This building is having very speciality and attractions for being a luxury residential apartment in Jaipur. It is easily noticeable from the main road and having total 13 floors. At entrance we find a very good lobby which is giving an impression like we have entered in any good four or five star hotel. There are three Elevators from which two are for residents and guest and one for luggage. The roof top of the building is having 1 water pond and area provided for small parties and functions. Overall it is a wonderful Apartment giving good residential luxury experience.

The first project of the builder should have been to be a reflection of their quality work.unfortunately they dont realise this. They dont feel that it is required to be accountable and answerable for the pathetic mantainence of the building.
