The seating arrangement is go good. Felt safe. The quality and taste of food is amazing as well. Although they messed up some of the orders, it was balanced by the humble nature of the staff.overall a great breakfast buffet.

My first visit to jaipur marriot...but not to jaipur...visited jaipur umpteen times. Needed a break badly after sailing the covid boat...checked online and got a good deal 12 days back at jaipur marriot and finally planned as jaipur is just 5 hrs from delhi. The property is 5 star but not the services. Requested and adjoining room for my kids when i booked (remember 12 days back) but the front desk declined (adding subject to availability clause as usual). The dining at okra restaurant was again as per my expectations after the front desk experience. The fish tikka and spring rolls as starters were dead cold. The buffet wasnt as per 5star standards at all. Tandoori rotis were served after 2-3 reminders. The desserts were good and i njoyed it. This was the one section which pleased me at this property. So im attaching the photos of the dessert platter.

Okra was great! I ordered from there twice while staying at the Marriott and returned twice to dine in after that. I had breakfast 3 of the times, since thats my favorite meal. Their omelettes, baked goods, and drinks are all good. I thought the food was worth the price. Its a little unclear whether I was able to earn points with my account, but I was able to use my account for a discount.

The Indian food that we ordered was really good, palak paneer and butter roti. I also ordered wok noodles but didnt like it. Ive had wok noodles before and Im pretty sure it has good amount of seasoning but the one I tried here was literally bland. I thought I would get some Asian seasoning to go with it but all they offered was Tabasco. So not happy at all with this particular dish. We also ordered dessert- a tiramisu which was really good. Would definitely recommend it for everyone.

Dinner was worst. Very little variety with no taste. Its better to go outside for dinner or lunch. But the breakfast was so good. So good. Taste was great and so much variety.

They do not allow having dinner at their restaurant if youre not staying at the hotel.So this means if we are living in Jaipur and want to have dinner in Jaipur Marriott. Thats not possible. Very weirdWe went there after making a booking. But still they said its not allowed for us because we are not staying there.And when we argued that we already have a booking, they gave us a pathetic table saying that buffet is mandatory and we cannot have a la carte menu.Bad experience!!!!!

Most disappointed experience!! We went last Sunday and the buffet in Okra was not at all upto the mark.The kadai chicken was horrible and not cooked well. It was not even tender.....not much variety , also the option in desserts was limited. The was nothing in Italian and only 2 /3 options in starters, which were average in taste. We had to separately order mutton and pasta.....which was also quite average in taste!Overall it was a bad experience.....

Along with my friends went to celebrate birthday in okra and I was overwhelmed with the response I got from the staff there specially Mr.Shahid As soon as we arrived the staff gave personal attention to our whole group and the hospitality we enjoyed there was of really high quality. Apart from a great Lunch, good ambience and a top quality of hospitality the thing what I liked most is the personal attention to each and every customer. I would surely rate the services of the okra very very high.

Worst buffet in jaipur . Specifically called them asked whether the normal buffet is available or due to pandemic there limited buffet menu . I was staying in the lalit they dont have buffet , Due to pandemic . But in marriot service was worst , there staff was fighting within themselves. Worst food . And there ice cream seems to be of local quality . In dessert they only have 2-3 option . Everything taste average . Staff seems untrained . You need to contact waiter 10 -20 times to fill your glass water , get you breads , clean your table . And in all this 5 star experience get lost. Rather go to some famous restaurant order a- la - carte , rather then spending here 1500 per person for buffet.

Worst experience ever expected from Marriott! It was literally horrible , lethargic staff , below average food and real bad hospitality. Went for a bday dinner but that came out to be such a big disappointment. Had heard great things bout the place but those compliments were not to be seen anywhere. Besides reminding the staff bout a mock tail 10 times and waiting for it for 30 -40 mins , one of the staff comes up and tells us that the staff forgot the order and it was on the house but wait this doesnt end here the so called on the house drink was served in a shabby and horrendous manner , they literally served it to us in a weird whiskey glass and also it tasted very weird.Couldnt have been more horrible!

The food quality needs a huge improvement to qualify to be in a Marriott property. It used to be excellent. But now its just lost its MOJO

This is an amazing place and the best thing I love is the personal hospitality by Chef Abhijeet . Being a Gold elite member of Marriott , I enjoy the executive lounge and chef abhijeet always pampers with the most exotic dishes .This is a great motivation for me to come here again and again . The quality of food is superb and probably the best in town .Would love to visit this place again and again .

Buffet breakfast was good. but dinner okay. the food in part was good while some was worst like aaloo paratha the worst one... good variety?.... yes... beverage choice?.... yes... the buffet covers indian to continental... but overall i felt that the restaurant needs upgradation in taste... when i visited v3 years back everything was good and perfect... but this time i was little disppointed with the taste and menu... buckle up okra.....try to keep the reputation...

So this is the restaurant inside Marriott that is the breakfast point. This place serves amazing breakfast, if you are not staying at the hotel you can still come for breakfast buffet that is for Rs. 725 plus taxes or can go for al a carte , the view of pool and another area which had loads of pigeon keep playing with water is an amazing view. Service is good.

Once again enjoyed the spread and the hospitality experience, however one thing that did not went well this time was a gift that I had bought in was dropped by your security personnel while checking my car and was very smartly placed back in the boot space, it was actually broken which I came to know only after returning back. This for sure was a schok to me as such a good property personnel can do such a job. So this was my last experience with Marriott Jaipur and I am sure people reading this review would think twice before coming and dining with you. If this can happen with me it can happen with anyone.

During my last visit to Jaipur I had stayed in the Jaipur Marriott Hotel. Okra is a 24 hour open restaurant. The ambience of the restaurant was really good.My review is based on the food I had during buffet dinner, buffet breakfast & some snacks in the daytime.Buffet Dinner:1st of all buffet spread is enormous with food options from various cuisines like North Indian, Continental, Italian & Asian. I liked their soups & starters. In the starters, my favorite ones were Veg Dumplings from Chinese cuisine, Papadi Chaat, Raj Kachori & Pani Puri from Indian Chaat sections, & Bruschetta from Italian cuisine. Variety of yummy cheese was also there.In the Main Course I had gone for Veg Noodles, Veg Fried Rice & Hot Garlic Sauce. The food was yum too.Buffet Breakfast:Likewise, buffet dinner the breakfast buffet was enormous too with a tradition Chai Cart in the middle of the restaurant. Though I had tasted most of the vegetarian food, but favorite where South Indian cuisine like Dosa, Idly, Onion Uttapum etc. Surprisingly Daal Kachori were not tasty at all! Along with Masala Tea, Mathri was also there, but with too much of the salt! The tea was good.Snacks:In the snacks I had ordered Bombay Club Sandwich which was served with few tomato slice & Potato wedges. The Sandwich was yummy & very well going with tomato slices.Overall the food was satisfactory. The service was ok.

It was our sudden plan to visit Okra for celebration of our wedding anniversary.Food was damn delicious whether Veg. Or nonveg food.We went there with our family and friends and they all were very happy with the arrangement provided by okra.I would recommend the sales Staff Ritesh Aiyer and Chef Mr Sonu and other staffI really appreciate the efforts they have made for making our Wedding anniversary special.ThankYou so much guys.

One of the largest buffet spreads in Jaipur, Okra at Marriott is known for its desserts spread. They offer more than 20 desserts on your place in their buffet, which is hard for anyone to eat.Their food is not so great, but their desserts surely are.Service is good, staff is polite.Ambience is indeed amazing, its a big space, but on weekends, its difficult to find a space for yourself.It can be tried once. Little expensive, but a variety of food to choose from.

One restaurant where everything tastes as authentic as it should, we had dal rice and pizza on the same table and both were phenomenal! Kudos to the chef!

As as regular customer... Most of the food are delicious every single time... But what I love most is sushi.... The chef is so perfect with wasabi (I dnt know its real Or fake wasabi but its taste perfect...) Every time i go I must have 6 to 8 sushi 😂 I love the taste in here...

Nice restaurant in Jaipur Marriott Hotel. Ive visited the restaurant twice , once for dinner and once for buffet breakfast. For dinner we have ordered for steamed rice, mash potato , chicken biriyani, non veg club sandwich , Kung pao chicken and tiramisu. All dishes were nicely cooked and delicious. We all loved it.For buffet breakfast options were huge and we loved what we had then. 👍🧡

Restaurant manager Ashu Vijay was very rude and was simply denying a valid coupon, upon asking he said that nothing can be done and I wont even give it a try, we are like this only

Okra is the famous restaurant of the town which is in marriot hotel near famous jawahar circle of the city. U can taste many international dishes ...both buffet n ala Carter are available. Worth trying for satisfying ur taste buds

Had a family dinner here. Live counters served some really good dishes but service and Indian main course took overall experience towards south. Breads were not served on table in timely manner. Had to wait for drinks like anything. Inexperienced staff. And there was no point to provide feedback to managers even.

Not so great experience..went for coffee with friends,the staff dint attend us properly and the cold coffee was more like cold water had to change trice....but one thing made our day was abishekh bachchan in house.....the staff wer rude first and dint wanna to change the coffee later wen AB entered dey dint wanna to create any scene so they changed our coffee....but over all the ambience is good and hygiene is taken care....

Visited their restaurant Okra. We have opted for both veg and non veg buffet. Staff is completely clueless about what they are serving, live kitchen is a joke because they just cant cook properly a simple pizza. We have waited 40 minutes before we could get seated inspite of an earlier reservation, also a lot of tables are empty there without any reservation notification on them. Very few choices in starters in both veg/ non veg. Only the gatekeeper and parking valet are prompt in their services.

Serving staff dont care about the customers. They were busy with there own work. I believe customer service is first priority and everything else second.

I have been going to this place since the day it opened. This is 3 minutes from my home and I loved the mid-night coffee here (only 24 hour place in the area at one time). The food used to be nice and the service was even better. But that was the time.This one time was a really bad experience. We changed tables twice for it was too warm in some parts. I think they hadnt turned on the AC. Then we were served the soup after the pizza! That was after we waited for 20 minutes to be served anything.Didnt expect it from Marriott. I loved the place but this was a really bad experience. Guess the staff needs to learn much.

This is one of the best buffet restaurant in jaipur. The choices of every course are huge.Almost all preparations good .multiple cuisine available here. Huge dining space great ambiance and a cabin that see pool is the ultimate. This restaurant closes at 11 pm so be on time.
