food at night. On my stay, the rooms did not had water in the washroom and I had to leave early morning, no one picked the call at the reception. Not expected this behaviour from a reputed hotel. Highly disappointed with the stay :(

Hi. it was my 3rd stay at zone , so its but obvious I love the place. clean rooms.. tasty food.. wel behaved staff.. N as alwaz Chef Sunil was thr to take care at the restaurant.. great guy who alwz gvs personal attention.. overall a great stay.. wl surely b staying again..

Rooms were very Neat and Clean. Staffs Behavior was fine. Location was Good and Most of the sightseeing points are within 3-5 kms. Except big forts which are around 12-13 kms. Room Service was bit sluggish. Everyday we had to ask for minor minor things like hand Towels etc. One problem faced by us was the flow of air from AC, cooling was fine but speed and volume of air was bit less. When asked to the reception for a portable table fan they didnt had any fan. Overall stay was good for family as we booked 3 rooms and stayed for 3 nights, for sightseeing in Jaipur.

This is a business hotel. We visited it while en route to Delhi from Jodhpur. Our stay was decent. We ordered food and were satisfied with quality and quantity. Most of the staff was warm and welcoming. No issue in parking. The hotel has valet parking available. The vicinity is nice and easy to locate. The best part was that my one year old and 4 year old, both of them enjoyed the khichdi that they prepared. I would like to thank the staff for making the visit comfortable for my family.

I loved my stay in zone by the park. The beauty of the place. Food was so good. We took buffet. Beautiful stay it was.

Location of the Hotel is good with ample parking space for four wheeler.

Rooms are above average.. but the food and service at buffet are simply below acceptable limits. Carpet in the corridors are just in a pathetic state. There is hardly any place to walk in the hotel. With such conditions, hotel claims to be a four star - delux. Dont get misled by The Park in hotels name.

Rooms were average. There were no amenities provided in the room. After calling, the receptionist told us that the amenities are chargeable. Food provided was very basic and bland.

This hotels check in time is 2 PM which is very irritating. Room service is very poor. TV didnt had internet connectivity. Had breakfast there, which is okay okay.

Bad customer service, after paying for room on 4th floor they asked us to move to 1st floor so they could save their electricity as there was no one else on the 4th floor. I dont know care about their electricity bill, I have paid extensive for 2 days. Dont ever stay here. Staff is rude.

This turned out to be one of the best boutique hotel that I have stayed in so far. Room size were huge - It was almost like a studio apartment with 2 washrooms, 2 huge rooms (one being d/r and dining and other being bedroom), 2 TVs. Perfect for 3-4 adults + kids. Decor was very young and upbeat with proper wooden work done. Location is very central and Their breakfast menu was one of the best. Overall great experience here

Had a early check out this morning, the man at reception was very rude. Dont know what kind of guests they accommodate here, the man stalled us by accusing us of stealing their Iron! Seriously! Paid him 1000/- to catch up with our flight.. Hope the fiasco was worth your reputation.

Please do not book this hotel if you want to safe your money and if you still the hotel with the images of rooms and other thing, then you can only book room because food is very poor that is useless.1). Room are same as shon in images.2). Breakfast food is very bad. There are chole chature,idli sambhar and pyaj kochori was there. In chole bhature, chole was like sweet in taste and bhature shap and size and material like fried papad. Idli was ok but the sambhar was like uuway ! Ghatia no taste nothing. Breakfast tea was also very bad but the pyaj kchodi was good no doubt about that because i done my breakfast with kochodi and tea only.3).Staf was very bad.4)Bar is open and no out side food allowed in hotel like water soda snacks nothing.5). Swimming pool and orher games like pool fuss ball are closed.Over all very bad experience.Never recomend to anyone.Everthing

Zone by The Park Jaipur is ideal for a business traveler. The rooms are satisfactory in size with all amenities inside. The food is good when ordered in-room. The in-room delivery is not more than 20 mins. I was disappointed with the dinner at the restaurant. The food delivery time is something the manager may have to look into.Else, a great hotel for a night’s stay or two.

Mr. Dev, who is so called sales manager is very rude to guests.I think that he is never taught how to behave with others coz he dont have manners.He is a tall guy with specs. Beware of him if you are visiting such a nice hotel. Coz he dont have manners of handling guests, so he can misbehave with you.Dont know how he became sales manager of such a good hotel.But I am damn sure that he will ruin the image of the hotel.

Value for money.Room: I stayed in the family room. The room was neat and clean. clean bathroom toilets too. The only hiccup was the AC cooling would be less at about middle of the night for an hour or 2 but else was ok.Restaurant: food was good. The buffet is elaborate as per the price.Pool: Its on the terrace, was not usable, pigeon feathers and lots of them sitting around.Location: Its at Bani Park, a bit off from the main attractions by approx 3 kms but rides are available. It is a simple nice locality.Service: Good and smiling team.Special mention: Milton and Ujjwal were always there to take care of our needs. Rahul and Jacqueline were checking with us from time to time to see if all was good.

The room and shower were clean and comfortable. The general ambience is good and inviting. Got the much needed sleep for six of hours. The terrace area was good for chilling in the evening and watching IPL on a bigger screen. Very courteous staff made our stay a pleasant one.Giving only four stars as I found a bed bug on the window curtains. I showed it to the folks at front desk and am sure it will be sorted.

Zero rating for the behaviour of receptionist. Today i visit there for room booking. But room was cheaper online on MMT than the receptionist ask for. When i tried to book the room online through MMT, He increase the price of hotel room.It was very unprofessional behavior. If you dont want anyone to book online then why your hotel name is showing there. MMT should immediately remove your hotel name from their servers.

First of all I would love to say that the food is excellent. Thanks to the chef Sunil to serve us a delightful dinner to my family and friends. The service provided is also incredibly excellent. I will make sure that u guys would also love their services.

It was a pleasure to stay here. Excellent service from arrival to departure.Food is just awesome, very hygienic, fresh and tasty. WiFi is super fast and works without interruption. Staff is very professional, friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean with modern furniture and with all amenities you may need. The bed was King-size and very comfortable for sleep.

Good hotel nice location. Food is good but expensive. Breakfast is decent. Devar very frugal with respect to toiletries and towels. For 4 people they were providing one towel. Had to ask for more. No great views from the rooms. Pool is not clean with lots of feathers of pigeons.
