I purchased a packet of pav ( type of bread) manufactured by Bakewell on 3rd February 2021. The product was stale (बासी), Flaky and unpalatable ( ख़ाने लायक़ नहीं थी) .After opening the packet at home and taking one bite, I learned the extremely bad quality of product.Packet doesn’t contain date of manufacture at all. Therefore customer can’t make out whether it is fresh or old stock or very old stock.I have known Bakewell ever since its inception, and it was making very good quality breads etc (in the past).But I was extremely and highly disappointed by this purchase.My point of writing is to warn other consumers only.I had to put the pav breads on my rooftop for consumption of birds.I am not interested in getting the refund, despite of owner’s offer. Trust once lost, cannot be regained, (as far as I am concerned)

Does not give a proper billOvercharges. Price is more than MRPNando Peri Peri Sauce (MRP Rs. 250 inclusive of all taxes) charged Rs. 260MFD or EXP not written on the bottle, verbally he said yr 2100.(Impossible)

One of the oldest yet most genuine bakery shop..... I have ever visited. I guess its their awesome quality of cakes & cookies which attracts me Everytime I need to celebrate birthdays & Anniversaries in our house.

One of the best Bakery in city, for me this is the only best, though in all grounds, but specially because I found here Gluten Free products, including Bread, Cake, Golgappe, etc. which I was trying to look and search in all stores I could, which finally ended up here, and I never thought of trying anywhere. This is because of the personal terms which developed over time.Even after switching to Hyderabad, I am connected and order from them, when I find someone flying here. :)

Very very very bad experience I have.... Because I purchased bread and in that bread I found many hair in it. And if I call him for refund then he denied me for that

Update: very bad toast/rusk its not actually toast. They should try their self first. Bakery products are good in quality and have most of the things available. Their alu mattar Pattie is the best. Cookies and cakes are also good. The only problem is they are running shop and should keep change, most of the time i visited they ask for change.

I ordered 1 kg cookies which costs about 260per kg.The shopkeeper mixed sunfeast biscuits during packing and when I saw when I came back it really disappoints me.SUNFEAST BISCUITS DOES NOT COST 260 PER KG...!!!! BEWARE OF THIS TRAPP GUYS
