Mine Ram Darbaar delivered in USA on 7 ththem September and Ram ji and Lakshman ji are brokem. Everytime I talk to them they said right now busy will talk on 20 th. Now 22 nd September in India no one talking and not giving the refund for Real Darbaar and asking more money for recarving the Ram Darbaar.They mention on their website and Facebook page satisfaction guarantee and safe door step delivery . we dont recommend get any service from them.

I received my Gaura Nitai Deities in the mail very protected and secure, i actually had to go out and buy a tool to break the padlock from the metal boxes. The painting and carving of the deities were very exceptional and detailed. The clothing took a while to figure out, but i eventually did. The few things i did not like was that it wasnt completely laquered, however the sensetive painted details like face hands and feet were. And also the deities did not come with wigs which was surprising. A bit of jewelry accessories would have been nice, but i feel i am able to overlook these details and still give a good review on my purchases. Other than that i am satisfied with my ordersand gaura nitai are sitting happily at my altar.
