I will describe this place as the Best Sweet shop in Jaipur. Their hospitality and service is commendable, the variety, quality and taste of not just sweets but also tempting chaats is worth appreciating. The owners and the staff as well is very humble and cooperative. All in all, a place to remember & if you are going out from Jaipur please make sure you take along with yourself their Jaipur Treatz to pamper others with the authentic taste of Jaipur.

The staff is not properly trained to handle clients. They are busy in themselves even shop being empty. The lady (maybe owner)at the shop was self confused of what staff is doing what work.They need to improve on management instantly.

Kesar sweets is one of the most unique sweet shops in jaipur offering most innovative and wide variety of sweets ranging from traditional to modern category. The sweets are hygienically displayed and stored. The quality of sweets is also very good. My most recommended sweets are Rose Petal Laddoo, Pista Thandai Laddoo, Gulab Katli, Butterscotch Katli, Thandai Rasmalai and Royal Kesar barfi.

Thali system is very worst , value for money zero , quantity and quality are poor staff behaviour need to improve

I have tried out food here (restaurant) and the here is amazing. The vibe here is fantastic. Though its a little costly but you would find out it worthy . A strong recommendation.

We are regular visitors and like the wide range of item. Staff of the place has become quite arrogant these days and do not believe in hospitality and etiquette. They have started behaving like they are the owners of the place and it seems like they do every thing as a huge favour as if we came there to eat for free.

Food was good but the overall operations of this place looks quite lazy..We went for lunch at around 1 pm and that time not even a AC was on and it was too hot. Even the service was not great

The food and the service was pathetic. We ordered Panner butter masala which was as sweet as dessert, dal fry was not boiled properly. And even after complaining, nobody was interested to listen.

Absolutely disgusting experience. Our order was suppose to arrive on Diwali which obviously didnt. The person in the shop is rude, argues and doesnt answer. Fraud place, pls do not order online youll lose your money.

Nice place bake hut is available. You also get some more homemade chocolate really nice. You also get pastries, cakes and other stuff. Nice service. Its easy to see from the road in front. I ordered ice cream create your own Sunday and the guy took out his hand from his jeans pocket and started grabbing the scoop touching dirty hands in the ice cream.. Thn opened a box grabbed the nuts with his bare hands and added into the ice cream...Wearing a glove is important...

The experience was really very bad. Quality of Sweets is not upto the mark in comparison to the other Sweets Shops in Jaipur. We got Stale Sweets even after paying so much. The Store is well managed and decorated but quality of eatables is not at all good. However, Ice-Creams are really good here.

Bad service in restaurants

Loved going there until a few years ago. I think they have had a drop in quality specially in the chaat they serve outdoors.
