The hotel located in the city center and lots of public transport, nearby restaurants, bars etc. The hotel staff are nice and friendly. Breakfast was great. The room was very cozy and the bed is really comfortable. Check in was really smooth and Covid protocols were followed in the reception desk. Food was good & prompt service was delivered through out the stay.Overall, I had a great experience with the Sarovar portico ; staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The ambience of this place isnt much attractive. And the food doesnt have any taste, food taske is almost flat. I tried 8-10 dishes, not a single item was able to pamper my taste buds. Big No for this place.

I took my girlfriend here for a dinner date in winters on the rooftop and boy what an experience it was. These guys created magic for the night. We ordered North Indian food and it was lip smacking.At last I ordered a chocolate cake and the chef summed up the evening.

Such a horrible experience. Firstly couldn’t check in due to technical issues. Then when l reached the room continuous knocking sound due to construction. The staff is fine but they just pass the buck from one person one department to another. Then in early morning the air conditioning switched off. The staff was even wearing untidy clothes.

Bedroom and washroom was not spacious. There was not very options in breakfast. There is no gym and swimming pool in the hotel but it is mentioned. In room dining menu was xerox copy

Reception staff was only concerned with billing thing, they are not bothered to ensure if the room is clean before handing over the keys. We are given a used roof and when we complained about it we are given again a used room and housekeeping staff was cleaning in front of us.Food was good.

For the breakfast only one staff was running around all the tables.The hotel was jam packed with weddings and the guests and they didnt have staff to attend.I would recommend if you have booked this hotel give a second thought.THE WORST Property in Jaipur to stay.

Pathetic experience, inappropriate behaviour of the receptionist. First rooms were not ready when we arrived though we were 7 hours late from our actual check-in time, even when the entire payment was also done from our side well in advance. The basic amenities were not available in the room. They were not even ready to give you drinking water just 1 litre water for two people for a day, if you need more they need 10 reminders for that. Breakfast food was also too bad in taste quality all. If you need food they recommended to order it from swiggy or zomatto. Even the menu was not available in the room and for that too we had to give them 10 reminders.

Basic amenities were not available in d room... got all this after 2-3 calls... Staffs behavior was not gud as they had lot of burden bcoz of inadequat staff. Even no gatekeeper was available whole day at main entry gate.

Wonderful stay and scrumptious Chinese food.

I had worst experience with this property.On first day my bathroom was almost filled with water due to water Blockage, turned ON TV and could see 1-2 channels working. Called Room service and they dint help.Food - Absolutely pathetic food. With meal they gave 1 green chilli and 2 slices of lemons and when asked they said “it’s a green salad” ... hmmm !! Lot to share still ☹️I am extremely disappointed with this hotel. Please treat this review as an honest experience.

The place is better for a buffet dinner, I suppose. We went for a fine-dine kind of thing, for which our options (only veg) were limited and wait was rather long.However, eventually the food they served was pretty decent and they made efforts to meet our specific requirements - like without garlic etc.Location and ambiene is quite OK.Might be a good place for going out for a casual dinner with friends, and you may have more choices if you are also open to non veg.

The stay was just fabulous. Both, staff and the service was just second to none. We travelled with 2 toddlers and the in room dining provided exactly what we needed for the kids.. I would specially thank a few names that i remember - sonu, aishwarya, puneet, ganesh, naveen and mukesh to name a few.Will definately stay again..thnx for the stay.

Nice Hotel for family stay at Jaipur

No Thermal scanning or checking of aarogya setu app at the time of check-in. Not at all focussed on their own safety and guests safety. Since had already paid in advance managed to stay there but was too worried during my stay.

There is nothing standard wrt to food order. sometimes you get complimantory things with super service amd other day you get to know that the same order cannot be repeated in room as it against the policy.portion of the food differ every other day.booking was for couple and 1.5 yr old kid and well in advance still twin bedroom room was provided as no double bed was available on the check in date. we stayed there for 3 days and no one bother to even ask in case room needs to be change. well these are feedback basis service and basis service based industry customer delight and satisfaction is most important when multiple players are around.

Best budget three star option I could find, amazing breakfast, good service. Only problem is that it is far from a lot of main places in Jaipur so, for any activity we needed to plan ahead. If you are planning to visit Jaipur visit Jantar Mantar, and city palace they are really worth visiting on lighter note resist the recommendations of guides in various shops. Having a guide was a boon as their service was pretty inexpensive.

One of the best hotels in vaishali nagar in jaipur. Very peaceful area and the best hotel in all sense one can expect. The rooftop restaurant is the icing on the cake where a swimming pool and a gymnasium with a guide give you the perfect holiday sense. Bar is also om roof top along with open dining facility where one can enjoy with friends and families. Rooms on top floors give city views and are very spacious with all in room facilities one can think of. Staff and services are par excellence. Also an inhouserestaurant and bar exist which lets you chill and enjoy drinls and dining peacefully anytime of the day and night. I stayed here for 2 days and would love to be here again whenever in jaipur at the vaishali nagar for any work or just for leisure.

I booked two premium roomsa) Reception staff was rudeb) Lack of basic services - no toileteries and boiler, tissue, soap, shampoo in the rooms. Needed to call room service multiple times for such basic things as soon as I checked-inc) On top of that, staff said its our SOP under lockdown. When customer asks, then only we provide such services - very unreasonable. Then, charges should be on similar lines - pay for what you use if its the way in lockdowna) Overall experience turned into an inconvenience from a 4 star and a brandb) Extremely dissatisfied

One of the best hotels in the poshest of areas of Jaipur. The staff is very helpful and catered to all my needs with much ease. They even have complimentary packed breakfast in case you are checking out before the buffet breakfast at 7. Great in-room amenities like any upscale hotel needs to have.
