Pathetic hospitality and unkept and unclean rooms. Stayed for two nights and was so glad to get out of the dingy rooms. The hotel staff is rude and unhelpful. The restaurants (foresta and trove) staff was good and in honesty it was their only saving grace.

We stayed here and were extended hospitality by Subhash and his team in the best possible manner. We were really looked after well and every small attention was paid to to make our stay comfortable. Subhash has been particularly an extremely wonderful host.I will only wish the rooms can be renovated and made slightly better and the only reason i have given it 4 stars.A real value for money stay in the heart of the city.Thank you for a wonderful stay here!

Planning is good but not maintaining properly and poor in hospitality.

Club trove and lounge is one the best club in jaipur . The place is really cool n beautiful.. party scene is awesome . Lots n lots of Greenery.

It was located opposite to lake pichola hotel offering perfect lake view. Nice big rooms. Good service. Much affordable as compared to lake pichola . offer roof top restaurant as well. We got the best room of this hotel 111.

Forests has closed down and new people taken over and is now called SALTUS BAR and KITCHEN. WENT ON opening night. Appetizers were ordered. Chicken items were nice but the mutton was very tough. Pizzas and pasta was fair quality.Service needs much improvement and also better lighting as at present rather dark. Wish them good luck and will checkout menu later.

This place gives a very resorty, island types feel. Pros- cosy rooms amidst lot of greens, restaurants with great decor and music in the premises. Cons- the cleanliness of the sofa chairs inside the rooms

New section of Forresta, over Trove is better

Majorly visited forresta restaurant here in the premises, mostly for drink and dine. You will find ainly all kind of popular liquor along with tasty food and variety of options in veg as well as in non veg. Good open space with all natural ambience and fairly quick service.There is another portion with disc and bar at the poolside. Havent visited it yet so will post review once been there.

Food and services were good but if you want to smoke you should only visit this place in the evening as they do not have much cooling options available in the open sitting area and you would end up being uncomfortable in the summers, or else simply sit inside the restaurant and go outside for smoke. This place is really happening in the night and the bar view is cool. We ordered honey chilli potato which tasted nice and Belgian chocolate shake which was quite good in quantity and we liked the taste.

You can get rooms at local Ids and its a great place to be! Superb service but these guys dont have duplicate keys if youve lost one then youre gonna be in some real trouble! Other than this room, bathroom, service, hygiene and cleanliness were perfect. Food is also Great!

I booked this hotel looking at the pictures and ratings. I was wrong. I think they have a partnership with TripAdvisor this is why they have received recognition from them only sticked into their reception room wall. Their slogan is stay well planted but they forgot to provide basic amenities such as bottled water, WiFi, mobile charging. I called the reception for water bottle and the guy other end said yes sir. We waited for 30 minutes, and then I called again. A guy came with a jug of water and I said I asked for bottled water, not tap water. Then when I went to reception, he told me that we provide only 2 bottles per day and that too carelessly. I think if I am paying 3000 per day, I can expect more than that?? Then I said WiFi is not connecting then he showed me a small Vodafone dongle and told me to connect. Seriously?? He was expecting me to connect to it and expecting me to use Wi-Fi from my room when dongle is far from my room. Yes they do not have routers and too slow wifi. Then I said that I am not able to charge my phone then the guy at the reception showed me a trick to charge my phone, that was funny and risky. Lets talk about pool. Sorry there is no pool there is a big bath tub and they call it a pool. Dont get fooled by the pictures please. DSLRs worked excellently here.Finally,If you are a nature lover and want to live in forest with lots of mosquitos and lack of basic amenities the you should stay here.Otherwise, book an OYO and save money 👍🏻

Located within 1 km from the Jaipur railway station . This is a nice option for any overnight guest. That is the best part about this place. Room is small , as compared to similar priced hotels. Bathroom is spacious . Basic amenities are provided. WiFi doesnt work properly in the rooms. Food is served from Foressta bar & restaurant which is quite popular and serves delicious food . Variety of drinks are also available. Ill rate it 3 star due to small space and slow room service.

About the Hotel - Rooms were too small, does not justify the tariff at all. Charge 2.5 times the MRP price. Location is too far from the places to visit in Jaipur.Service was finePool was not available, Dirty water, not much amenities.Cleanliness was up to mark.

Good Ambience and music with lovely food..

The staff was rude that they asked me and my lady colleague to pay in full or we will be asked to leave the hotel at 10:30 in the night at the time of check-in although usually every hotel you have to pay at the time of checkout the staff mr. Amit at the reception was so uncourteous that he did not offer even water to us we had booked two rooms. the beds had spit marks on the cushions and pillows hairs all over the room cigarette all over, basic amenity like toothbrush and bathroom slippers were not given to us. the rooms were so noisy full high volume music from the bar or cafe whatever it was. Everything here is great except people at reception and menu price.The entrance is small and I wasnt expecting much. To add more, the reception people were like half awake at 8pm. From reception till my room was a pleasant surprise to me. There is a pathway and nice plants and flowers decorate it from besides. Lot of trees and plants along side.The room was a big in size, a heater, AC, locker and fridge as utility; 24hrs hot water in shower as well as in basin.The restaurant people were very humble and polite. Thanks to me that I had included dinner in hotel booking price. Refer attached photos for their very high price menu.They also have a bar and pub in upper level restaurant.They have a garden, swimming pool and lawn to roam around and for leisure.

No great features but still it has altogether different atmosphere which feels relaxed inspite of being in core city.Also its hearty by Jaipur railway station.The property is really good for family with childrens.Kids enjoy here also it has pool for their fun.

On site construction goes to 9pm. Off to side but noisy if eating outside onsite. Quieter in room. Beds comfortable. Hot water may take a few minutes to get through. Has all needed. Clean but things get missed such as a bin not emptied or clot of other peoples hair in shower drain. Friendly staff who are keen to help with anything you ask.

Perfect is the word for this amazing place : location, food, rooms, comfort, hygiene and quality and staff politeness and attentiveness. Rooms are spacious and washrooms have 24hours hot water. Wi-Fi internet works better in some areas and its weak network in few others. Location is close to bus stand and railway station of Jaipur so you can move around easily. Transportation is available easily.

This is a good hotel with spacious rooms with green all around. The hotel staff are very courteous and helpful. The food is one of the best in Jaipur serving awesome lall mansh with roti. The breakfast is also very good. As guest are low when I visited, they served whatever we wanted from the list. The quality of food is also very good.

A very serene place for a short getaway. Devraj Niwas has two very great restaurants and also boasts of a rooftop sheesha cafe. The rooms are nice, we stayed at ones that were a little bit away from the restaurants as later in the night you can hear the humm of the crowd around the restaurant in the room - while that’s not a problem on weekdays, but the restaurants attract a lot of people on weekends and that can be a little disturbing if you want peace and quite.We stayed at the hotel in dec (last week). The weather was very pleasant even though we had packed for winters keeping in mind the weather in the north, but it was warmer. The sun was out and we often did not need heavy jackets or sweaters. The only time we used our jackets was when we sat out in the evening.The rooms were very nice, though the hotel could have made it better for the kind of toiletries it offers in the bathroom. One would expect more for the price they charge. The rooms are clean, though our bathroom did not smell as nice when we checked in. The room service did clean it when we asked them to.The rooms like all hotels are built for the summer and can seem to have little ventilation which can feel a little claustrophobic but it feels better with the AC or the fan turned on.The breakfast at Devraj Niwas (complementary with room) was decent and the staff was extremely nice. We just has breakfast and dinner at the hotel. The breakfast was decent, while I have had worse, but I definitely have had better.Will add pictures in an edit to this post.

For people travelling by train this hotel would be very good. Rooms are large with well maintained. Each room has a private sit out. The open restaurant and bar are good. Food is good but overpriced.Good resort. Would recommend it.

This the best hotel we stayed in during our trip to India. We actually missed it after we left. The rooms are clean, sheets are washed, the bed was comfy. Also, they offer different restaurants with interesting food, but good nonetheless. It was one of the few hotels were wifi was available in the rooms. The best of all, that offered western breakfasts, something you dont know you need until you dont have it.

Very good location with full of greenery. Staff was very courteous . A few points to remind the hotel owner that some one should be earmarked for cleaning the vehicles of guest staying in hotel. Its really embarrassing if one refused to clean the car at first instance , later asking Rs 100/- for the same. Otherwise stay was comfortable, food is good. Like to stay there for the next trip also.

Stayed for 3 nights (referred by a friend) and would never return back to this hotel ( wouldnt recommend anyone). Cheaply maintained and *** staffs for the expensive tariff charged, poorly maintained rooms and suitable for daily and hourly occupants unless you want to spend premium for such a poor service.Expensive menu which seems like hotelier discouraging us to have food in their restaurant. Badly behaved housekeeping staffs (reminding us even about water bottle costs everytime we requested for one). Laid back response from reception desk for any feedback provided.Beware of front desk folks forthcoming to organise local site seeing. The hotel has a bunch of cheaters hanging around to fleece you further. You may get better options through travel agents outside the hotel.Overall our stay was miserable, so pls avoid this hotel and strongly not recommended for trips with family.

Its an excellent property which in my view beats services offered by even radisson hotel where also i have stayed earlier. I had taken my entire company on an offsite and evwrybody was happy. Good hotel and extremely good pricing.

Decent and a well maintained place. Very near to Jaipur railway station. As I got the room via make my trip at almost 50% was a little skeptical about it. But it turned out to be aa awesome stay for me at Jaipur. Just that the service is a bit slow.

Visited their restaurant for food and drinks. Place is quiet and sophisticated the perfect place where I prefer to spend my time with my family and close friends. But a big let down is the quality of service and food their restaurant serves for the price they charge for. You start feeling irritated searching, trying to make an eye contact and end up calling the servers screaming excuse me for each and every thing in their open area restaurant from water, menu, replanishment of drinks to even getting your cheque. This is actually a big let down for you if you are hosting a treat for someone. You feel irritated and your companions end up saying just one thing shayad galat jagah choose kar li apan ne Please improve the quality of food and service, else everything is perfect in terms of location, decor and privacy.

The place is really well built. I loved their walkways. Every room has a private seating outside. Both the restaurants are little expensive but have amazing ambience especially at night when they are lit. The pool is small and only for parties not for swimming.

DONT STAY HERE!!! PEEPING TOMS WORK HERE!!!We recently stayed at Devraj Niwas in Jaipur as part of a Golden Triangle tour (including Delhi, Agra and Jaipur). I was in the bathroom getting ready to take a shower and looked up at the vent area above the shower and noticed one of the hotel employees was perched at the opening watching me. When I shouted to my husband to tell him what was happening the man ran away.The hotel design is only one floor and upon looking into how someone could be at this area, we saw there are stairs leading up to the rooftop for anyone to access. Many of the rooms have a similar design where you can look right into the bathroom. On each roof are the water tanks and a man needs to go up here everyday to start the hot water pumps for the rooms - so it is accessed frequently, and providing a good excuse if similar complaints are made.The hotel management and police were called and complaints filed.DONT STAY HERE - who knows how many innocent and unsuspecting women have been watched!!

It Was A Great Stay..Ambiance Is Really Nice..Easy To Reach..Food Is Good & For Party People Its A Good Option To Stay ..

To be honest, this hotel is well above what my wallet can afford. **** offered 63% discount and there you go, we booked 2 rooms for 2 nights for 4 people.Positives:1) The rooms are really nice and comfy. Among other things, floors of the rooms are wooden, which makes staying during winter nights a pleasant experience, since you can just walk barefeet and not feel the cold.2) Rooms look royal when we enter them due to a certain environment being set outside of them, with plants and gravels planted for the short walk towards the rooms.3) The staff (except one of the managers) is very friendly. I cannot express in words the nature of good hospitality the entire staff extends towards its guests. And frankly, this is the USP of this hotel, that their entire staff is very cooperative.Negatives:1) The biggest flaw is their bathroom drain, which drains the water too slowly (and trust me, way too slowly). Its not because the drain is choked, but because of some flawed design that does not drain the water even at normal speed. And this was the case with both our bathrooms, and is also the case with every bathroom in this hotel. The staff informed us that the water drains at this speed itself for all the bathrooms. The hotel management should really look into this, since within a minute of starting the shower, the guests are standing in the ankle-height pool of the same water that comes off their bodies. That is gross!2) As previously mentioned, one of the managers is not friendly. He was not rude per se, but his attitude towards us not entirely gentle either. A part of it was the issue at our end: we arrived 6 hours too early from the checkin time, we accept that. But in the 6am in the morning when it was really cold, he asked us to wait in the open restaurant outside. The watchman intervened, and we were allowed to wait in the office (which was spacious enough to have 6 chairs and a sofa where the manager was sleeping). His other behaviour patterns were of the same kind. The person who replaced him for some hours at around 8am was really friendly. But the previous one was not (I hope the hotel management knows who Im talking about. I do not know the name of this person).Overall conclusion:I would recommend this hotel to people reading my review, since one managers slightly less friendly behaviour doesnt make this a bad place to stay. The rooms are nice, and the staff makes you feel at home. If your pocket allows it, go for it.
