I wish if i could give them negative rating builder uses low class material and dont have any apprehension for maintenance of building. Midas resident building in doctors colony jaipur is one of the worst project i have ever seen. People stuck in lift many time but mojika has put cotton in their ears. Water seepage problems in whole of the building. Tenants are suffering but no solutions from Mojika.

U cant stay even 5 minutes at the premises of midas touch because of fouling odour of sewage overflowing through the soak pit of the buildingAfter dharna by the residents of midas touch the builder laid the sewer line .There are so many problems in this building as very much pollution of smoke raising by chimneys of nearby factories, godowns of garbage,there is no chance of widening of existing 20 feet road into120 feet because of deeboat house as assured by the builder that before possession it wil be done ,builder has allotted car parking in the badminton court ,we have to purchase bat,ball ,net,net stand of table tennis after paying 2.40 crore of club charges,sweeming pool not filled till today it is only a pit.
