We went out for drinks and enjoy the place we heard so much of. One star of rating belong to the place and ambiance. Other than that everything is disappointing, unsatisfactory, disgraceful and this includes the management, service and food.It is such a highly expensive restaurant and you expect it to be of course but in return customers expect the same level of service. We encountered the experience where the waiters make you feel like they are doing you a favor and youre just there to have a free meal. The food was dead cold. Drink were good no doubt. But the service is disgraceful and disrespectful. Its a real mood killer when you pay this much money and wanna have a nice eveing with your people but treated like this!

A little blue palace, seems like a little blue paradise in the pink city. I absolutely enjoyed the vibe of this place, cosy and chic. The decor takes you by surprise as its so beautiful. Definitely arrive before 6 if you want to avoid any waiting. For food I wasnt much impressed but the ambience sure does makes up for it

Its a good place as you can see the pictures but what matters is the food. The taste of the food wasnt that great. Ordered a lasangna, ricotta and sandwhich all tasted same. I dont understand why the quantity is so less for an item of Rs. 900! Anyway, had a good time because pictures were good. Okay! About the pictures, the waiter told us they charge for the pics to be clicked in the restaurant! Hahaha.. ab itna paisa lete ho to photo to lene do re!

For a renowned restaurant, its food and service sucks.Ordered ricotta, lasagna and gnocchi. All had same taste and completely bland.The money they charge is only for their ambience and thats also not very spectacular given that they have no music availability and service is slow as snail.Go there only to get some pics for insta.

Interior have complete jaipurian vibe and thats the only thing for going there, otherwise the food is hyped. And staff was saying to stop taking photographs, that I am not able to understand, there are already millions of photos out there of the place but why there is so secrecy. And also the good photographs will help them also to popularize.

Located at Narain Niwas Palace, bar Palladio is a beautiful place to have a chill night with friends or a romantic date, its peaceful, if you sit outside, you’ll have ample of space to sit with a group. You’ll see a lot of foreigners here too. Inside also, its very well made and the architecture is absolutely stunning. We sat outside because the weather was nice and the ambience was very peaceful. Its an Italian restaurant, so we ordered a pizza, crostini, lasagna, and spaghetti and some cocktails. The staff was helpful and polite.

Splendid ambience of the place ruined by its rude staff. The manager Mr. Kartar Singh allowed teens below 18 in the bar premises n unethical behaviour was noticed with a couple in the ladies washroom.The staff was not cordial to allow my 2year old sit indoors n were forced to sit out in the bugs.There are much better places to see atleast where you are treated with warmth.

The ambience is nice but the food and beverages menu is not so vast and pretty average considering the prices. They used RC, one of the most average quality whiskies, in Whiskey Sour. The beer wasnt chilled enough. In food we ordered pizza- good taste still really high price, and sandwich- I would make a way better one at home and that would feed 10 people in that price.As much as we were looking forward to spend an evening here, it was a let down.You might visiting this place for some good pictures, but for food and beverages, nope!!2 stars for that, 1 more just for the nice setup.

We booked this place for my wife’s birthday as its really popular at this time in Jaipur. But the overall experience was disappointing as the staff there is actually rude other than the guy named Vijay who was very sweet and courteous, the drinks were not upto the mark for the price they are charging and even the food was not so amazing.Only thing good about this place is the ambience and you can take some good pictures.

The ambience was top notch. The blue and white interiors are extremely aesthetic. However, the food quality is bad. The restaurant specializes in italian cuisine. I ordered 2-3 italian dishes. But it was a complete fail. The place is more for catching up a drink or so with a group of friends or with your partner, but not for the food. The restraurant needs to work on their cooking skills. The seating is okay.

Choose it only for the beautiful decor, for that also they are charging 200Rupees per person if you are taking photographs in their overrated bar. Sitting facilities is not good. Food is below one star. Prices are very high like one grilled sandwich cost you 550 bucks. Seriously overrated. About Manager and waiters,While interacting with the guests, an ideal server always uses docile terms for addressing such as sir, ma’am and miss with a pleasant smile on the face. The response to customer’s questions needs to be gentle, accurate and polite. Silent laughs, snickering and side table remarks might not be taken well by the guests.

Stunning décor and the al fresco setting on a sunny winters day makes it magical.Staff is very helpful & accomodating but food options are a tad bit limited.Barely a few pizza options & the Chicken Satay I had ordered was borderline Tandoori.Still a nice place to have a few drinks on a winters afternoon with some finger food.

It certainly is a very attractive restaurant, with brilliant cobalt painted walls inside, and bench sofa seating strewn with lights outside on the lawn. My personal opinion is that the murals of oil paintings and blue scalloped doorways in the interior dont exactly conjure the image of fine Italian dining. It would be more suited for Indian or perhaps Indian inspired colonial cuisine, which for some reason is the cuisine description on Google maps. The serve staff is also not particularly attentive. It took a while before the server came to our table to order. We opted to share the pumpkin and walnut ravioli and tea since we intended to also visit the restaurant next door. The server brought cold spinach and ricotta ravioli instead, and we had taken a bite before letting the server know that it was not what we had ordered. The server seemed to acknowledge that it was a mistake, but asked whether the spinach ricotta ravioli would be ok. The manager/supervisor intervened and said that we would get our pumpkin walnut ravioli, and that we were free to eat the rest of the spinach and ricotta ravioli at no extra charge on our bill. The pumpkin walnut ravioli is good, and was slightly warmer than the spinach ravioli that was served to us. The spinach ravioli is average, but not particularly palatable in its cold state. Pasta, particularly ravioli, is an entree that would be best serve on heated/warmed plates since it can easily lose heat when placed on a large cold plate. Ambiance aside, I would not recommend the pasta here.

Above all, uncomfortable seating spoils the experience. Food does the rest.The chef and the owner truly need to visit a good Italian restaurant to understand the Italian Cuisine and just not sell anything in the name of Italian.Need to check their prices as well. Seems overpriced compared to the taste and quality of food they serve.Please hire a consultant, you really need one.

Tried the cafe, which opens at 12:30 p.m. The place is really pretty both indoors and outdoors. Not crowded when we got there. Service is okay, waiters are helpful. Didn’t like the food though. My friends and I ordered different things but we were all disappointed. I ordered a pizza. Super bland. Salt, pepper and tabasco didn’t help. Bread was bad. It tasted like they just reheated it. Would love to try the Bar Palladio though. Maybe that one’s better? 🤔

The place is good but was very crowded, we wanted to sit outside in the open, they made us wait for hours , the waiters were all mismanaged. The food take alot of time to get ready. We kept calling the waiters , they were to busy to give time. Over all the food was fine, the place had good vibe but the waiters were not at all co-operative.

My go to place in Jaipur for a Negroni. Have loved this space since my first visit in 2014 or 15. Really relaxed, good drinks and grub. A good time to visit is during sunset. The restaurant next door, Sherbagh, serves great food as well.

Perfect outdoor setting for drinks and talk. Adjacent to Shikaar bagh which have awesome food. Slightly on expensive side of things but an escape from city within city.

Have read somewhere that the service is poor but from personal experience, the staff welcomed us nicely. The food is good, not exceptional. Price is alright considered the unique decorations, great for taking photos. Some people complain about the dogs sleeping on the sofa but i don’t mind at all. They are so cute.

Nice Italian restaurant in Jaipur with a very vibrantly decorated interior. Dress warmly in the evening though as you will likely be sat outside and there are only a few fires here and there for warmth. I had the risotto allo zafferano and it was actually very tasty!

Cafe Palladio is beautiful place to hangout with friends , it is located close to Trimurti circle , easy entry from the service road.Ambience wise would be rating good , scope of improvement for food. Cafe Palladio and Bar Palladio are different places but under the same brand located opposite of each other.

The only good things about this place is its interiors and location. The vibrant blue colour and beautiful artwork will leave you awstruck. Though it is a very popular place on instagram and blogs we did not like it all. The staff is rude and do not care. Food options are limited and taste wise also not good. Plus it is way expensive compared to quality of service and food. They need to learn hospitality .

7 stars for the ambiance but 1 star for the food & its taste. Not at all value for money. If you wish to have a proper dinner then dont go for bar palladio. If youre going there for good pictures then 100% go for this place.

If you are visiting Jaipur then its a must place to check out. It has a very beautiful architecture and interior. Always make reservations before going there coz its very exclusive bar, one of a kind in Jaipur. In evening this place creates its magic with its music, bonfire, surrounded by dim lights and candles. It has very vast menu for drinks and food which is exotic as well. Its a high end restaurant price wise but its totally worth it.

Caffe Palladio is not the same as Bar Palladio! Something a lot of people get confused between. Caffe Palladio is amazing and a must-visit. Totally worth revisiting several times. Perfect for afternoons, early evenings and Sunday brunches. Love the food, ambience, decor, teas, music, and the calmness of the place.

Its a beautiful location with vibrant blue interior... The outside seating is also amazing if you are going with a large group .. I would recommend that you make reservations as this place does get a loads of footfall and is busy .... The menu is adequate just the service is tad bit slow as they are always handling huge numbers .... The bartender is decent ... The liquor collection isnt bad .... The interior is amazing for photography and depicts the traditional beauty of Rajasthan

The ambiance is beautiful. The colour, patters, decor is amazingly done. But that’s all it has got. The food isn’t that great. I am not sure if that’s how it always has been or because of lack of customers these days. Saw very good reviews and ratings so thought of visiting once. But in terms of food it’s definitely not what I expected.

This place is located near Narayan Singh circle. This place is amazing from interior point of view, blue and white combination of interior is dam good.,it gives you feel like that you are in palace. It have amazing vibes and peacefull environment. In food it contains only Italian food, the food taste is OK kind of....overall this is good place.

Seen many reviews then visited the place . But my experience was very poor. Firstly the interior was not that much attractive as it shown in pictures. They have the worst staff. If you are sitting with a girl they will keep roaming around after every 2-3 minutes like if you are doing something wrong.

Did not like. Not for Indians who love typical indian type food. You will find mostly foreigners here.My wife insisted coming here and it was bad.Food sucks here. We ordered pizza and pasta and 2 drinks. Only pizza slice was okay. Pasta was bad. Had felt vomiting after eating it. Only lemonade was ok other drink was a bad green vegetable juice with fancy name. Costed us 1300/-.

If you want to have a lavish experience, of eating at a palace, at a reasonable cost, then head to Bar Palladio for a good time.The food was good, even though, I think, the quantity could have been just a bit more. The “Sufi” mocktail that we had ordered, had a quite different taste to it - kind of tangy, and it was amazing!We had also ordered a Ravioli Ricotta e Spinaci al Burro e Salvia, and one Spaghetti Aglio Olio e Peperoncino. The first dish was so mouthwatering that we couldn’t wait for it to cool down, and just hogged it all down.The Spaghetti, too, had a different taste to it - a kind of taste that soothes your taste buds.I would definitely go back to this place as soon as possible!

Quality of food n non alcoholic drinks isnt good

We visited it at 10 pm. Ambience outside was terrific bit they gave us table in the inside. The waiter was inexperienced and messed up the order. Later when he realised he asked us to accept the order nevertheless , neither the manager appeared not any senior staff stopped him. The bar person was equally rude.Two stars for what could have been a terrific evening.

•The Sammy Analysis•This counts as one of the most beautiful places i have visited ever.Palladio is situated at the ground area of the great Narayan Niwas Hotel.Well ornamented and well executed palladio is a dream come true.I would completely suggest to visit here in the night time,this place holds more beauty at night.This place attracts foreigners more and the ambience is tooo good,food is delicious too however one can feel difficult to understand the menu first as its an Italian Restaurant so the language is quite not familiar to Indian people.Just the surrounding and a glass of your favourite drink can make you feel alive.
