Worst Builder of Jaipur, they just take the money and dont do even basic maintenance. Public toilets are better then the all washrooms of the building. I havent seen the irresponsible staff then Okay Plus maintenance staff.

The builder wont control unauthorized construction in their project , I suffered too due to unauthorized constructions. Further if you ask them they will penalize you only , hence I wont recommend to purchase their project .Specifically people who are outside from Jaipur.
