Thank you for making yet another occassion super special for me and my family. Mothers day cake was simply surreal. (Please add my number in your customer enrolment list, I have said that multiple times at the counter but the deed is not done as of yet. Pls do.)

I bought two same cakes from here, in the intervel of 3 days but i found high charges after 3 days. I felt, this shop is costly compare to other bakeries.

Heard about the Crust bakery that it has some really good quality baked goods. Went here and checked it out, bought a loads of stuff. At the time of billing I wanted an itemized bill but I was denied that due to rush hour. At home I realize that there were atleast 3 items missing, I am sure they did not charge me for that but then I am not happy. Worst place to buy anything, low quality products with equally low standard people. Please dont buy anything from any of their outlet, all outlets have common production unit.

I bought 2 pineapple pastries and 2 pineapple cake slices today and found them to be stale. The staff should take special care of disposing old and stale items. I sincerely advise all to check properly before buying cakes and pastries. The patties were ok but wont last another day i think.Always make sure to check manufacturing date before buying.

Plenty of varities in cake section. Rates are on the higher side as compared to last year.

One of the oldest bakery in Vaishali Nagar area.Serves a lot of variety of bakery items. Pricing puts it in slightly higher than affordable price mark.Locating it is easy. Plenty of free parking available too.

Here you can get 200/- normal cake on 1400/- and 150/- cookies on 800/- I think this is worlds burst bakery in prices according its quality.Even they dont know 800/- per Kg me Sodhani and Kanha ki kaaju katli bikti hai maide ki cookies nahi 🤣

Personally visited the store..Ordered Mango cake INR 1400/-Look wise cake was very beautiful, but when I had it.. it was kind of normal cream cake. Mango flavor was missing and even cake layers were cream not mango.Just decorating with mango doesnt make a cake mango cake... Every bite should give feel and smell of mango. It was a good cream cake, but not mango. Wasted 1400 bucks.

The worst service and quality of the cake Ive ever received, the cake was very sticky whoever had it and a complete tasteless as well, Everybody felt like they are having chewing gum instead of Cake. Crust needs to focus on its quality before delivering the product to the customers, everybody was very upset regarding that, never recommend anybody.

Dont a name change or surrendered the place that belongs to sunrise Bakers. It used to be good, now it is more sumptuous than ever. Fast food and cake are as usual super delicious. Spent a lot time here with my mains.

They make excellent Bday Cakes (attaching pic of one prepared for my daughter).Everything is upto the mark except one of their Loud Mouth Staff at One of their Outlets, but that should not be the spoil sport and hopefully would be taken care by the professional owners.

Red velvet cake of crust is my personal favourite. Its recommended to you all also. There puffs are one of the best Ive tried. And there garlic bread loaf is love❤️

I am chef abhishek from Canada I ordered one birthday cake on 25 Oct for my 5 year son but when I came back to home the cake is different what I ordered and the staff is not good very disappointed. Not recommend at all very bad 👎

The quality of food is good.But siting space can be improved.We had apple pie and DBC pastries there.Quality of pastries was satisfactory but it doesnt goes same with apple pie.Overall it is was average experience in terms of food.

It is a pity we cant put a 0 star mark because this place doesnt deserve more. We came, we were the only customers and ordered waffles. The waiter explained that on the 10 desserts proposed on the menu, only 3 were available.Then we asked for French fries and nachos.After 50 minutes, no French fries. So we asked the waiter who replied almost ready, just 3 more minutes before going outside to buy... frozen French fries that he tried to hide from us.10 minutes later, french fries came. But not the nachos.Being very late, and after 1.5 hours of waiting, we asked for the bill. We got NO APOLOGIZE and NO DISCOUNT.Even if we were the only customers and even if there were 7 people working in the kitchen, they couldnt satisfy this simple order.It was my second catastrophic time there and I will never return.

Its a popular bakery in vaishali nagar. The taste of the cake is average but still has lots of scope for improvement if you compare it with good bakeries. As the price is slightly on the higher side better quality and taste is expected for cakes

I am impressed with this place. The staff are good and very cooperative with their juniors as well as guests. They take care of needs of every guest. Interiors was also good.

THEY MAKE ROTTEN CAKE, these guys dont know how to make good cakes and used rotten fruits in the cake I ordered for my daughters birthday. spoiled our party, we literally had to throw it in trash and had to buy 3 smaller cakes from another bakery to serve our guests, you can imagine how embarrassing it was in front of our guests, I am so disappointed with this bakery, their prices are almost double compared to other bakeries in the area and still such a bad quality. I certainly do not recommend this bakery, there are lot of other good and reliable bakeries in this area.

Slow service, dont know how hot chocolate brownie is served... It took almost 25 mins to serve brownie. I also ordered three donuts and they served two after 15 mins and have to remind that one is pending.. And it took them another 5 mins to serve....Adamant manager and incompetent staff...we were the only customer in the cafe and they sighted lack of staff and rush.. Seriously.. Serving three donut and a brownie to the only customer in the store took 25 mins.

I think they are the only one who serves best eggless cake in Jaipur. The crust is the specialist in cakes and bakery products. I visited today and the ambiance of there and interior and sitting arrangements and thier service made me loved with them. They have attended for each customer and never disappoint any one. Here fast food are also too tasty and chocolate as well..

My experience with the crust has been very disappointing. Packing date was missing and one of the item received was without seal. Customers care number was contacted many a times but their response was noncooperative.

I bought a cake on my wifes birthday from the crust, I always buy bakery products from Royal bakery. But that day I committed a mistake. I bought Red velvet one pond for 450 /- invoice no. Gtm /1608 but when she cut it we found it stale and stinking.It was very embarrassing for us on that occasion which was spoilt because of the cake. I called on customer care but no satisfactory response was given.So you are advised to check the quality before buying.

Yesterday I bought one white forest nd my experience was pathetic d taste was like rotten...next day wen I visit nd returned tat rotten cake all staff wre like no mam I think u dont how d taste of white forest...nd I was like common I m not asking money to return...but all r arguing wid me I was like common i think m reading a book to a Buffalo tat 350bks doesnt matter a lot to me....but u guys sorry to say....loose Ur business wid this attitude...pathetic
