I have been staying in Garden 41 for last 3 years and more or less I found this place serene and peaceful. It is surrounded by lush green farms from all sides. Flats are very airy and spacious. Although there are some maintenance issues between the builders and society, but Mr. Sharma of Ashler Group is cooperative and helps in resolving problems. Also, its not too far from walled city like other places i.e. Pratap Nagar, Jagatpura. So all in all it is a very safe investment and good place for residential purposes too and people who are sharing negative reviews are the ones who generally creates these type of problems.
