Awesome stay at club Mahindra, Jaipur. Hospitality was awesome. Special mention for chef Shivam. He made delicious sandwich at 1 am because we were starving. The managing staff was good, courteous and responded to our requirements in no-time. The resort is beautiful ,clean and well maintained. I believe there is a scope to improve the food-menu. Overall it was great stay 👍🏻.

It has a lot to improve in terms of smooth process and availability of all information to members properly by Club Mahindra in General. Rajasthani food was good and rest other items are reasonably good. People in all manner are cordial . Basic amenities are lacking. Gym , Activity area are limited. Internet is pathetic and difference in app and actual booking position . Leaves us shocked.

Everything was on tip. Hospitality was amazing they were very friendly and the buffet was really tasty. If you are club Mahindra member, you ll be given special attention. Do try morning breakfast if you planning for club Mahindra Jaipur, you would love it.

Good acquisition by CM .. it was Holiday-Inn before.. all historical places of Jaipur are within 3 to 4 kilometres from here.

I enjoyed my stay at the resort🤗. They have a lot of fun stuff to do inside. You can find gym,spa, tabletennis and an game arcade too.Their buffet system is also quite good, we just loved the food.Although they dont serve alcohol and smoking is not allowed at all.

Beautiful place nice room service.. everything neat and clean and one of the best buffet I have ever had . But they didnt tell us before about the gaming close section so little disappointed by that else everything fine very humble people wonderful experience but recommend you to always choose the place where mahindra owns the property....you give little more space in rooms and every quality increase much more. ..but they gave World class buffet.... Thanks Alot ....for such positive experience.

Staff is humble and kind. I would rather call it as a hotel than Resort. Usually Club Mahindra resorts are huge and are in outskirts. The main advantage is this hotel is the centre of city and main road so, we travelled everywhere without any hassle. Stay was good.

All very good except travel desk management staff, horrible, behaviour attitude approach as if they are obliging us, very rude and liers and change statements and commitments.

Since they were following Covid-19 protocol, several facilities were closed. Not many tourists were there. Staff was good and helpful. Its biggest advantage over other Club Mahindra properties is that it is inside the city. Rooms are good. Restaurant is also good.

Ambience is good.. food is a bit expensive

We are members of Club Mahindra, stayed for 3 nights in July, stay was good though the rooms need more maintenance! They are mostly following Covid rules & regulations.Food though expensive is good , ambience of the resort is nice..on the whole had a good experience!

No facility for the car drivers visiting the place with their guests. Even a three star hotel provide basic facilities like washroom and driver room for the drivers.

We visited Club Mahindra for 3 days trip on 20th Aug 21 to celebrate my daughters birthday. This is our second stay with them and experience was exceptionally awesome. They took care of minutest of detail and had put in so much extra effort to make our visit and birthday celebration really special. Food n restaurant was on a different theme daily and we were delighted with the variety, quality and flavors. Also chef personally checked on our preferences and made special meals for kids. The whole staff made our lil birthday girl feel extra special by arranging pool side decoration and lightings for cake cutting. Also I was pleased to see new gaming activities added in the play area, kids enjoyed so much that they did not want to step out of the hotel. A big thank you to FnB manager Deepak Yadav. Cant wait to visit them again.

Not upto the standards of Club Mahindra. It’s more of a hotel than a resort. Basic amenities are available but that’s not sufficient because you expect more out of such a name. There’s too less greenery around.The location is sort of good for those who want to explore the city because it’s very near to jal mahal, other market areas are within 3-4kms of range.Board games like chess, carom were there. Other indoor games like archery, TT, foosball, air hockey(paid) & kids activities like tattoo & painting (paid) are also available.They did organise a puppet show in the evening also.Food was good, tasted well. We ordered veg & non-veg. Price for food was genuine for such a property.Room size is small, no bath tub. Faucet in the bathroom was broken.Swimming Pool area was smelling of chemicals.

Had a Great experience. We checked out early in the morning and Mohit at the front desk was very helpful and complete the process very fast. Our server papu was very polite and had suggted us a few dishes which we loved. One of those dishes was the veg. soupy noodles from the kids menu which I loved. This was prepared by chef shivam and team of other chefs but it was delicious.

One of the best hotel in jaipur which is near to many attractions and sight seeing places.They have 2 swimming pools a spice restaurant spa and play area .Staff are excellent and their service is best in class.Travel desk also offers city tours at affordable prices.

It was just an okay hotel. Services were pathetic. No dental kit or shaving kit. No slippers and shower also were not working. I am not impressed. The restaurant was okay. The food was fine. It was not expected from club Mahindra that they would give such pathetic services. I think it can do much better than this. We had membership but they asked 2000 Rs. For cover-up and we were not going to take any meal over there still in the beginning they have asked cover up so it is a little bit disappointing for me.

Resort is very nice, I enjoyed full time withe happy hub activities.

The only major drawback was the parking. It is very small as compared to the size and occupancy of the hotel and one might not get space to park their vehicle. Apart from that, the hotel rooms are very good and well maintained. The staff is very cooperative and helpful. Maybe they could reopen the gymnasium and the swimming pool area soon.

Room sizes are way too small to be called Studio. Club mahindra pls take a note of it.
